Nugget: Create Better Content by Doing Less at Once
About this episode
If you want to be productive, you need to stop multitasking!
Did you know that switching tasks and multitasking takes a lot of energy? Each time you switch tasks your brain has to play catch up.
Instead of trying to do everything at once or trying to jump from thing to thing, sit down and really designate time to accomplish each thing. Allow yourself to get into a flow state. When you do that, it's going to allow your creativity to shine, it's going to allow you to really impact your audience with a clear message and it's going to save time, energy and sanity for you as well. It's going to be a better overall experience for everyone.
So, get into that flow state rather than that haphazard multitasking state. It's going to improve your productivity...especially when it comes to your content creation!
