Hello everyone, Charles.
Welcome back to Insign Arsenal.
It is Saturday.
I hope you have a good one.
If you're watching or listening to this around the world as always.
Thank you very much for joining me on the weekend halfway through this
international break and we've had a bit of a shock last night.
From an Arsenal point of view, anyway, the dreaded international break
injury has hit with non-emataway K going off against England.
Didn't look awful at the time.
He picked up a bit of an issue during the first half of the game.
Against Uruguay got up.
It was better clear what the injury was.
I'll talk about it a little bit more indefinitely.
It was unclear what the injury was at first.
I thought it might be in a head injury, but he came back on.
Then he went back off.
Still wasn't too much of a concern, but then after the game spotted
walking through the mix zone back to the coach with his knee in a brace.
Not good.
Didn't look good.
Bit of a nightmare.
So yes, that to talk about.
We're going to talk about round out the rest of the international action.
Lots of other Arsenal players involved.
Fingers crossed none of those.
Picked up an injury.
It doesn't seem like any of them did, which is fine.
Big, big game for the women today.
Obviously North London Derby.
The Emirates about 50,000 expected at the Emirates for that one.
Kibalito as well.
Signing her new contract, which is good news ahead of that Derby.
And I've got a couple of comments and questions from you guys as well.
But we've got to start with we're mad away, K.
And it was a big, big worry.
I mean, it's just so frustrating.
Isn't it fresh on the back of the Esa injury.
Just before the international break.
And now.
Nonny gets this one during the international break.
Probably our two most informed attackers at the moment.
And as they're in Madaway, K.
And we don't know yet.
Obviously, but it didn't look good for Madaway, K.
The video of him.
With his knee, his left knee.
Very heavily strapped in a brace, sort of limping through.
Hopefully Fingers crossed.
That is just pure precaution that they haven't done it.
Obviously, I haven't done any scans yet.
Because immediately after the game and they were like,
we don't do anything.
We don't take any risk.
So we're just going to strap his leg so that it basically can't move.
We're going to protect it from any sort of further problem.
We're just going to take no risk.
Put him in a brace.
Get him back.
Then we'll scan him.
We'll see what happens.
Because on the pitch, it didn't look terrible.
You know, he was running in driving towards the box.
Tried to take a shot.
And he defend the game at the exact same time.
And they sort of clashed into each other.
Very, very awkward.
And then he went down.
And when you watch the replay, it was like,
was he twisted his right ankle?
Because when the.
Do it in slow motion.
It almost looks like his right ankle gets.
Goes in the wrong direction.
And then he like, is he hit his head when he landed?
Because it seemed like they were checking his neck and his head.
And it wasn't quite clear.
And he went off.
And then he came back on again.
But then he immediately pretty much sat himself down on the turf and said,
I've got, I've got to come off here.
But it wasn't till that video did the rounds afterwards that we could see that it was actually the left knee.
That was the issue.
Now, obviously had a bad injury to his knee early on in the season.
I believe that was his right knee, though.
He picked that one up against.
In the Manchester City home game, he was out for about six weeks.
After that.
He didn't look happy when he went off.
He could see Thomas Tuckle trying to talk to him.
And by the way, he just, he didn't look.
I don't know.
It's tough to read into what players sort of look like on the pitch after an injury.
But he just looked like a player who was.
It was a bit worried.
I mean, it's just a nightmare for me.
I'll tell you.
Yeah, absolute years.
When you got as a out, you got.
Marino out at the moment.
Obviously, oh, to God's been struggling with his injuries.
And it's too much in form.
Attackers have been as a matter of a K of late.
You know, they're the two have been making things happen.
You've got sacros out of form at the moment.
Sateluzis to at this sort of time of the season will be a real, real.
Disappointment for our tetra and a real, real worry for me.
A lot of tetra.
I mean, we had a question from.
Where is it?
Shadow throwing.
As HL's gutted for nolly based on his limping in the brace.
I'd assume season over, given we have nine weeks left, roughly.
Only positive I can take is we'll see more of Max.
Bit of a left field take for me, moving forward.
It might nearly on the right.
Sacker on the left in an instruction from Martin.
He is beat your man on the outside and whip it in the box similar to what Murphy does for
Newcastle.
I think that would work wonders for your friends.
I have a feeling right to sack of being closer.
On the pitch of work.
Well, thoughts.
I mean, he's going to have to start doing something different.
If man like he is out for a significant amount of time.
We know at the moment, obviously.
It's kind of easy to jump to conclusions.
When something like this happens and immediately you're a sort of anxiety levels go up.
You know, that's it.
