Springfield Talk, 1041. Hello, everyone. Welcome. Good morning. It is the Friday
Road Show from Scramblers. It is also a Heroes Breakfast. That's right. Get on
out here and you're going to get yourself free breakfast. Their service is
heating cooling plumbing electrical. They are helping purchase breakfast for
veterans this morning, along with Delta Roofing and the Warriors Journey
Scramblers. Of course, a big part of that as well. Air Services, in fact, on hand.
Hand it out. Clever little, they're like keychains, but have never seen one
like this before. Kind of nice and fancy. So grab one of those while you're out
here as well. And if you've not been here for a Heroes Breakfast, it's pretty
simple stuff. You're a veteran. You come over as we're set up here doing the
show at the broadcast table and then you'll see little certificates there on
the table that you grab one. And you just give that to your server and she will
get you all set up with your free breakfast. It is as simple as that coming
up some of the new well. Of course, Tom Mars. He's going to be joining us. So
also apparently some movement out of the Senate regarding the funding of
the Department of Homeland Security. And best I can tell no one it's like
nothing that no one got anything that they want. It's it's a stalemate that's
moving forward. It doesn't involve funding of ice. But ice is funded for a
period of time anyhow. So it's not like that's going to cut off current
funding. And there's no reform attached to it. Now Chuck Schumer's out there
saying we won. We held the line even though they got absolutely nothing that
they were asking for whatsoever. So you know, get you the just the latest
updating on that. And then some really interesting revelations yesterday
coming from Sean Duffy, the transportation secretary. And in light of just
this increasing number of incidents that have occurred across the country,
one of them most recently in Missouri, in which you have these truck drivers
that in Missouri, there was video of one just going the wrong way on the
interstate. I think it was north of St. Louis. And it's like they all come from
it seems like Minnesota or California. And they don't speak English. They
can't even read basic signs. And one of the things that Duffy
revealed yesterday is that under Pete Buttigieg, Buttigieg was allowing
trucking schools to certify themselves. They would just pay like $800.
And then suddenly they were completely certified without any sort of oversight
whatsoever, which you know, sort of makes sense how it is that all of these
individuals who can't speak English or driving around causing horrific
fatalities across the country. You know, it's diversity is our strength, I
think, is what we're constantly told. We got weather coming up here in a moment
much cooler this morning. If you haven't been outside yet, those temperatures
really did drop overnight. Right now the latest news up.
From all of us here at Ozark's first news, I'm Mike Landis.
Of the growth of Southwest Springfield is showing no signs of slowing down.
Just days after the city's new target opened on West Sunshine near West
bypass, we're learning about another plan development nearby.
On Monday night, the city council approved a rezoning request for 12 acres
and that would pave the way for the proposed West Sunshine Marketplace.
The plan calls for retail and offices at Sunshine and More Road.
Lawmakers in Jefferson City are considering a bill to require alert systems
in all Missouri schools. If approved, Missouri would be the 13th state to pass the law.
The several school districts across the state are already using similar
alert systems, including the Lindbergh and Normany School Districts in
Eastern Missouri from the Ozark's first.com digital newsroom in Springfield
by Mike Landis and the first alert forecast from Ozark's first meteorologist
Tom Schmidt sponsored by St. Clair of the Ozark's home improvements.
Today we'll see a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the
morning and mid afternoon, otherwise mostly cloudy with a high near 58.
Tonight mostly clear with a low around 31.
Four-year Saturday sunny skies with a high near 61
and taking a look at Sunday mostly sunny with a high near 76.
Hey everyone, it's Emily Johnson House Theory Realty.
How do you do? Good morning, I'm doing great.
It's great to see you did a spring break, you're back.
Yes, we snuck away for last week for spring break with the kids and
like I was telling Sarah, I don't always announce when we're leaving town just
you know for security purposes, but also I don't ever want clients to think I'm
not available, you know, because if they think oh I don't want to bother her,
she's on vacation, I'll call somebody else, you know that's how
tough our industry can be, just you know we've got to be on call basically 24-7,
but it was somewhat quiet week so we got to enjoy some time away which was
wonderful. You stayed in the States?
