Helping to secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, this is the
Constitution Study on the America Out Loud Network with your host Paul Engel.
There's no one unifying theme for today's episode. Instead, I have three
different themes, one for each segment. Immigrants, arms and incompetence. Hello
there everyday Americans, Paul Engel here with the Constitution Study, where we
read and study the Constitution, teach Ryzen Generation Me free. Glad you could
join me today. Again, this is three topics that I found and I just thought well
let's take some time for each one. We're going to start with immigrants. In the
latest news, the niece and grand niece of the now deceased Islamic Revolutionary
Guard Major General Kassam Salamani were arrested by federal agents after
Secretary of State Marco Rubio terminated their green card, their legal lawful
permanent resident status. That may sound like a big deal, but there's what led to
this is really rather interesting. So while living in the United States, this
niece of the Salamani promoted the Iranian regime propaganda,
celebrated attacks against America, soldiers and military facilities in the
Middle East, grades the new Iranian, Iranian and Supreme Leader, denounced America as a
great Satan, and voice your unflinching support for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, a
designated terror organization. Now, okay, we do have freedom of speech in this
country, but if you're a visitor here, do you get to put out such denigrating
information? But wait, there's more. Now reported in at least all those be is the
fact that this grand niece of the general of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard, she
entered the country in 2015, claiming she knew a political asylum. She claimed
that she was she feared for her life and that of her daughter, even though she was
the again, remember the niece and grand niece of the the leader of the
Revolutionary Guard, the general and so on. So was she really afraid for her life or was she
just trying to get her and her daughter into the United States? Now she applied for a
asylum in she came in on a tourist visa in 2015, claimed asylum was granted a
asylum in 2019 and then became a green card holder in 2021. Then in July of last
year, 2025, she followed an application to become a U.S. citizen and during
which she disclosed, this closed the fact that she had traveled to Iran at least four
times since she received her green card in 2019. Now this pretty much shows that her
claim of asylum were fraudulent. I mean, let's face it, if you're afraid to go back to
the country of your nationality because you're afraid you're going to get killed, you don't
voluntarily go back to the country of your of your citizenship because you're afraid
you're going to get killed. So the fact that she went back shows that this was a fraudulent
claim for asylum, which of course was never properly investigated. I mean, why would
we expect that to be investigated, especially by the Biden administration, which is more
than happy to have illegal immigrants, including people of of terrorists, just countries and
to this. Yeah, sure, no problem whatsoever. But there's a bit more. So she applied for
citizenship, right? But part of these citizenship application, when you take your oath of allegiance,
you force where any allegiance to another country, but her very words and statements show
that she would did not first wear her allegiance to the Islamic Republic. She promoted both
the regime and its propaganda. She same she wants to join the United States, but she celebrates
attacks against our soldiers and military facilities in the Middle East. She praised
the Supreme Leader. She calls this nation the great Satan, but she wants to become a citizen
or does it, but why then question is why does she want to become a citizen? Javersley is
not alleging herself to the United States. She's not force wearing any other allegiance
to another nation, which means I would say that her citizenship application is fraudulent.
And then people wonder why we're concerned about illegal aliens. This is a granted. It's
a bit of an extreme example, but it's example of the dangers of this lacks immigration policy
that has been part of this country for decades. By the way, this is not all Biden's fault.
This has been going on for decades. She and her and her knee and her daughter, the niece
and grandees, they were never properly vetted. They came around a tourist visa. Hey, you want
to come as a tourist? Come here. Do your tourism go home? She overstayed her tourist
being by quite requesting asylum. That never should have been granted. What is your credible
fear of retribution if you if you're more than one go back? She gets her green card and
she goes back. So that means her son was requested was obviously fraudulent. And now the big
thing. Oh, you mean Secretary State took away her green card? Yes. Her daughter's green
card? Yes. Because these were fraudulent claims. And her desire for citizenship apparently
was also fraudulent. Because either she was not she doesn't appear to be aligned with
the United States. And she doesn't appear to have been to force one religious to Iran.