He's out for the season.
We'll have to wait and see.
Maybe hopefully it's just pure pure precaution.
And he'll be fine.
And he'll be back in a couple of weeks potentially.
But if he is out for a little period of time, then obviously McCale is going to have to.
Going to have to think about exactly what he's going to do because he's got a car.
Sacker who is out of form.
He's got a car.
Sacker who clearly all season Arsenal.
Been trying to protect and limit the amount of times he's had to play to three matches.
In a week.
So you are going to have to think outside the box.
Yes, you've gotten maxed out one who will definitely be a big option.
Now, big option to play on the right hand side at times.
You know, McCale's going to have to use him.
He's going to have to trust him.
You can use Martin Ellie on the right.
It's something McCale's done before.
And it is definitely.
I imagine something that we will see quite a bit.
We've seen it in game a bit this season as well.
Actually matter.
Martin Ellie on the right.
So, you know, our set is going to have to think about that.
But fingers crossed again.
You know, we are jumping to conclusions here.
Obviously, but it was a bit of a worry.
No doubt about that.
And it's just a worse possible time.
Honestly, need international breaks.
I can just tell.
I can guarantee McCale sits in a dark and room in his house.
When his players are playing.
And just sort of weights and dreads a text message or a phone call from someone on
of his coaching star saying if you see what's just happened at Webberly or.
Or something like that.
So, yeah, hugely disappointing.
Big, big worry.
Let me know what you guys think of it all in the comments below.
In terms of what you think McCale should do.
Go forward if money is going to be out for a while now.
Now, who is an option on the.
On the right hand side.
What can McCale do to ensure that Sacka doesn't have to play every single
minute of the game.
All the time, which quite frankly, he can't do.
So McCale is going to have to get a little bit creative if money is out for
his significant amount of time.
It was a mad, mad, crazy night.
Meanwhile, at Webberly for Ben White,
who a classic Ben White comes on.
Bood by not all some of the fans at Webberly.
Obviously, Boos sound loud.
And so you can only have a few Boos and it sounds like a lot of people are
booing.
And I don't think that was the case at all.
But they're just so apparent when people do it that it does.
It sounds like loads of people are doing it.
So he comes on in the second half.
Get Boos scores.
Looks like it's going to be the winner.
His first ever international goal.
Massive moment for him.
And then he gives away a penalty in injury time.
And you require equalizer making one one.
I think the penalty was really harsh, by the way.
We've seen those sort of penalties given at times.
I think the penalty was really harsh.
By the way, we've seen those sort of penalties given at times.
Seeing them not given at times means the lever got away
of one against Everton earlier on in the season in the away game.
I just think it's really harsh.
So what Ben's supposed to do there is about symbol.
Both of them are going for it.
In real time.
It's like that fraction fractions of a millisecond out.
And he makes a little bit of contact.
But the Bulls got these guys already had the shot.
It's gone over.
The referee sees it in real time.
It's having none of it says no penalty.
I just don't think the AR should be able to vote.
I think it's incredibly soft.
And Harry McGraw is few.
And Harry McGraw said after was too soft.
Well, I've done exactly the same thing.
I'm not blaming Ben White at all because I've done exactly the same thing.
It's what you do as defender in the last minute.
Loose Bulls bouncing at a box.
You try and clear it.
So I think it was very, very harsh.
But it was a mad night for him.
Brilliant.
I mean, to be fair, I don't think he's going to care about the penalty.
When it in five, 10 years time.
All the matters for Ben White is that he scored a goal for England at Wembley.
So overall, it's been a brilliant night for him.
One that he's going to remember.
For ever.
It doesn't really matter about the penalty.
It was a friendly.
But it's just.
It just sort of added to the headlines and the narrative around Ben White,
which has dominated the sort of build up to this game.
And it carries on now after the game.
It's like Ben White, the hero, Ben White, the villain,
all that sort of stuff and all the press and media are loving it.
Obviously, the journalists who are there.
The England press packer have been sticking the knife into Ben White
and the build up to the game.
A lot of whom were responsible for a lot of the booze I imagined last night,
because they've stirred up the horn.
It's next ahead of the game.
Thomas Tuckle was talking about the booze after that.
And he said, I didn't hear it.
So I don't think it can be the majority.
There might have been some booze and a mixed reception for him,
which I'm disappointed about.
Because of course, we protect our players.
And he was excellent in camp and deserved to come on or start.
He almost got us to win.
But I understand that it happened to other players before him as well.
He needs to take it on the chin.
We will always protect him.
Hopefully, we can put it behind us because he's ready to write a new chapter.