No, we loving in the United States, yes, yeah we went over
to Scottsdale, Arizona, which you know driving through you're like oh
Maricopa County, you know trying to teach our kids about why that was a
hiccup in this specific county for elections, but yeah we escaped out west
for a little bit and did some sightseeing and
and now we're back and you know Will and I were talking last night for those
that don't know my husband is also a licensed realtor with our brokerage,
he focuses more on lake properties farm and land, but
we have several clients right now that are both binding and selling and we've
realized all of them right now are either listeners of KSGF
or referrals from listeners of KSGF, so it's really neat just to kind of see
what you guys do in our community and you know I met with a gentleman this
week with the City of Springfield and he said I feel like I know you you know
because I listened to Nick and we've been advertising with you all for
several years, so. It's been I probably longer, well I
I mean I remember when we were at Bricksbellgen, Wafflin Page, you guys
long with us then. Yeah and that's when Don used to always say he had he was the
longest advertiser which, oh really? The suns are still here, so that's still
count. Yeah legacy still, but other than that. Yeah, so it's been several years,
but it's always exciting just you know people that walk in and say you know
they've heard you recommend me or or their friend,
his friends with Nick Reed and Sarah you know, so it's just really cool to kind of see
everyone that we're working with right now is a listener of the show
and really you know our our purpose is just to be a resource you know I'm
meeting with the gentleman next week again listener of the show, moving right
now might not be ready for him, but he needs a place to start and that is
figuring out what your home is actually worth, so then you can determine what
your plans are, are you going to stay? Are you going to sell? And so for us it's
never a waste of time having those meetings because it's a chance for that
buyer seller to interview us as well, but I also know that this house might
be available someday, so if I have a buyer looking for that specific property,
it's stored in the back of my mind knowing that it's a possibility that I could
make that deal come together. I don't think we've had you on since
I had attempted to sell your one home by 730. Yes, I guess that didn't happen by
730. Thank you for trying. I tried and this is why
I guess I don't do what you do. Well and it was a it's I kind of gave you a hard
challenge there because that one's priced at 4.5 million. So that's going to be
a very specific buyer for that home, but it's such a
coolest state. It's located on 15 acres between Highland Springs and Millwood,
so Farmer Road 181 kind of runs parallel with Highway 65, you get off at the
Evans Road exit, and it's a really neat, you know,
large home, guest home pool, acreage, pool house, greenhouse, you name it, it has
all the features. Somebody's going to hopefully
that buyer will be a KSCF listener, and then they'll have us all over for that.
Oh, that would be cool. A cool party or something. A cool party or a happy hour,
you know, exactly. That would be very cool. So we'll try to make that happen.
Anything you're showing specifically this weekend? Yeah, we've got a couple open houses this weekend.
I have a new listing today that's coming on the market in Brentwood, South,
so right off of Battlefield Road, 2466 East Cambridge, three bedrooms, two bathrooms,
but it's 2100 square feet, really neat house. It's been remodeled over the years,
so even though it was built in 1971, it's got updated bathrooms, two living areas.
That'll be coming on the market today for 315,000. It'll be open on Sunday from two to four,
and then Will's going to also be holding a house open on Sunday out at 532-1 South
James Avenue. This is kind of the Harrison Wilson McBride area, Southwest Springfield.
So this house is five bedrooms, three bathrooms, walk out basement, it's on the market,
just reduced for 575,000. Perfect. A lot of numbers early in the morning,
but you can always follow our social media pages for updates on those.
Perfect. Well, I'm glad you had great time in Arizona. I did. Thank you. Glad you're back.
Me too. It's always, and just I love it makes me so happy to hear all of the listeners,
and just a little community we have getting people into good homes.
Yeah, thank you both so much. That Emily Johnson House Theory Realty,
we've got our heroes breakfast underway here from scramblers, which means if you're a veteran,
you got till nine o'clock this morning. Come out, get free breakfast. I'm Nick Fox News reporting,
Congress one step closer to ending the Homeland Security shutdown after the Senate advanced a new
last minute deal with a came at the price of Republican seating ground temporarily to
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Democrat New York. The Senate unanimously advanced a
deal to reopen most of the Department of Homeland Security in the wee hours of Friday morning,
42 days into the shutdown that was spurred by the Trump administration's immigration operations
in Minnesota. It was an agreement that largely gave Schumer and Senate Democrats what they wanted,
no funding for ice and parts of customs and border protection, but it also lacked reforms
that the Democrats wanted, like requiring judicial warrants or requiring agents to unmask and
be exposed to drug cartels and human traffickers. Of course, it's just a banner morality play
by the Democrats on behalf of Narco-Tarrist. It sounds on the surface as if this is
no movement whatsoever. Now this goes to the House and then we'll see if there's any problems
with over there if not it'll go Trump. He signed it. Trump did yesterday announce that he was just
going to use executive order to start getting these TSA agents paid bypassing Democrats blocking
them from getting paid. I'm not sure whether the timing of this is a coincidence or if that
somehow spurred this to occur. I'm trying to think in my mind, I guess of Democrats felt as if
refusing to pay TSA was working in their favor, then I could see how it is Trump threatening to
bypass them would motivate them to go ahead and get this thing off the shelf.
