Welcome to MSTR today in the treasury Titans. It is Saturday. It is September 12. It is JLD and nothing in this video is financial advice. But man, Michael Taylor is looking pretty swath. Let's listen in. A car that drives itself is a perfect product. And an asset that pays you is also a perfect product. Let's go with stretch more on this later. And Zaid says, let's see how strategy securities have performed against Bitcoin this year. I bet negative 14% MSCR negative 16.66% strike negative 8.92% stretch negative 1% stride plus 0.11% and strife plus 0.37%.

So far, the securities are performing largely as intended. The surprise for me is stride. Despite its apparent quote unquote junk status, it's currently the second best performing strategy security of the year behind strife. It'll be interesting to see what the numbers look like at the end of the year. And as a pretty big strideholder because they made a big purchase of stride before stretch even existed. It's good to see that performance for sure. Let's move on over to another Zaid post. He says in just like that, the stretch as of kicked off stretches close today at up 0.68% at 98.64 nearly touching 99. 73 trading days since we last hit par were going to see $100 very soon. It was always likely that management would be a little more subtle with the messing around the instrument. And I expect that to continue until we establish a longer more consistent trend in price action. What I find interesting is that despite strategy being a large participant in the volume around these ranges through the buybacks stretches held up remarkably well against the obvious selling pressure. The additional $1 billion buyback authorization is the clear signal yet that management is here to support the instrument is willing to be a large participant.

In helping stabilize it. I believe we see stability when investors with a slightly longer time horizon. I'm raising my hand now and brace the instruments rather than those genuinely treating it like a money market account and given the buyback program. I think the likelihood of another cascading dislocation like a star previously is significantly lower. It'll be interesting to watch that play out when stretch faces is next real test for now. Things looking extremely positive. The ad look great to the perfect asset. The perfect product. The perfect strategy mission strategy. Let's flip and go. You just saw that ad. It was great. Zinks says Bitcoin is a $100 trillion asset currently treating any market cap of $1.55 or sorry 1.55 trillion. That's a 65 X opportunity for anyone who has a conviction to buy and hold Bitcoin for the next 20 years. Only a select few will see it through. Make sure you are one of them. And I'm raising my hands. Ron says very soon the stretch goal post will move. To but they had to buy back X amount yet they bought it back under par will be selling it back at par and then buying more Bitcoin from the gains laughing emoji.

It is comical what the bears will say what the bears will do how the bears will move the goal post how the bears will change their terminology their vocabulary their verbiology they'll do whatever it takes. Just to keep on being bears to keep on being bearish to keep on being toxic because that's what bears do. Chris says there's a reason why I stick to talking about the same topics and investments is because I only like to talk about things I actually understand and have genuinely done the work on it saves a lot of embarrassment. And you only need one or two investments to succeed into win big Lee this is the way. And I'm the exact same way people ask me all the time. John what a couple of other investments you recommend I say I don't know I really don't know because I spend thousands of hours on strategy and I believe in them so much. You know I can also transfer some of that belief to strive because they have basically just copied strategy strategy which I applaud because it's brilliant. And they have a very clean balance sheet and is working very well for them. So I'm glad to say that my investments in

and strive has been great as a result I also invest in Tesla just because I really believe in the future of Elon Musk. So those are the things that I kind of focus on but the really only company that I put in thousands of hours of work on a strategy and that's why it's really the only one that I talk about add nauseam. Ron says fiat money is financial slavery Bitcoin is freedom. Any questions? Nope Ron I have no questions whatsoever. Mark says I woke up extremely bullish on Bitcoin. I don't earn I don't own nearly enough MSTR Mark I woke up today extremely bullish on Bitcoin. I own so much MSTR it's almost ridiculous but I still don't feel like I own enough because this is going to be the most viable company in the world. In my opinion Chris says the best thing to have come from the meta planet saga is that you best believe every management team from every Bitcoin Jersey company is now ensuring behind the scenes that their incentives are absolutely aligned with shareholders.

