Blinn College cross country runners Ryan Fernandez and Mia Guillen join the Sports Corner to discuss the Buccaneers' victory in the Region 14 championships and their preparation for the upcoming NJCAA Division I cross country and half marathon championship events in Iowa in November.They also discuss some nuances in cross country, including how to compare meets with hilly courses with ones on flatter courses and when to use spiked versus flat shoes when running.