Because what I think if in their minds and I listen, this is a fair argument from a political
perspective. While Democrats have seven or eight different times blocked this funding,
Democrats are the ones that have prevented the TSA agents from getting paid. Even the anger
response isn't that you hear we talked about this the other day, whether it's some of the
airlines or pilots, individuals that are directly impacted, they're blaming Congress.
Well, who controls Congress? Republicans. And so while you people who pay attention to what's
going on and understand the dynamics of all of this, recognize that by Congress, it's actually
Democrats that are blocking this. Given the fact that Republicans are in charge of Congress,
people who really don't know any better, they just see this as Congress is just dysfunctional
and Republicans are the ones in charge. And from a Democrat perspective, you could see them
looking at that as some sort of win. While at the same time not wanting to back down on
their demands to make it easier for illegals to vote and to make it easier for drug cartels to
identify ICE or ICE enforcement members, the other potential implication of the Democrats,
and if they really did feel as if the shutdown was benefiting them because it was perceived as a
congressional problem, not a Democrat problem, is there only way to potentially keep the lack of
funding or paying TSA agents continuing would be to challenge Trump in courts, challenge his authority
and to say he doesn't have the authority to fund it, but that would put them front and center
and make it very undeniable that they were the ones responsible for TSA agents not getting paid
and hence TSA agents not showing up because they're getting new jobs and then the long lines.
And so the advantage that they have of people not really knowing who necessarily is responsible
for this on the whole, they would lose that advantage. And so okay, this fights over.
Let's just go ahead and come up with something to kick this cam down the road, which it sounds like
that's what's happening here because no one really got what they wanted. Now in terms of
the, what does this mean for ICE and CBP, there's still flush with about $75 billion in cash because
of the big beautiful bill. Part of that big beautiful bill was to really sort of pay in advance,
if you will, have that funding there. So while the funding at some point would run out, this isn't
the sort of situation in which because this doesn't have additional funding for them that they're
going to start to not get paid that there won't be money for them because for at least the immediate
term, that will continue on. Now, Schumer's out there claiming we won, we held the line even though
they got absolutely nothing that they wanted. I mean, the whole point of them holding pay from
so many of these workers was to try and again allow illegals to go to vote without
ICE being present and to force the agents to have their faces exposed so that they can be targeted
by the drug cartels and human traffickers and none of that apparently is what they are going to
be getting in this. I did find in this particular story a quote from the senator of Kansas Roger
Marshall to be a perfect summation of the Republican Party, not Trump but the Republican Party.
And in the last two sentences of this story, Rita's follows. Some Republicans are already
couching expectations on what can and can't be accomplished in the party line process given that
anything in the bill has to pass muster with strict rules in the Senate. Quote, I think we have
to set our sights a little bit lower on the reconciliation bill. Senator Roger Marshall,
Republican of Kansas told Fox News Digital, it's got to be targeted to fund ICE in 10 years. I think
that's the number one thing to us. So, losers leading with losing. I mean, we're getting
unfortunately the Republican Party is getting back to that comfort zone of getting in charge and
then making sure everyone understands that we've got a lower expectations. But just I don't know
how the words can come out of the mouth of anyone that at the same time tells themselves they
want to be a winning party. When you are out there, quote, setting expectations, telling people
that they need to lower their expectations, what sort of loser are you? I would once again
note, this is why Donald Trump is, or this was the environment that created a nation that was
more than happy to elect Donald Trump because Donald Trump had the policies of a Republican
individual, but the conviction and the passion of the left. If you notice, the left never talks
about lowering expectations. The left never goes out and says, well, I know we're in charge,
but you got to understand. Even when they're not in charge, they're talking about running up
the hill and battle and taking everything, the entire castle, no prisoners, no holds barred,
and that's when they're in the minority. Well, Republicans in the majority talk about
lowering expectations. And Donald Trump has that champion attitude that the left carries with them
while the principled approach, or in terms of the different issues, more so of a conservative
or the Republican party. And it's just very frustrating to watch the lights dim as we get back
into a world in which the Republican party is just bringing everyone down. And it's just to
me gross that loser attitude and some of the words that come out of their mouth. It's just
it's pathetic. We're broadcasting live this morning from scrambleers. It is not only a Friday
roadshow, but a hero's breakfast with free breakfasts for veterans. I'm Nick Gavin Newsome
mocking
quote conservative snowflakes after people express their displeasure that he used homosexuality as a slur.
