Make sure you do market research, especially in buyer communities.

We need to come down off the “Guru Mountain”, take our expert hats off, meet them where they are on their journey, and join the conversations that they are already having.

And when we speak into those conversations that are relevant to our buyers, we’ll connect with them on a deeper level and can guide them naturally to our launch.
