Performance-based pay program. That's the 17th highest amount league-wide, rewarding players who lock heavy minutes on low salaries. He earned it by playing every single one of the team's 1,129 offensive snaps in the 2025 season. That's the second time in three years. He's handled a full workload for Buffalo. Torrance has been a rock since joining as a second-round pick in 2023. He started 50-51 career games, leaves the bills and snaps each year, and has drawn just 10 penalties total, despite the grind. The NFL handed out more than $542 million in performance pay this year.