But that's not the only example of craziness with aliens with immigration. You see two legal
aliens in Fairfax County, Virginia, but guilty to murder. And we're now I have gotten
a sweetheart plea deal. Now the Fairfax County Commonwealth's attorney, a Steve discano,
a plier's to be playing politics with this. You see the this is a site, Virginia's a sanctuary
state. And apparently he just loves giving deals to aliens. You see the first day I do
a jello. I believe his name accused of murder suspected of murder. He's an illegal
alien. So he broke a lot again to the country. He has a long criminal history. And he was
free on some sort of release at the time of the murder yet discatos office ignored all
of those warnings to give him a sweetheart deal. Now these two gentlemen could have been
convicted and sentenced if they were convicted in trial. Could have faced up to 40 years
in prison. What did they get as a deal? Five years with parole after three years. You have
a person with a long criminal history accused of murder facing again 40 years in jail.
He minimum 25 years in jail. And he's going to get out in three because the Commonwealth
attorney spun him a deal. When you're talking about sanctuary cities, in this case a sanctuary
state. I don't think that's what most people think of, but that's apparently what's going
on in Virginia. In fact, discanoes website, even declared that it's a perversion of justice
if a criminal who is an illegal alien is deported, but a criminal who's a US citizen gets
to stay in the country. I'm sorry, there is a distinction between a criminal that's an illegal
alien. You committed a crime to enter the country. You are eligible for deportation. If
you're a citizen, where the heck they're going to deport you to? This is your country.
The United States is not going to deport someone to the United States. But this again, this
is the insanity we see from some of the, so much of these sanctuary cities, literally
elevating people who broke the law to enter this country above citizens of the United States.
Now is this okay? Do you live in Virginia? Is this what you signed up for? Did you vote
for for Mr. Discano to hold the Fairfax County attorney, Commonwealth attorney? Did you
vote for it? If not, let me ask you. Would you vote for him again? Is he up for election
this year? Are you going to let people know that this is his idea of justice, giving alleged
murderers, sweetheart deals, you know, said 25 years in jail, up to 40 years in jail? No,
would just give you five and we'll let you out in three. Is this justice for the families
of the victims? Because this doesn't seem to be justice to me. Now, maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe there are other circumstances I'm not aware of, but based on whatever it's so far,
this seems more about the Commonwealth attorney trying to make national news by going soft
on the legal aliens, rather than, you know, actually doing his job of seeking justice
for the people of Fairfax County for upholding the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia
and Fairfax County for fulfilling his oath to support the Constitution, the both of the
Commonwealth of Virginia and the United States. Do you really want a chief prosecutor,
which is what the Commonwealth attorney is? Do you want that that's more interested in
politics than the law? That's more interested in making headlines than justice for the victims
because that's what it looks like. Now, I'm wondering in Mr. Discano's history,
has he offered similar deals to alleged murderers who were citizens of the United States,
or is it only the illegal aliens that get such a deal? Remember, the murder that was one of
these was accused of murdering somebody, stabbing them to death, stabbing their victim to death
on a bus, and this is how I did justice. See, this is why our confusion about immigration is so
damaging. Now, again, I have, I do have issues with federal immigration law, mainly the fact that
the Constitution doesn't delegate to the United States the power to regulate immigration.
They don't control, they, Congress can make laws about naturalization, not immigration. Those
are two separate things. And when you look at the fact that, well, the federal government has been,
well, I almost go criminally corrupt, but they've certainly been, they've certainly failed when
it comes to immigration. Now, should immigration be a nationwide policy, not a statewide policy?
I believe there's arguments for that. But the problem is we haven't had those discussions,
we haven't had those arguments, that idea has not been presented to the states for ratification.
That means the law says the 10th amendment of power not delegating the United States is
reserved to the states. That means immigration is a state power. Now, that means if states want to be
this stupid, they have a right to the people of the state, if the people of the state,
or the Commonwealth of Virginia want to let anybody into their state, that's fine.
They have no need to be recognized outside of that state because that's a state issue.
One of the problems we have is the people misunderstanding the recognizing of other state legal
actions. If Virginia wants to allow people to come to the states, their rules for entering the state,
well, then when that person comes in to say Tennessee, Tennessee has its own rules.