And we are ready to give him a chance.
Hopefully, everybody can move on and accept it.
So that's what Thomas Tuckle had to say about the booze for Ben White.
When he says sort of move on and accept it,
I think that will eventually happen.
If Ben White remains a sort of fixture in this squad going forward,
I think it will eventually move on.
I think Ben White would have been expecting what was going to happen last night.
I don't think he would have affected him very much.
You know, Ben's a character and got a personality where he's not going to let that sort of thing really impact him.
I don't think.
And the fact he came on and performed like he did when he was on the pitch showed that it showed that it didn't.
But I hope that people do move.
But I just hope that the England press pack move on from it as well.
Because it's just not helping the situation whatsoever.
And it's not helping the manager.
It's certainly not helping the player.
So I hope they will move on for it.
But yeah, crazy, crazy night for Ben White.
Elsewhere in the international's before I move on from that.
So we had.
What would be out?
We had kind of have us.
He played just over sort of 60 minutes for Germany and they're brilliant.
Well, exciting game.
4-3 win against Switzerland.
Couple of brilliant goals.
Florian versus in that game.
Yeah, have at school.
Sorry, have at play.
Just over 60 minutes, which is really good for him getting some minutes ahead of the ahead of the return at the Premier League.
In terms of the Spain game.
Mosquery came on for his debut.
I actually got a picture of that.
Where is it?
Then we just.
Let me just bring that up.
Where is the picture of there he is.
Christian Mosquery came on about eight minutes to go.
In their games.
He made his international debut for Spain.
It is a friendly, of course.
So there is still a chance that he could play for Columbia,
because it wasn't a competitive friendly.
Zubimendi came on late.
So he didn't get many minutes yesterday,
which is good.
Roderie started that game.
Zubimendi came on for him.
I think about the 82nd minute.
David Ryan didn't feature.
In capi play for Ecuador.
He played 72 minutes.
And then one, one draw with Morocco.
Morocco getting a very late equalizer.
In that game.
So yeah, aside from.
Aside from not aware of any sort of injury issues from the rest of the players.
In the internationals, which is good.
But yeah, fair play to Christian Mosquery.
A big moment for him.
Congratulations to him right.
Just on to the ladies at now.
The women big, big game at the Emirates today.
Obviously in the build up to it.
Announce the Kevin little captain has signed a new one year contract,
which is great.
For her great for Arsenal, great for the team.
You saw the sort of reaction to some of the players when when that was announced.
She did a really nice sort of video yesterday.
Confirm an air.
It was nice pictures of Lear in here.
Her signing the deal.
But it's a big game for the women.
Obviously.
And Kim's just made over 400 appearances now for Arsenal as well.
So it's going to be a special day.
I imagine for her.
She'll get a good reception when it's announced.
I said about 50,000 people at the Emirates for this game.
Really, really big.
And yeah, it was no no draw early on in season North London Darby.
So it'd be a it'd be good if Arsenal could get the win today.
And she was asked about.
Renish leg was asked about that North London Darby draw early on in the season.
Tottenham to pair up in a good season.
Their managers just signed new contract as well.
And asked about previous games to this a long time ago.
Of course, we've watched it back.
And I think we defended well in that game.
We couldn't get the goal.
It was a different phase in the season.
We are somewhere else now.
They've moved on as well.
It's a new game.
And of course, we've looked at it.
We are hungry to for the game today on 50,000 supporters being there.
Said looking forward to it.
Been talking to the players about connecting with the crowd and starting in the warm up.
Because they're going to help us in the game.
We want to bring something to them.
So that connection is really important for us.
The earlier people can be at a stadium that better.
So we can share the occasion and make the very, very best of it.
As we're obviously going into it on the back of a really good win in the Champions League in midweek.
So expect confidence will be high for that.
If you're going into the game, enjoy it.
Be loud.
Be noisy.
Five day kick off at the Emirates.
Should be a cracking atmosphere for the women.
Good luck to them.

Right, I'll talk a couple of comments and questions now before we wrap this one up.
Max has got instructions as Charles.
You've been and I told you so mode about Ethan's loan.
I respectfully disagree for some reason.
Ethan has lost our status trust.
I cannot find a single non FA Cup game in February or March.
In which Ethan would have realistically played any real minutes.
For most Premier League.
Carrier our Cup games.
He would have been unlikely to even make the bench.
Even for a Carrier our Cup game against Palace.
I'll tell you didn't give Ethan a single minute.
You can forward.
We still have over the guard.
Have some probably sacca.
There will be a head of Ethan until as it is back.
My bigger regret is we didn't bring back Zinchenko in January as another body.
