every team hire a full-time clinician right at their facilities.

This bumps up from the 2019 rule that only required part-time help, about 8-12 hours

a week over two days.

The push comes after a tough season with suicides of Dallas Cowboys' defensive end

in Marshaan-Neilin and Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Ron Dale Moore, shining a light

on isolation risks for players on injured reserve or suspensions.

League officials say this sets a baseline standard across all 32 teams, with 8 already ahead

on full-time staff, and most running multiple.

Part-timers

Now it's about constant availability, whether one person full-time or a combo covering

the full load.

Clinicians will proactively reach out to separated players through off-site meets, virtual

calls or phone sessions, since suspended guys can't hit.

The facilities, they'll also help players' families with assessments and referrals.