And they may say, well, listen, you have to, did you enter legally? There needs to be some,
that's why I think that confusion means this probably should be set to national level. But
for that to legally happen, we have to have a constitutional amendment, which is very important
because we can set the limits and the boundaries upon which the government can regulate immigration.
It allows us to put that fence, that limited numerator power fence around the federal government
and its actions when it comes to immigration. The more more interested in spending time
playing politics with these questions of sanctuary cities and states,
they say we're not going to bother with the law. We'll just let anybody come in and then complain
and ask the federal government for help when they have problems. And whether it's, hey,
you let these people in, they didn't really vet them properly. You're pushing them through
towards citizenship, but you never actually saw that were these people eligible.
And then at the state level, hey, we're going to give sweet hard deals. You're in legal alien.
Wouldn't you? I want the people of Virginia, especially of Fairfax County, Virginia,
to go down to this gentleman's office, to Mr. Discano's office,
explain to me why you're giving such a sweet hard deal to such criminals.
They committed a crime, a federal crime by entering the country.
They're accused of crime of murder. Why would you give them a sweet hard deal? Oh, well,
I don't know. Maybe it's because they don't think they've got a great chance. I don't know what
the answer is. But this gentleman, this Steve Discano needs to be confronted by the citizens he
represents and explain to them why he offered such a sweet hard deal to these
augmented alleged murderers. But apparently, in one case, convicted illegal alien.
Now, I have to hang out a second because I do have a break coming up. Then I'll pick up my
second topic of the day, which is arms. Now, before I go, you know, I saw this interesting report
that claims that up to 85% of the nutrients, our body needs that we used to get from our food,
doesn't come from our food anymore. It's literally been farmed out of the soil,
so it's not in our fruits and vegetables. Now, a lot of people look at this and say,
well, then, you know, we'll just take a lot of supplements. I know a lot of people they don't like
taking handful pills. So what can be done? Well, a friend as a chemical-free body,

study and today again we're looking at immigrants autos and in confidence. We did immigrants
in the first segment so this is the segment on arms and we're actually going to head out to the
US Attorney's Office for the district of Columbia and the US Attorney Janine Piro.
Now she is asking the DC Court of Appeals to conduct an on-bond hearing because she didn't like the
the decision of a three-dutch panel. The district of the three-dutch panel of the court said that
DC's ban on quote unquote large capacity magazines is unconstitutional. In other words they actually
looked at the language of the second amendment and said it says the right of the people to keep
in bear arms shall not be in French unless it's a big scary magazine or some other thing that
you know people made up later in the day. That means the US Attorney for the district of Columbia
is the same anti-gun attorney that we see from all these anti-gun groups even from anti-gun
attorneys general that we've seen in the past that we see in states all across the nation.
She defended the district's gun registration requirements arguing that the panel's decision could
put an end to prosecutions for possessing an unregistered firearm or carrying without a license.
Yes! In other words the second amendment means exactly what it says. The supreme law of the land
supersedes a district regulation which by the way is not law. Remember the Constitution says
that the Congress has the power to make laws for the district of Columbia. Article 1, Section 8
clause I think a 16 says to exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever over
such district not exceeding 10 mile square as made by the session of particular states and
acceptance of Congress become the seat of the government of the United States. Congress has
exclusive legislative power over the district of Columbia. So these rules and regulations
that unless they're classified they're not laws and if Congress did pass this law
without law would have been made not pursuant to the Constitution and as we all know under
Article 6 clause 2 this Constitution and the laws of the United States which shall be made
in pursuance thereof and all treaties made under the authority of the United States shall be
the supreme law of the land. So yeah Miss Piro this is really about following the Constitution.
You mean we won't be able to prosecute people for having an unregistered firearm? Yes!
