A ton of talent was on the board for the final day of the 2023 NFL Draft. The prospects flew off the board rounds 4-7 to complete the draft. General manager Monti Ossenfort put the finishing touches on his first Arizona Cardinals draft by selecting a quarterback and some athletic freaks.
