• Releasing what no longer serves through breath and inner medicine

• Find a quiet, cozy spot
• Lie down with gentle alignment—legs relaxed, spine long, arms soft
• Let your eyes close and attention turn inward

• I AM Safe.
• I Surrender.
• I Trust.
• I AM.

• The breath is your anchor