For carrying without a license? Yes! Why? Because the Constitution says it's all right. You don't
need the government's permission to own a firearm. You don't need the government's permission to carry
a firearm. Mr. President, you recently fired your attorney general. I suggest you fire the US
attorney for the district of Columbia because he's apparently not willing to fill her oath to support
the Constitution of the United States. Now the plaintiff in this case of Benson versus the United
States filed their own counter-motion claiming that Appellan Tyrian Benson through council respectfully
moves to strike the United States response to the district of Columbia petition to
rehearing on Bach. The response is actually a petition for a rehearing on Bach and therefore
untimely under D.C. regulations. In the alternative, if this court excuses the untimeliness of
the United States request for rehearing on Bach, it should afford appellant an opportunity to
respond to the United States pleading which was filed on the same day as the appellant response
that the district's petition was due and makes arguments that this did not make in his position.
In other words, listen, they didn't do it on time so you shouldn't listen to it. If you're going to
excuse their tardiness, well, you have to give us an opportunity to respond because they filed in
such a way that we didn't get an opportunity to respond to many of their, including their claims
that we made that we they claim we made that we did not make. But yes, even in the federal district
of Columbia, we have a US attorney who won't rather like the county Commonwealth attorney
in Fairfax, Virginia. Apparently, he's not worried about the law, the Constitution, any of those
things. Oh my god, we'd have to actually we'd end prosecutions that would violate the Constitution
of the United States. How dare you say that we do that? Yeah. Meanwhile, in the fifth circuit court
of appeals, they're taking a look at the Federal Switchblade Act. Did you know there's a federal
switchblade back? I want to remind you that the Second Amendment says the right of the people to
keep in bear arms. We tend to focus on firearms, but it's not just firearms. It is other arms,
which Webster's 1820 dictionary 1828 dictionary defines as weapons of offense and armor for
defense of the body. And so it's a weapon. Now, part of this Federal Switchblade Act prohibits
the possession of Switchblade knives on federal lands such as national parks, land managed by the
Bureau of Land Management and defined Indian country. Now, this was heard by a three judge panel
of the fifth circuit. And according to reports, it seems they were originally skeptical of the
relief sought by knife rights, a group of gun rights. These are people looking for knife
rights. They they question the attorney very heavily on the his application to the challenge.
They even questioned, you know, how much of a threat is this to to the plaintiff or to the public
at large? But as much as Schumacher pointed out, this because you're on the one important aspect
of this is that the government doesn't doesn't disavow enforcement. This is not a statute that's
never been enforced and has gone into, you know, disuse. I mean, they enforce it when they want to
enforce it from time to time. They enforce it. They enforce it against a spider cop. I have no idea
who this spider co is. Now, as I said, it seemed like the the court may be leaning against knife
rights, but they did say that they're traded a great job and we'll have to wait and see
how the court actually decides the case. But again, when we're talking about violations of the
First Amendment, we are not only talking about firearms. We're not only talking about
magazines. We're not only talking about prohibitions, you know, prohibitions against the right to
keeping their arms not based in due process, meaning if someone's adjudicated a felon that would
make, especially a violent felon, yes, that would make it that would make sense. But simply saying,
no, you can't because the government says so is a direct violation of the Second Amendment,
the Supreme Law Land, saying that, you know, you're not allowed to have a magazine, which is part
of the arm is part of the firearm, a violation of the Second Amendment. And we'll have to wait
to see what DC circuit court says. And then when it comes to the knives, again, for those you may
not be familiar, you know, people carry knives for a lot of reasons, one of which is knives don't
jam. They generally don't, I don't know about a switchblade, I've never played much with switch
blades. But guess what? You know, a firearm can jam. Sometimes you need something else. And people
are saying, yes, this is this is my self defense weapon. It's my self defense arm. Just the same
as this firearm is, it is an arm as defined by a common language in the time of the adoption of
the Bill of Rights. It's an arm. Why does it not get the same protection? Because the
Second Amendment doesn't have an accept clause. The Fifth Amendment has an accept clause, meaning
you can be deprived of the property you have in your rights via due process of law, that process
to protect your rights in general. But it's not in the Second Amendment. So you can't make an
exception because of the sides of the magazine or the fact that you may not like that you have a
really bad image of switch blades, the law is the law. And if you want to do it, if you want to
change it, you actually have to change the law. You can't just make stuff up as you go along.
But this one, again, this one comes out in New York City. And this one, I loved the title.
