Murder In Moscow: A Gun, Ammunition And At Least One Knife Was Seized From Kohberger

Yesterday we got a look at the unsealed Warren from Pennsylvania and today we're getting even more information from that warrant and some of the items that were seized from Brian Coburgers' parents house are very, very interesting. Now when this all first started and we heard that the person who was responsible used a knife to commit these murders, I said that I think it's a good possibility or likelihood that not only did he have a knife, but he probably had a gun as well as a backup, right? If you're going to go commit these murders, it would make sense to have a bit of a redundancy in place just in case something went south. And now that Pennsylvania has released all of the items. Wouldn't you know, one of the items that was seized was a gun. Now that doesn't mean that he had it on his person. If he is the man, the government tells us he is when these murders occurred, but my guess is if that you're going to commit murder

1:00and you plan on using a knife for whatever reason that you would have that backup plan of having a gun on you as well. And this is something that I've been convinced of forever. The fact that somebody would be so brazen to walk into a home where multiple people live and not have a firearm as well as that knife is kind of crazy. So I don't know if we'll ever get any confirmation one way or the other, but I find it interesting as hell that they were able to recover a firearm from Brian co burgers parents home. Now was it Brian co burgers? Was it his fathers? Did his father always have possession of it? If it was his fathers, there's a lot of questions here. And obviously we're not going to get any of those answers because of the gag order. But now that this is being released, I think it's pretty significant. Honestly, and we're learning about some other stuff that was founded this house as well. But now that we're getting more information with other parts of the warrant being unsealed, it seems like they had a significant haul here, folks, a lot more so than what they got from the house in Pullman. I don't think it's going to end up being the murder weapon because I think co burger got rid of that. I've said that several times. But maybe this dude had so much hubris and was so confident in the crime that he committed that he decided to hang on to it. And if that's the case, and if the knife that they seized is the murder weapon, then Brian co burgers done for, but I certainly have my doubts that it's going to be the knife that was used in these killings. But a few of the things that they found were very, very interesting. And chief amongst them, in my opinion, was certainly the fact that they found a gun. And we also see here that they did seize a cell phone. Remember when we were talking yesterday with a little preliminary knowledge that we had, we didn't know if a cell phone had been seized or not. So it's interesting to know that they got the cell phone and with them getting that cell phone, obviously, they have access to what's on it. So we know that

4:11we have heard about the picture of one of the girls at the very least being stored on the phone. And could this be the genesis of that? Could one of the officers who looked at the phone in Pennsylvania, be the one who had that information and that information somehow leaked to the public, very possible. It came from somewhere, right? Police sees 63 items from co-burgers, parents house, and they include a knife, a Smith and Western pocket knife, a Glock 22 generation S 40 caliber gun, three Glock 40 caliber magazines, black face masks, black gloves, black hat, and the black mask. Multiple items of clothing, books, documents, bills and prescriptions were also seized as part of the investigation. So out of those items, a lot of them are pretty interesting, right? Black face masks check. We know that Dylan said that the person she saw had their mouth and their nose covered with a face mask.

5:14We also know that the suspect, according to Dylan, was dressed in all black. So it makes sense for them to seize all of this black clothing as well because they don't know what's what. Maybe Brian co burger is more of a dummy than I even thought and he kept all these clothes. If that's the case, forget it. He's definitely done for. So I doubt that he did, but if he did keep those clothes that he allegedly was wearing when he killed those four college kids, they're going to find the DNA on them and they're going to be able to use those clothes against them. That's why I'm convinced that the dude burned them all had a big ass burn pit and got rid of the knife. But obviously that's all just my speculation. Nobody knows for sure what this dude was up to or even if Brian co burgers, the man who did this. Now I believe that he is. I believe that the evidence is very strong and it's all pointing towards him. However, until there is a conviction in court, we have to leave headroom for that not to be the case. Sometimes evidence is provided. New evidence is found

6:19and it will turn things right on their head. It doesn't happen very often, but we have to leave the headroom just in case, right? I'm not one of these people. That's just like, all right, somebody's guilty. I don't need to hear any more evidence. Even if new evidence is provided that points to them not being guilty. There's people out there that once they get something in their head, they stick with it. Me, I'm an evidence based guy, right? Wherever the evidence leads us, that's where we're going to go. And I think it's important that on that journey, we collect as much information as possible and have as much context surrounding that information. That way we're fully armed, right? We know the details. We know what's going on. And most importantly, we know what's going on behind the scenes in the court because of the court filings. And that's going to be the blueprint that leads us to victory as far as following along with this case. 7:21old criminal psychology student is due back in court in June. He is yet to enter a plea. Now we know that he is going to enter a not guilty plea. He has said that and we have heard that from his lawyer, La Bar in Pennsylvania and the public defender's office in Idaho is certainly gearing up for a very long battle and a battle that is literally for Brian co burger's life. Co burger is accused of stabbing Maddie Mogan, Kelley Gonsavis, Zanakar Noodle, and Ethan Chapin on November 13th in a savage unexplained quadruple murder. The off-capist house where the killings took place is soon to be demolished. Police say they not only traced his car to the scene, but that they also matched the DNA sample to co burgers. And when we hear all of this other stuff about the things that they seized, my guess is they have a lot more evidence behind the scenes than we're even aware of. And I think that when all is said

8:24and done, they're going to have a digital profile built of Brian co burger that's going to knock your socks off. They got all of those digital warrants in the very beginning. Remember, over 50 warrants of a digital nature. So who knows what the hell they found on the computer, on the cell phone, and even on the fire stick, because remember, you can use that fire stick to browse the web right on your TV. So who the hell knows what he was doing using that browser. So when we're talking about the digital nature of the evidence that has been collected, it is my guess that it is strong as hell. And if they have that GPS evidence to go along with it, the kind that really puts Brian co burger directly at the 1122 King Road home, there's going to be almost no way for his team to challenge that kind of data. The GPS data is very, very difficult for the defense to challenge. We're not talking about the pings off of a tower here. We're talking about legit GPS that can put you within

9:27a few feet of where you are. So when you're talking about that GPS data, that's a lot stronger than the pings coming off of the cell phone. And my guess is they got some of that or a lot of it when they had all of those digital warrants, when this all first started. So it's going to be interesting as hell to see the drip of information that we're getting from the court as far as these court documents and the unsealed warrants and affidavits and all of the other stuff that has been kept close to the vest and with the gag order in place, the best way to follow along with what's going on is to follow the court documents.
