The New York Giants hold the fifth pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, an NFL Network analyst

Daniel Jeremiah has them selecting Ohio State Linebacker, Sunny Styles and his latest

mock.

Style stands out as a top option to bolster their defense, especially against the run, where

the Giants ranks near the bottom last season, allowing.

For 145 rushing yards per game, earlier this year, the Giants added Linebacker-Tremaine

Edmonds on a big free-age and deal worth $23.7 million guaranteed, and they boast edge

rushers, Brian Burns and Abdul Carter alongside Dexter Lawrence of Front.

Still, experts say the unit needs more depth to handle ground attacks effectively.

Styles brings serious credentials from his time with the buck-eyes, including a national

title, all-American honors, and standout numbers like nine.

Saxon over 130 solo tackles across 53 games.

His versatility shines through prior play at safety, and he never missed a tackle in

his final college season.

At the Scouting Combine, the 6-foot-5 Ohio native clocked a 4.46 in the 40-yard dash and

lead to 43.5 inches, vertically showing elite athleticism for his size.

While the offensive backs like Caleb Downs draw attention for the Giants' secondary

needs, Jeremiah sees Styles as the perfect fit right now.

With that front line drawing blockers, Styles could clean up against runners and elevate

the whole group, making it tough for the Giants to look, elsewhere if he's available

at 5.
