Lehima National Park in pursuit of unveiling the mystery of rare bird migrations.

Lahem-a National Park came to life with the arrival of spring.

The branches of trees were covered with young leaves, and everywhere you could sense the fresh scent of spring.

Birds sang joyfully and small streams flowed clear through the forest.

Marika, a dedicated ornithologist, had arrived at Lahima early in the morning.

She was particularly interested in a rare species of bird whose migration patterns remained a mystery.

She represented her research findings at an upcoming conference.

With her were Tavi and Kalef.

Tavi, a ranger who had long guided visitors to the park forest, looked skeptically at Marika's plans.

Marika, I know this is important to you, but the trail you want to take is dangerous.

Tavi said cautiously.

Marika nodded, but in her heart she was certain, the answers to her questions might lie high on the ridge.

Kalef, their local mountain guide, had shown them some of his favorite spots in the park.

He knew from old stories that nature held its own wisdom and refused to allow humans to intervene too deeply into the forest.

Marika gathered her courage.

She reached there, she said resolutely.

Hopefully everything exciting and necessary is there.

Yet reluctantly Tavi finally agreed.

Together they set off on a challenging trail uphill.

The sun was still shining high when they began to approach the mountain ridge.

But soon the weather changed unexpectedly.

The clouds gathered and the wind picked up quickly.

It's better if we turn back, Tavi said worriedly.

Marika stood momentarily, hesitantly still.

Just then they were caught by an unexpected downpour.

Tavi forbade moving forward.

Everyone was suddenly anxious.

Unfortunately the slippery paths made movement difficult and they had to quickly find shelter.

Kalef shook his head, he would again suggest what the next journey should be.

The rain soon stopped and the air was cool and clean.

There just there Kalef said suddenly joyfully.

He pointed slightly downward towards the valley where some rare birds had landed.

Marika looked amazed.

I would never have thought they might come here.

She smiled widely and her grateful gaze moved to Kalef and Tavi.

Thank you for being with me.

That day taught Marika how important cooperation and local knowledge are.

They decided to document the rare birds they had seen and Marika realized that there are always new things to discover and experience in this park.

They returned safely with knowledge that enriched everyone's minds.

And there were birds sing.