It comes from bearing arms. And it says, turns out, ignorance of law is an excuse, at least if
you're NYPD. Now again, New York prosecutors routinely charge and put people in prison for
simply carrying a firearm without a New York concealed carry permit. By the way, it is difficult
to get. I used to live in New York State. It's difficult to get a concealed carry permit. When I
got mine back up in New York City, I had to pay, I think it was $10 to buy an application. Yes,
to buy an application. I had to go through, basically, a modified 100 safety course, or it was
basically, it was basically a gun safety course where they talked a bit about handgun laws in New
York State. And I had to, I had to provide three character references that lived in the same
county as me, but we're not related to me by blood or marriage. And I had to write self-adressed
stamped envelopes so they could send them a questionnaire to see if I was a good character or not.
And then I had to wait. It was like almost nine months before I got a letter that said, okay,
we've approved your license. If I could give you your license, you've approved it. You can now go
buy a gun where you can't actually buy the gun. You can pay for the gun and then come back to the
court to make sure that the judge approves of you buying that gun. And oh, by the way, all of that
was not valid in New York City. All right. Even though it might state concealed carry said it
everywhere except New York City. So here's an interest. We have a lawsuit by a Rafiq Khan,
an Army veteran and legal gun owner who possessed both a premises permit and a concealed carry
license. Meaning in New York City, you need a permit to have a gun on your premises. You also need
a permit to a separate concealed carry license to carry that weapon in public.
Now, Mr. Khan was out celebrating his mother's 70th birthday with family. Congratulations, Mr.
Khan's mom. But he realized that they were going to be in what New York law calls a sensitive
place. So what did he do? Well, he did what all law-biting gun owners and he went back to store
his firearm in his car. Now, according to reports from the judge's opinion, he says,
at some point, the police intelligence division was tipped off that someone matching plaintiff's
description was in possession of a firearm, tried to enter the eatery and then put the firearm
in the glove box of a blue BMW shortly thereafter. Officer Hughes was briefed on the situation
and left with officers Benson and Nicholson to investigate. The officers located the blue BMW
ran the license plate and determined that the car belonged to the plaintiff. The officers then
searched plaintiff's name through the various databases and learned that the plaintiff had a
business carry firearm license. Now, that phrase business carry license comes to the fact that in
New York State, especially at the time, you had to show just cause. In other words, it wasn't
assumed you were going to carry a gun because you could. You had to have a really good reason for
especially in New York City and one of them was while I need to carry it for my business.
Apparently, that's how he got it. But again, they noticed that term was changed,
concealed carry, but they knew he was licensed to carry. They searched the police database,
it was licensed to carry going back to the opinion. Apparently, none of the officers on the scene
knew what a business carry firearm license was. After turning to the internet, the officers had
even less clarity. Even so, the officers continued watching and eventually saw plaintiff and two
others leave the eatery and sit in the blue BMW for about half an hour. After plaintiffs began to
drive away, the officers initiated a traffic stop. Now, even though Mr. Khan immediately and
proactively informed the officers that he had a pistol in his glove box, he was still arrested
for supposedly criminal possession of a weapon, even though he had a license to carry that weapon.
And if it's still the same way as it was when I had a New York State, his license specifically
listed that weapon by make modeling serial number on his license. Mr. Khan spent the night in jail
and was arraigned the next day. And it was after his arrangement that the New York police licensing
division started investigating Khan's arrest. But rather than informing the officers and the court
that they had charged a guy with a valid carry permit for carrying without a permit,
they ordered that Mr. Khan surrender his license and all of his firearms simply because he was
illegally arrested for illegally possession of gun that he had both license and permission to carry.
But you got to hear this one is that the officers independently corroborated every piece of
information that the informant gave except the location of the firearms of the vehicle,
which is not what he was charged with. The judge said that sufficient a stab to establish probable
cause to believe the uncorroborated information i.e. that the plaintiff stored his firearm in his
glove box. It's apparently is a violation of some New York penal code. So let me ask you you live
in if you live in New York, you have a license, you follow everything, but you didn't store a property
they don't charge you they never charged him for sorry, they charged him for being carrying a weapon
being possession of a gun without a license. When he had a license, they had proved he had a license
and when they couldn't know what the term business license meant, rather than toggling the
supervisor, they googled it. Talk about ignorance of the law. And it was Mr. Khan that paid the price.