Now, this is something Gavin Newsome has done in the past. And I find that it's really sort of
interesting every time there is a high profile politician that uses homosexuality as a way to slam
someone or as a slur against them. It's always a Democrat. And then when people point out maybe
yacht and not use being gay as some sort of slur, they claim that conservatives are being snowflakes.
I don't know when you folks in the LGBT community gonna wake up.
Gavin Newsome's office under fire for using insults against a conservative commentator
that critics note is homophobic. The governor's press office replied once they
to oppose from Benny Johnson regarding reports of alleged fraud in California. Newsome's office
responded with a message claiming Johnson and his team were frequent users of Grindr, a popular LGBTQ
plus dating app. Now, what? So this is the post that Benny Johnson made. Notice how every time a
journalist uncovers fraud in California, Newsome's reaction is to smear us with lies not fix the fraud.
Gavin called Nick Shirley a pito last week for trying to end fraud in California. Stop attacking
the people who are doing your job is just sad to which governor Newsome's off that not can't but
the governor of California responded on on social media. We got a call from Grindr after this and
said your team was their biggest users congrats. Now, one could almost make sense of it.
If this had something to do with dating apps or sex apps, but this was not even in the realm
of anything to do with dating apps or Grindr or so this is about fraud and the fact that
you know that every time the point of any Johnson was making here, you have an independent journalist
like Nick Shirley under covering fraud. Their number one concern is not the fraud. It's the person
who under covers it and Nick Shirley becomes the target of the left. And so then they make a gay
slur atom because Grindr is a place where gay people go to hook up and have random sex with each other.
It's like this isn't even in context of anything. So this this usage of homosexuality,
the accusations of homosexuality as a way to demean someone isn't even in any context. I mean
anything to do with sexuality with dating apps. And this is something Democrats have done.
They do it against Lindsey Graham all the time. I've had it done against me.
And it's bizarre. And I just don't understand why it is that the LGBT community embraces the party
that they support using their lifestyle as a way to try to insult people. I mean it's
the toxic relationship I suppose once again on full display. We're broadcasting live this morning
at Scramblers. It's a Friday Road show. It is a hero's breakfast. If you are a veteran you come on
out here and the Warriors Journey Delta Roofing Air Services heating cooling plumbing electrical.
And of course, Scramblers get your free breakfast till 9 o'clock. I'm Nick. Springfield's talk
went over one at the first alert forecast from Ozark's first meteorologist Tom Schmidt sponsored
by JNS Automotive. Today we'll see a 50% chance of showers and thunderstorms throughout the
morning and mid afternoon. Otherwise, mostly cloudy with a high near 58 tonight, mostly clear with
a low around 31 for your Saturday sunny with a high near 61 and taking a look at Sunday mostly sunny
with a high near 76. Excellent job. The United Nations General Assembly has adopted a resolution
calling on Britain and other countries involved in the transatlantic slave trade to enter talks
on reparations. Campaigners say potential pouts could run into the trillions of pounds.
The motion introduced by Ghana on behalf of the African Union.
Describe the slave trade as the gravest crime against humanity. It calls for good faith
dialogue on reparatory justice, including a full informal apology measures of restitution
compensation. The non-binding resolution passed 124 votes to three. The United States, Israel and
Argentina voted against it. The UK abstained alongside 52 other countries, including all European
Union member states. In supporting the resolution, member states affirmed the importance of addressing
historical wrongs affecting Africans and people of African descent. It also meant accepting that
claims for reparation represent a concrete step towards remedying historical wrongs. You notice
it isn't to actually remedy them. It's just a step towards. In other words, it's never enough.
It's never enough. No matter how much money, no matter how many apologies, no matter how much
whatever, it's always a step towards. Like you're not even there to begin being absolved of the
sins of people that you don't have anything to do with of history's past. It's just a step. It
represents a step towards getting to the point where you begin remedying historical wrongs.