His current injury was because of a bad tackle and an I ask him.
Well, I'm surprised about that one.
The last line anyway.
About Zinchenko coming back.
If you're saying that Ethan wouldn't have got any minutes.
Trust me Zinchenko certainly wouldn't have got any minutes.
There would have been no point bringing him back.
Look, I'm not in and I told you so in a smug way about Ethan.
I just feel like and I still doing this matter.
A K injuries just rubber stamped it again.
Now, you know, Ethan started yesterday.
If you understand what he was on the right wing.
He is an option there.
I know Michael has sort of moved away from that after where he played in their last season.
But still he is an option there.
No, I don't think he would have played massive minutes.
I'm not saying that, but he is just another option.
And I just felt of this season for all seasons for everything that asked me to go before.
For the squad that they built and the whole win now attitude that they've approached this season.
I just felt that it was a mistake to let him go.
Just to have him round.
Even if it is for 20 minutes here and there.
I know it's not great for Ethan in his development this season.
But you could have gone alone there for a whole the next season.
Do it in the summer.
I just felt you got to protect yourselves.
Got to protect yourselves.
There's so much to play for.
There's so many games that are asking or playing between January and the end of the season.
And we know what happens of injuries in the last.
And we're seeing it now.
And you know, Ethan, if he was here.
Would be a really, really useful option right now to share the burden.
Share the load.
So it's not.
It's not smug.
I told you so mode.
It's just the fact that all my sort of fears about it.
Have been realized that I know for Ethan is probably best for his development.
I get that.
But I'm just being purely selfish here for this season of all season.
Everything that asked me what going for it just felt like.
Keep him.
Protect yourselves.
Don't take any risks.
And so yeah, that was my.
That was my feeling on it.
Max.
And what we got here.
One from Aaron.
Aaron Gold from Nigeria.
First time coming in.
Thank you very much.
Aaron says, watch.
Do every day since you started the channel during the pandemic.
Your show helps me focus while working as a software engineer.
Thank you very much.
Glad to hear it.
Couldn't help but notice that you never mentioned.
Yandy Amanda is a transfer option for the less left wing irrespective.
Is it blade irrespective of his blazing hot form right now?
Not to mention his ball carrying and scoring strengths.
Why ever look here?
Many reasons.
Every time.
You know,
I keep telling my wife that I can't understand why you never pick him.
Many thoughts.
I mean, I just haven't seen that much of him to be fair.
So I don't really have a strong opinion on him about where they're asked
what we should sign.
And we were talking about him this week, actually, on inside our strong
extra time.
James Bench was.
Was mentioning him as a possible.
Left wing option.
I know he's had a very good season.
I know lots of people are looking at him.
I think he's going to be a very, very expensive buy for someone.
A couple of years ago.
I think he's going to be able to do that.
I think he's going to be able to do that.
I think he's going to be able to do that.
I think he's going to be able to do that.
I know he's had a very good season.
I know lots of people are looking at him.
I think he's going to be a very, very expensive buy for someone.
Come in the summer.
Knowing the way that life is going to operate and sort of transfer fees
that they demand.
He's not going to come cheap.
And maybe he is someone that asked me what we would look at.
But for me, my personal piece.
I just don't.
I haven't watched enough of life.
I can't say that I sit here and I watched.
Life's a week in.
Week out.
To know too much about him.
I've seen bits and pieces of him.
Of his goals.
I sometimes go really good goal the other day, actually.
But.
Yeah, that's the that's the main reason that I don't really have him.
Towards the top of my list right now is that I just I don't.
I've seen other left wingers more than I've seen him.
And.
And also to be fair, my my left wing.
List at the moment, basically features one player.
That's Kevin Skeller is the only player I want in that position.
At the moment, but obviously look demand is.
A real talent.
And lots and lots of people are looking at him.
And he's going to be one of the hot topics of the summer.
There's absolutely no doubt about that.
And whether he is someone that asked me would realistically try and.
Get into a bit of a transfer battle for where we'll have to wait and see.
I've certainly not heard of it yet.
Anyway, on that, not sure anyone else has realistically either at the moment.
But.
We shall see long way to go before the summer transfer window opens.
Obviously.
And thank you very much for commenting for the first time at Aaron.
Glad you have done that.
I'm glad you've been watching the channel for such a long time.
Appreciate the support.
Pass on my best to your wife who you mentioned in that as well.
Right. That's it from me today.
Everyone.
Thank you for watching.
Thank you for listening.

I'll be back in the morning.
Maybe maybe we'll have some more news on a certain non-emeter way.