I don't know about you, but I would love to see Mr. Khan not only sue the NYPD,
I'd like to see criminal charges because if you have again remember these officers,
they looked at the license plate, they found his name, they found out he had a license to carry a
firearm, they didn't understand the particular type of license, but they didn't bother to verify that.
Where is and what do you hang qualified immunity? You have a person licensed to carry a firearm
that is in possession of a firearm and you're going to that is false arrest ladies and gentlemen.
I mean, what's next? They see him driving down the road. He produces a driver's license,
but they don't like the driver's license because it says it's some drivers' card,
so they arrest him for it, could drive him out of the license. This is the craziness it comes on.
And it's one of the reasons why qualified immunity and the idea that the police are always right
is not only stupid, but it's incredibly dangerous.
Okay, I got one more segment to come before I go, you know, I talk about these places a lot,
you know, I quoted from Beringon, say there's a news outlet that covers second amendment issues,
but there are a lot of organizations that are trying to deprive you of your rights,
not just the NYPD. See, I want to support companies and supporting organizations that are
protecting our rights. One of them is Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian and served

out loud with code out loud. Welcome back, Everyday Americans. You've rejoined the constitution
study. We talked about immigrants. We talked about arms. Now let's talk about incompetence.
And other stories. I don't know if this is simply incompetence. So the Obama Presidential Center
is getting ready to open. I guess they're opening this summer. And they have a great deal.
See, if you live in Illinois, you get free admission on Tuesdays, at least according to ABC 7 in Chicago.
So rather than paying to $30 for adults and $23 for 12 and older, you get in free just because
you're a resident of Illinois. But you actually have to have proof of Illinois residents to get that
free admission. I actually laugh at this because isn't this the same group that is fighting tooth
and nail against the Save Act? The one constitutional aspect of that act is Congress saying, listen to vote
in elections for House or Senate, you must provide a valid photo ID.
Now, Gordon, apparently not again, the Obama Presidential Center, it's a private organization.
They have every right to demand ID. They have every right to set the pricing, however they want.
They have every right to say, if you want special pricing for resident pricing, you have to show
your resident. I'm not saying anything they're doing is wrong. I just find it humorous, shall we say?
An example of their ridiculous positions that say, you know, you have to prove who you are
to get free entrance into the presidential center, into the museum, but not to vote.
To me, that's just, you know, I mean, that's just kind of the way it's, there's nothing wrong with
what the presidential center is doing. Nothing whatsoever. I just find it an example of the
okay, for me, but not for the mentality when it comes to things like, oh, proof of who you are,
an ID showing an ID. It's a constitutional infringement to require an ID to vote,
but not to gain access to a museum. And that's just another example of the crazy nonsense
that's been going on. Okay, let's get back to New York City for a minute.
So New York City has a, what they call New York City Housing Authority. It is, well,
they run their landlords, right? And I will tell you, I don't know if it was a housing authority
time. When I was a small child, we lived in the project. We lived in the housing authorities
or partners. And well, let's just say people are starting to question how good, I mean, they're
not exactly known for being good landlords. The average way time for a non-emergency repair
in a New York City Housing Authority apartment is around 449 days. Meaning, if there's a problem
in your apartment that is not considered an emergency, you got to wait about a year and a quarter
for anybody shows up to do with the problem. At the same time, this agency has at least 74
executives that get paid $200,000 or more a year. And 104 member of their upper management that
gets $140,000 year, meaning there's $22 million between the executives and the upper management.
For an agency that, guess what, can't get a refrigerator repaired or an air conditioning
repaired or something like that in under a year and a quarter. The CEO of the NYCHA, Lisa Bova Hyatt,
she pulls down just under $400,000, $399,999 a year, 400 grand.