Ghana's president, Mahama, said that he had come in solemn solidarity to affirm truth and pursue
a route of healing and reparative justice. The adoption of this resolution serves as a safeguard
against forgetting. He told the audience, oh, trust me. You won't let us forget.
You know, the segment of the population that has through grave disinformation been labeled as
the inventors of slavery and the descendants of those people. I mean, we know you talk about it all
the time. You're always whining about it. Always going on, complaining about it. No, no, no
concerns that it will be forgotten. The resolution always calls for the return of cultural items,
including artwork, monuments, and museum pieces. Britain's representative James Karakoui ki said
that Britain recognizes the devastating consequences of slavery. However, he said the government
continues to disagree with fundamental propositions of the text. Quote the transatlantic slave trade was
abhorrent. We recognize its horrific impact and the ongoing strength of feeling it arouses. The UK's
position on reparations is clear. We will not pay them. Good for them taking that stance.
Meanwhile, the UN Secretary General Guterres called for far bolder action to address historical
injustices. The resolution not legally binding remains highly unlikely to ever be implemented. Well,
of course, now, this is the upside of the UN actually being an organization that doesn't
do much is stuff like this doesn't do much.
Now, I know many of you right now what's going on in your minds.
One of those things is the fact that the collective nations that brought this resolution to the
United Nations are the ones who financially benefited from the slavery in the sense that they
had enslaved their own people and then decided to sell them for money.
The word slave trade, they were called slave trade and the slave trade routes as opposed to theft
routes or pirating people routes is because this was all trade. They were selling these people.
You know, in our society, if somebody sells drugs, yes, the person who purchased the drugs gets
held responsible for it, but so does the, so does the what? The drug dealer.
If someone knowingly purchases stolen goods, they get held accountable for it. Guess who else does?
The person who sold them the stolen goods.
Yet when it comes to the issue of slavery, we tend to
focus on the purchasers of the slave, only some of them during this short window of time,
but the people who actually enslaved them in the first place and then sold them for money,
somehow are the victims. The audacity of those nations to come to the United Nations would be like,
man, this really sucks. This is awful. We need money today for this. What happened to the money
you made off the slaves you sold? Did you blow through all that already? This issue of slavery
is so absurd on so many levels. There's not a person who, through ancestry, has not, you know, come
from a lineage of people who were slaves. It would be fascinating, but sickening at the same time
through survey to determine what percentage of American college students believe slavery was
invented by white people in the United States. People have no idea that the massive bulk of slavery
that was under the rule and control of Islam, the Arab world, the Native Americans, some tribes brutal
with slaves. The same people in our country who want to replace Christopher Columbus with Indigenous
people day when Indigenous people were slave owners and while not all of the tribes were slave owners,
not all white people were slave owners either. See how that works? Slavery and the history of slavery
is color blind except for the disinformation campaigns that current living racist use in order to
demonize one race over the others. This is just fact and to take the countries. I mean, it would
be like a drug dealer, suing, you know, distributing drugs, making money off the drugs, and then when
society around them crumbles because of, you know, people becoming addicted to drugs, they sue
people because of all these drug users out there. Like, well, I like what these drug users have done
to our community. I deserve right. You're the one who sold the drugs. Here's an idea for the United
Nations instead of looking back on time wanting to punish people today based off of what people did
in the past. Why don't you look at doing something about the slavery that exists today?
That's a need-o-idea. There is slavery in Africa today and while it oftentimes, well, it's illegal,
it still happens and everyone knows it. How about China? China not only has slavery, but they have
concentration camps. The United Nations, they really need to lick this problem by making people who
have nothing to do with slavery today. This is the irony of it. People who have nothing whatsoever to
do with slavery have never had anything to do with slavery are expected to other than abolishing it.
Be it the English, be it the United States. So those of us who abolished slavery need to financially pay
the countries who were responsible for enslaving the people and selling them, the people who still have
slavery today. Then countries like China that still have legal slavery, of course, they're not going
to be on the hook, like people who abolish slavery are. Everything about this is so screwy and upside
down. And it goes, I mean, in terms of the United Nations itself, shows how dangerous and damaging the
United Nations is. The United Nations, it's so easy, the words want to flow out that they are worthless,
but they are not. They are a value to the bad players in the world, whether it's world leaders,
that they put as beacons of human rights, watchdogs like North Korea and China,
or through resolutions of this sort, rewarding
countries that still have slavery while looking to punish the countries that abolished it.
