Nigeria Coconut Fish Stew

I recently had the pleasure of trying out a traditional Nigerian dish called Coconut Fish Stew, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. As a food enthusiast, I am always on the lookout for new and exciting flavors to tantalize my taste buds, and this dish certainly did not disappoint.