For an agency that can't get, can't even do basically, put it this way, if it was a private
apartment building, I bet you the New York City would be all over them if it took a year and a
quarter to get basic maintenance done. And oh, by the way, the VP for legal affairs at the NYCHA,
the David Road, he makes over $300,000 a year. It seems to be a great paying job to
be an executive at an incompetent city agency. Now, New York City has an interesting
history with slumlords. The slumlords of those, you know, they collect the rent, but they don't
do the work. And we have this image, this picture, right, of overcrowded, rundown buildings that,
you know, not maintained. And, you know, again, people, you know, yeah, there's a problem in
the apartment. There's a problem with the plumbing, a problem with the appliances and, you know,
the slumlord ignores them. That kind of sounds like it describes the New York City housing authority
at this point, get their executives are pulling down big, big bucks. And by the way, those bucks
are your taxpayer dollars if you live in New York City. According to one actress, they turn
public housing into a new hustle with residents and afterthought rather than saying, let, let me not
take a raise so the money can go back and fix in the infrastructure. They're living, well, they,
so that they live living conditions have basic dignity. In other words, hey, we're not worried.
Let them let them deal with their problems. I get my paycheck. They're getting raises while
they're incompetent. But then again, this is a city authority, meaning it's run by the city of
New York, which means, hey, Mr. Rondani, why are executives at this agency where they can't give
basic housing? You're always talking about basing housing. You're talking about lowering the rent.
You're talking about all these things. How about your own housing authority actually maintain
the buildings and apartments that they own already? How about you cut some of these executive
salaries in the house and use that money to fix the apartments that the people actually paid to
live in? If you're waiting for that, don't hold your breath. Okay, one more here. And this is
a little different. So stay farm insurance. And this is something I want to warn you about because
you may be worried about this. They have come to an agreement to renew the insurance of
a Santa and a homeowner after the state state farm used drones to spy on her house.
Now, this lady, a Linda Bennett received a letter from state farm warning her that her
homeowner's policy would be canceled unless she replaced her roof, something estimated
costing $20,000 and $50,000. Of course, she looks like I don't have that kind of money.
But here's where the dispute came from. You see, more and more insurers are using drones,
aerial photography. And in some cases, artificial intelligence to evaluate properties.
And this is how Ms. Bennett suspects her roof came under scrutiny.
She said, when I got the notice, I thought to myself, nobody came out. Nobody in calls and said,
we need to inspect your roof for our policy. I just got that saying that I had to get a new roof.
I had no explanation. Now, apparently she knew that there was an inspection. She had a contractor
come out to assess it and said, well, the roof was still in pretty good shape. It needed some
minor repairs, but the roof as a whole was a good shape and probably had at least another nine or
10 years before it needed to be replaced. But it's interesting. Coming up, coming up, why
are these going on? Are they simply using, again, other sources to not actually inspect the
roof, but just get a glance at it. An advisor from the United Policy Holders,
and Amy Bach said, if you get one of these notices right back immediately or call, ask them,
am I being non-renewed on the basis of an aerial image? Then demand to see that image.
I want to have those pictures. I want a chance to fix what the problem is. But unless I know what
the problem is, I can't fix it, which brings an interesting question. Imagine, does the insurance
companies simply have drones flying around over the houses of the people they ensure to inspect
the homes? Because, again, aerial footage may say there might be a problem, but it's pretty hard
to say the extent of the problem just by an aerial footage, which brings me to another question.
And that is, wait a second, you performed a search on my home. Does my policy authorize you to
search my home without my permission? Well, it wasn't visible for the street. Do we actually have
companies that are simply gathering images on rooftops and whole neighborhoods and then selling
that data to the insurance companies? This, to me, comes on the heels of other reports about
people's driving habits being tracked by their cars. Nowadays, cars are rolling computers and
all sorts of features. And in some cases, the data collected about how you drive your car, how fast
you drive, how hard you accelerate, how hard you break, that's being sent to the car manufacturers,
which is selling it to the insurance companies without your permission. These are issues we have
to be concerned with because we've become so connected that we sometimes don't think about,
well, what are the downsides? What are the possible issues? I'm in the process of buying a car
from a family number. And the one of the first things I did was I searched online once I decided
that I want to buy the car and say, how do I turn off any data reporting? I don't want the
manufacturer to know how I drive. There's none of their business. I don't want them to know if they,
you know, if I'm getting my oil change when they when they think I should or if I'm following none
of there, they sold me the car. It is mine. They didn't rent it to me. They didn't lease it to me.
