Hour 2 -
Good Wednesday morning! Here's what Nick Reed covers this hour:
- CNN edited a shameful social media post that framed two suspected ISIS-inspired terrorists as throwing a homemade bomb in an attempt to kill protesters at an anti-Islam rally, as a couple of Pennsylvania teenagers who were out to enjoy an unseasonably warm day.
- On Tuesday night, CNN NewsNight host Abby Phillip said that the ISIS-inspired terrorists were attempting to target New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, not the anti-Muslim protestors.
- Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) responded to the terror attack with the following comment: Muslims don’t belong in American society. Pluralism is a lie.
- After nearly 50 years in Orange County, Yamaha Motor Corp. USA is packing up its headquarters — trading Cypress, California for Kennesaw, Georgia in a sweeping corporate shift that will impact about 250 workers.
- A phased-in minimum wage hike in Los Angeles that will mandate up to $30 per hour for hotel workers, signed into law by mayor Karen Bass, is already causing problems for the hotel industry and putting the squeeze on the working-class demographic that minimum wage laws are purportedly intended to help.
