some everything going on in the world today and some everything going on. So

listen, you know, I've never met a person that's never has anything

positive to say. Y'all know what I'm going with this. I am going to talk

about that person that's quote unquote head of the country head of the United

States of America. I think he's just head of himself. He's really not head of

the United States of America. I really don't like talking about the guy. But

listen, let me tell you something. I just saw something that rolled across my

screen. And of course, it was something he was saying about person. He never

has anything good or nice to say about person. Listen, if there's that I learned

this from my cousin, I learned this from my cousin. Anytime, anytime

somebody is pouring a lot of salt, a lot of salt, you better watch the hand

that's pouring it. She said that one time, she said this is a long time ago,

a long time ago. So listen, now we all know I'm talking about Trump. So

people don't get it all confused that twisted. So listen, we all know that

Trump pours a lot of salt on everybody all over the place. And we know we

can see we don't even really have to watch his hand because we know that

he's going to always be pouring salt. So listen, listen, listen, I can't

wait until they really, really dig into a lot of so listen, there's some

things that you guys don't know that's going to be uncovered. That's going

to be uncovered. Did you hear me what I said here? And it doesn't take a rocket

scientist to figure that out. So listen, you know, they went all up in

Georgia, Fortin County going up in there trying to find some some proof,

trying to find proof. What is going to happen when they start storming the

white house? What is going to happen when they really start storming the

got this monkey on my shoulder. You know, anytime you pick up

trolls, so I picked up a lot of trolls, I picked up a lot of trolls. And I

don't know why, I don't know why. So listen, the first female network has been

round four. I want to say a long time because it's rebranded as you guys

know, rebranding up WSF radio, WSF radio. My god, that was around for like

17 years, 17 years. And so I rebranded into the fierce female network. Now, WSF

radio didn't pick up any trolls, didn't pick up any trolls online, did

pick up any trolls on social media, nothing like that. But here lately, since I

rebranded to the fierce female network, I picked up trolls, y'all know what a

troll is. People that stop by your page, they will stop by your page, and it's a

fake account. It really messes up what you're doing on social media. It messes up

what you're doing online. And so when I look on Instagram or I look on Facebook,

I don't get it on Twitter. Thank god, because Twitter is my real house. Twitter is

where I really do things that I'm really passionate about. I do that on Twitter.

I don't do it on Instagram and I will not do it on Facebook. So listen, on

Instagram, you know, I get these little people and everybody get this stuff,

everybody gets this stuff, where you know, you get this dummy account, you get this

fake account, and it really pulls your algorithms down. And we don't we don't

want that. We don't like that. But you know, I picked up quite a few. And of

course, I don't approve it. I just, you know, throw it out, just band it. You

know what I'm talking about? So listen, it's just really annoying. It's just a

knowing. It's very annoying. And you know, people are you got trolls in real

life. You have trolls in real life. Now, what they do, they stay in hiding, you

know, they might smell in your face, but they'll talk behind your back. That's a

troll. That's a troll. And you know, that's a troll. That's a person. That's a

troll. So listen, on today, I got some really great music. I'm going to come

I was dreaming about this shit when I was walkin' up the block. I ain't really had no money.

You think they count you out, wait till you ain't that count your arms. You got to put

I was giving a life lesson, so listen

You know, I was talking on phone with one of my friends

You know, one of my friends

And he was talking about something

And I said, well, you know what?

Now that you've gotten over it, you can go ahead and get through it

So listen, the point is this

A lot of things can happen to us in life

Right? A lot of things can happen to us

But it might take you a long time to get over it

Right?

And sometimes, something as one of my Greek therapists says

You may not, you're not going to ever get over it

But you got to learn to live with it

So listen, now my friend, he didn't experience a loss

Anything like that

And I said to him, I said to him, well, you've gotten over it

But you got to learn to get through it

There's a difference, there's a difference

You can't get through something until you get over it

Listen, the point is this, a real quick life lesson

You don't begin to heal until you get over a thing

You get over a thing, you get over the thing

And once you get over it, you can begin to walk through it

There is a major difference, there's a major difference

The point is this

Now, the process of getting over something, I've learned

I've learned from him, the process of getting over something

You've got to walk the path, the best path

Listen, the best path is forgiveness

You got to forgive the individuals, you got to forgive the people

Whatever it is, doesn't matter, maybe somebody called you a fat

And he said to you, somebody said to your hair was too short

Whatever it is, whatever it is

And so just like Catherine G. Advise says

You don't have to say it to their face, of course

You don't have to say it to their face

But you have to forgive them

And then you're getting over it

Because you're going through forgiveness

And you're going to feel a whole lot better

You're going to see things change

And you're going to see things shift

Because when you hold onto things

You're not getting over it

When you hold onto it

You're not getting over it

Right?

And so first you've got to walk the path of forgiveness

Now listen, as Catherine G. Advise says

Sometimes you have to make that list the way she goes through it

You got to make a list of whatever it is

That you're trying to get over

Or who you're trying to figure out

You got to make a list of everything

And then you take the numbers, you number the things

What is the most difficult?

So you might want to start with the most difficult

That's going to be a 10

And then you go down

And then whatever is the most easiest thing to forgive

You're going to number that at one or two

And so when you start off you do a few one day

You do a few the next day

You can't do them all in one day

You don't work like that

You got to do a few at a time

So listen, that's your process of getting over something

Getting over it

And then once you get over it

You're going to start to walk through it

Now, how do you walk through it?

So the first one, remember, remember

The first thing is the path of forgiveness to get over it

Right?

So you've gotten over it and you've been given whatever it was

And then so now you want to get through it

And that's going to be what?

That's going to be your prayer

That's going to be your meditation

Because you're walking through it

And that thing sometimes we'll try to pop back up

But guess what?

You got to go back to prayer

You got to go back to meditation

Right?

And then you're still walking through it

And then when you're totally, when you're totally healed

Because what it is is inner healing

And some people have not ever heard of inner healing

Inner healing is when you're being healed spiritually or emotionally

And that's on the inside

It's on the inside of you

You're working on your heart

So you don't want things, you don't want to hold onto things

If you're holding onto unforgiveness

You're holding onto whatever happened

You don't want that stuff in your heart

Because guess what?

It works on your body

It takes a toll on your body

It takes a toll on your health

Now, that's a life lesson

That is a life lesson

You got to do what?

You got to first get over thing

Number two, you got to get through it

And then the first thing, remember, the first thing is forgiveness

Getting over it

And then number two, you got to walk through it

With prayer, meditation, and whatever tools that you're using

Now listen, the best tool to use is God

When you start to pick up same people, some people tend to not like it and they want

to slow you down or take away your stain.

We start picking up stain and I'm talking about, I'm talking about things that's going

on with the fierce female network.

I'm not talking about anyone in general.

Sometimes when you pick up stain, I want to say this, the universe, the universe will

challenge you.

I have put in a bid for a public speaking event, public speaking.

And so I hadn't been able to put in any bids for any public speaking events because I

was busy taking care of my aunt when she was ill.

So I hadn't been putting in bids for doing anything.

So I'm like, oh, I get back to putting in some bids, you know, trying to get a public

speaking gig.

So anyway, I put it in and I'm like, what is going on?

I'm like, what's going on?

And so it keeps saying pending, pending, pending, pending, pending, and I kept checking, checking,

checking, checking, checking, everything I'm checking.

And so then I'm like, did they cancel?