Absolutely love this Chris. It's so true the meta planet saga if you guys have been falling along that closely and just a real quick nutshell. It's come out that their board and people on the actual meta planet team have been incredibly highly compensated. You know they're kind of asked they're kind of take on this is that hey this was all set up before we became a Bitcoin Jersey company. So like you know it was all done and we you know announced it and it was public filings. I love a lot but the shareholders are like whoa whoa these numbers are just too insane when you became a Bitcoin Jersey company things should have been changed around and they weren't. And so the meta planet acknowledged that that was true and they've rolled back a lot of things and they might keep back rolling some more things because people are happy to you know I will say a lot of people and some people are happy to see they did something but a lot of people I'm probably most people want to see even more so time will tell what happens with the meta planet team But you know they are definitely driving forward to build a great company. They need to make some really strong decisions going forward

And I hope they continue to do the right thing for shareholders because to me that's why I love being a major shareholder of MSTR of strategy. I know At the core of my soul That Michael Seller and Fong Lee are always acting in the best interest of the MSTR shareholder. I know that I believe it is true They've said at time and time again and their actions do show that Despite the clueless bears screaming delusion. They're focusing on strut. They just don't get it and that's okay I'm sad for them. I'm happy for us and we have a great clip coming up from Michael Seller when we get back from taking our sponsors Quick pause because this might matter more than your next Bitcoin move your personal data is being bought and sold online right now Emails phone numbers home addresses even family connections all floating across hundreds of data broker databases And this is exactly where highly targeted scams fishing attacks and identity theft begin That's why I use in Cogni in Cogni acts as your personal privacy advocates They handle the complex legal legwork of demanding that these data brokers delete your information and they manage the entire request process on a recurring schedule to ensure your data stays off the market

Fong when we were on stage in Las Vegas for the Bitcoin conference you talked about how 80% of stretch holders at the time were retail this question comes from steward He said recently I have seen you post about huge allocations from institutional funds to s-trc Why did retail lead the way on the product and why are institutions now coming around and what is the split now? I think anytime you have a new product category Digital credit being one of them retail tends to be the early adopters institutional especially in something like digital credit They want to see one two sometimes even three years of track record of the product paying dividends They want to see track record in the price so they tend to lag was interesting is that 80 20 is now 70 30 By the way, it doesn't mean that retail decline retail doubled Institutions just increase significantly over that time. So we're already seeing

institutional adoption start to increase I think our digital credit capital framework created more confidence in institutions and You know as as good as is to have retail institutions tend to be longer term holders They tend to take on less leverage and so they'll stabilize stretch over time We've had a couple of investors curious about whether STRC could move to daily dividends like SATA and whether other Preferreds will move to monthly dividends or daily dividends Right now we don't have a plan to change the other preferred the strd F and k are all institutional offerings and the institutions that are holding them have been comfortable with the quarterly pay And so We expect that'll remain that way for foreseeable future

We're watching SATA you know cheerfully and and enthusiastically but We don't have any plans to go to daily dividends at this point Our our primary focus is on improving the credit quality of STRC and focusing upon the balance sheet of the company phone you have any thoughts on this no that that's it. I think uh I think daily dividends Is an interesting concept and we're watching SATA but some a monthly seems to be quite powerful with our investor base Uh, we've got several STRK investors one of them from the live chat wants to know if you would consider buying back STRK Right now our focus is on on returning STRC to health so you can expect will be laser like on that After STRC returns to health then we want that credit instrument to be stable and

To be uh and to grow in a in a predictable fashion You know and so that's our focus right now after that then we'll look at all the other instruments and consider If there's an appropriate thing to do for the investors in the company we think by the way the best thing we can do For an STRK investor or an S or any other investor is to is to return STRC to health Right because the things that we're doing that are good for STRC are also good for STRK What's the second best there is no second best
