NC State Courts Damon Wilkinson, Portal Big Man

On May 2nd, NC Statemen's basketball is rolling out the red carpet for South Dakota State Transfer Center Damon Wilkinson kicking off his official visit Thursday night.

This 6 foot 10, 245 pound big man, lit it up last season with 13.9 points, 6.4 rebounds, and a, scorching 58.9% from the field per game.

He was the jackrabbit's second leading score, despite logging just 24 minutes a night, nearly 9 less than their top guy.

As a rising junior, he's got 2 years of eligibility left, possibly 3 if that 5 for 5 rule gets approved, making him a prime portal target.

Earlier this week, sources confirmed he's fresh off a Nebraska trip, and now linking up with coach Justin Gainey in person for the first time.
