Observation Regarding New Constructions

In today's episode, I'm going to be talking about my observation regarding new buildings. When I was a little kid, I remember thinking that it took forever to build a building. There was this one time I saw this bank being made around my backyard area. Basically, I would stand in my backyard, I would look across this lake, and I would see this building being made. It took such a long time to make this bank which I considered to be small. It wasn't big, yet it took a long time. It's forward over 15 to 20 years, and one day I am going for a walk in my neighborhood. And I see that next to my neighborhood is a different neighborhood with a lot of mansions.

1:05These houses are huge, at least 5,000 to 6,000 square foot. I'm thinking it's going to take a long time to make these buildings. But no, a lot of these buildings are being made in one to two months max. Fast forward to now. Nowadays, I will see a sign for a new building that's supposed to be made. For example, Dave's Hot Chicken. I saw the sign that there's going to be a Dave's Hot Chicken right by me. And within a couple of weeks, the Dave's Hot Chicken is already made. This is an observation I've noticed as of late. Buildings are moving at the speed of light. What used to take months and months, if not years, nowadays takes a couple of weeks. I don't know what changed in the construction game. All I can say is that I love it. I love this level of growth. But the one thing that I am a little cautious about is,

2:05why is it going so fast? Are the right supplies being used? Or are they chipping out? That's my only concern, but it is an observation that I have noticed as of late. Buildings used to take forever to build. Nowadays, it moves at the speed of light. Thank you very much for joining me and we'll get you next time.