This is one of the most damaging, it probably is a single most damaging worldwide organization
that has ever existed. Springfield's talk 101, we are broadcasting live this morning from
scramblers for heroes, breakfast till 9 a.m., breakfast for veterans, I'm Nick. Springfield's talk 101,
hello everyone and welcome. Sean Duffy says the Biden Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg
allowed trucking schools to self-certify. Well, this sort of makes sense.
Trump Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said during a cabinet meeting yesterday that Joe Biden's
Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, who has also continued to be on the short list,
if you will, of potential presidential nominees for the Democrat Party, allowed trucking schools to
self-certify, comparing it to the quality learning centers in Minneapolis, if this is accurate,
goes a long way in explaining the sudden rash of fatalities involving immigrant drivers on
American highways, some of which aren't even legal. Duffy noted if you can't understand road signs,
if you can't communicate with law enforcement, when you're pulled over and communicate what's
on your rig, a huge problem. But the last administration, they let truck drivers schools self-certify.
They were qualified then to train truck drivers and so this is like the learning center where
you could pay 800 bucks and you'd get a certificate that you had passed a CDL driving school
and they have no skills, they don't have the knowledge and they haven't gone through any of the
testing and then they get licenses and they're killing Americans on our road. Well now what a racist.
You see as Americans this is our this is our patriotic duty is to lose our lives to people who are
in this country illegally in order to demonstrate that we're not racist, that we're not bigots.
We've got to let ourselves be in our children get raped, we got our daughters and go off to college,
get executed by people in this country illegally so that we can show the world we're not racist.
It's just the price we got to pay. A rich liberals don't have to pay the price of course,
they've got their gated security and all that sort of stuff but the rest of us, middle and lower
class America this is just the price we have to pay. What is the point and even have in if the
trucking schools CDL licenses if you can just pay a dollar amount and get one. Now law-abiding
citizens of course we abide by this but it's the people who were told all of those loop holes
exist to prevent the road you know to protect all of us this is what we're told by the left in
particular well you've got to have these regulations in place you got to have all this in place I
mean we we can't have hands off we've got to make sure that people are protected except for
their special privileged category of people that don't have to go through it and then long be hold
to law-abiding citizens that loses their lives.
You know I was talking about licenses and the left continues to
spread disinformation about women won't be able to vote under
save America safe ID whatever you want to call it safe act because women aren't smart enough to
be able to find their birth certificates and Elizabeth Banks is out there and you know she's
the latest celebrity that women are stupid they're not going to be able to do this
if we are going to accept the idea that the need of a birth certificate
is too high of a burden for women or black people or anyone then why do we have them
let's just stop issuing them what's the point clearly according to the left it cannot be for
the purposes of identification that is too high of a burden for certain categories of people in
this country for black people and for married women I know those of you that aren't liberal you
have no trouble with this stuff but just this is the presentation that's given by the left
why are we even issuing these things why are we issuing any of it
getting a driver's license we're told is too high of a hurdle for some people which makes
it discriminatory then why do we even have this stuff let's just get rid of it all I mean I'm
for that just get rid of all of it go back to the good old days you didn't have to have papers to
prove who you are to drive around you don't have to have papers to to show that you know you paid
an amount open of business or whatever let's do that I love how suddenly the left is all about
not just left government or less government but in certain capacity zero government all embrace this
of course you and I know it's only when it suits their purpose and it's only for certain categories of
people we're broadcasting live from scramblers this morning it is a Friday road show it is a
heroes breakfast heroes breakfast means for your veteran you get out here tonight I am you're
going to get breakfast for free I'm in I want a great home loan dot com you got home loan needs
guess what you got the characters yes indeed you know you're talking earlier with Emily Johnson
House their e-reality and and just you know tremendous community that we have with our partners on
air and in you all and she noted that you know Don Carrick or used to say he was the longest
serving partnership in terms of endorsements on the station and and she and Emily's like well
that you know Alex and Anthony they've carried on the tradition but if not for that and they have
carried on that tradition and bonus for you they work extremely well with Emily Johnson and while
that's not always necessarily something that comes into play to a significant degree often times
if there are hiccups or difficulties it is so nice having the person handling the home loan have
a good working relationship with the person helping you buy your new home and so it's just one of
the other added huge bonus is that networking that connection of getting your home loan with the
