President Trump reporters in Miami Monday saying the military operation in Iran has been
a tremendous success, suggesting the war could end soon.
But in Paris, Greg Maire says Trump has not defined what victory would look like.
Well, again, if we're talking just about the military piece of this, I think the information
or his tone about how successful the operation has been was largely a correct assessment.
But what did strike me was how little he was willing to say about Iran's new leader.
He just said, I was disappointed.
I think we'll end up with more of the same problems.
He didn't say how he would address that.
So again, talking about how this war might end, what kind of political settlement might
be reached, how he intends to help the Iranian people.
He was, I thought, evasive and just not very clear about that.
Iran has launched new attacks and coming missile sirens sounded early Tuesday into
bi in Palrain, Saudi Arabia says it destroyed two drones and quates national guards as it
shut down six drones.
The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a ground stop for all jet blue planes.
The reason is not clear.
The FAA has issued an advisory, though, saying the ground stop was issued at jet blue's
General Judge asking immigration and customs enforcement officials to justify why they
detained a Nashville journalist from invitation WPL in Buriana Baki al reports that as Stephanie
Rodriguez Flores was reporting on immigration when she was arrested.
Attorneys for Rodriguez Flores say ice did not produce a warrant when they arrested their
client, who claimed political asylum in the U.S. because she received death threats for
reporting in Colombia.
She had been reporting on immigration enforcement efforts in Nashville and was arrested while
driving in a car marked for a Spanish language media outlet.
Ice officials say that they did have a warrant, although evidence of one submitted to the
court was partially blank and missing her alien number.
The judges set a Thursday deadline for ice to submit written justification for the arrest.

Search and rescue operations are underway to find those who are missing following heavy
rains in various parts of the country, including the captural Nairobi and the western and southern
Many residents have been displaced after flood waters damaged their homes while transportation
has been disrupted after roads in various regions were submerged.
Parts of Kenya are prone to flooding during the country's main rainfall season, which
is between the months of March to May.
This year, authorities have warned of enhanced rainfall over most of the country during
the first half of this month.
Last year, hundreds of people were killed after heavy rains caused severe flooding and
landslides across Kenya and neighboring Tanzania.

Several dozen states say they will continue legal action against live nation despite the
Justice Department reaching a settlement in an antitrust case, the Department announced
a settlement with the parent company of Ticketmaster Monday.
It would let competitors play a role in ticket sales and force-eye nation to give up control
of 13 amphitheaters.
California Congressman Kevin Kylie is leaving the Republican Party, Kylie, announced
Monday that he will serve as an independent, effective immediately.
Kylie's move tightens in already narrow House Republican majority, but Kylie says he will
still caucus with Republicans, Kylie is facing a tough re-election battle in a democratic
leaning district following the redrawing of California's congressional boundaries.
The NBA has canceled the Atlanta Hawks planned promotion involving a local strip club,
amid growing concerns from fans and partners from Member Station WABE.
Marlon Hyde has more.
The Hawks had planned a one-night collaboration with Atlanta strip club Magic City, and what
the team characterized as an in-game celebration of hip-hop, called Magic City Monday.
Bamedjourner co-founder of the Creative Agency, Atlanta influences everything, says there
was a lot of pushback, including former Hawks player Al Horford, who expressed support
for canceling the event on social media.
Because they didn't add the civic philanthropic piece, it left the door open to be attacked.
In a statement to WABE, the Hawks say they are very disappointed in the NBA's decision,
but respect the call.