I am the sole and whole owner. I don't even have a loan going to be on this car. And to me,
this is another example of how often simply we don't think about what we hand over when we use
these services that are supposed to make our lives easier. Now, I remember I had a problem. We had
a windstorm out here that caused damage to my house. And I called the insurance company. They set
out an adjuster. The adjuster took a drone to make sure it was actually an overhead door that was
damaged. But at that point, he went out and inspected with the drone to make sure there was no
damage to the roof. So he could document and I said, okay, I understand that. I gave permission
for that. That's a lot different from him simply flying his drone over my house when I'm not home
because he's looking to see if there's a problem. And I think we need to be more aware of
not just how much data we make available to others. But how often that people may be gathering
data because they think they have access, but they may not legally have access. And that may be
something we need to know and be aware of. So there we go. Three topics today. I should
immigrants, arms and incompetence, a nice little mortgage mortgage board of events going on. We'll
have to see what else comes up because you know, again, not always there's something worth an entire
episode with a common theme. Maybe we'll have more of these. We'll have to see how the news goes.
There's certainly plenty of things going on in this world. And I hope you're engaged in them.
It's why when I set up the Constitution study, our focus is on diligently reading a study in
the Constitution, knowing when our teaching the rise in generation to be free, knowing when our
rights are violated and preparing to defend and serve them. That's why I'm here. Hopefully,
that's why you're here. And hopefully, that's why you'll continue to come back and join us here
for the Constitution study. Now, you may have questions. You may have questions about what I've
been talking about or other questions related. I love answering questions. I know I'm weird.
Most people don't like the public speaking. Most people don't like answering questions. I love both.
Now, questions are important because they do two things. Obviously, if you don't know, ask.
I only believe there are two stupid questions in the world. The one you don't ask, the one you
ask three times. If you don't know, ask. Go to constitution study.com slash questions and ask
your question. I ask for your name and email address because I'm going to email you an answer.
Me, myself, I, not an AI, not I'm going to answer your question. Now, if you'd like me to answer
the question on the radio, well, there's a checkbox. You know, please answer on America,
I'll talk radio. You do that. I'll answer on the radio. But as I said, the only two stupid
questions, the one you don't ask, the one you ask three times. If you don't know, ask. Not only
does it help you, they're actually helps me because every question is based on a premise.
And I have to double check to make sure my premise is valid. So when people ask questions,
I'm offering double checking myself to make sure I'm on the right point. But it also helps you
and also helps others because there are probably dozens of not hundreds of people out there listening
that have the same or similar question, but either didn't think to ask or maybe they were afraid to
ask. I mean, honest, I'm not that scary. I don't bite. I've had all my shots, old joke.
So please go to constitutionstudio.com slash questions and ask your question. I'd much rather have
you asked in the answer than have you wonder or to continue under a false premise because a lot of
the questions I get are based in a false premise and I can help prove with facts and evidence and
data and quotes and points you the right place to see, oh wait a second, you need to understand
this in order to properly answer that question. So it helps you and it's me and it's other listeners,
please do. I'd love to have more segments where I'm just answering questions, but sadly,
I'm not getting as much as I used to. So I'm looking forward to answering your questions.
Again, go to constitutionstudio.com slash questions and ask. I also hope you'll come back and join
us here for the constitution study. Now we're on America loud talk radio heard on the iHeartRadio

Because you can also listen via podcasts. Now podcasts are cool. I listen to a lot of podcasts.
Means you don't have to listen to 4 p.m. Eastern time, you can follow up later because
it does take a day or two for an episode to go from talk radio to podcast, but you get to listen

the algorithm is to share this when people are looking for podcasts. So listen to
so you can find all the links you need at the homepage at americaoutloud.news.
But please share those links. It's important because as much as the algorithm helps show the
