It's scheduled for Thursday, September 10th, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground to kick off week one. Officials revealed the kickoff time this week, 5.35pm, Pacific time. That puts it on Thursday evening for fans back home in the United States. Over in Melbourne, though, it's Friday morning at 10.35am, thanks to the 17-hour time difference. This game follows right on the heels of the season opener. The Seattle Seahawks host at one on Wednesday, September 9th, against an opponent still to be announced. With this lot, the 49ers Rams class shapes up as week ones Thursday night prime time feature. Travel will be tough for the 49ers with a quick turnaround for week two.
