Oregon Attorney General Sues Trump to STOP Deployment of Military to the Streets of Portland

Oregon has sued Donald Trump to stop him from deploying military members to the streets of Portland.

Given that a federal judge in California has already ruled that Trump violated federal law when he did virtually the same thing in Los Angeles, this makes it clear that Trump's decision to do it again, this time in Portland, is a knowing, intentional, flagrant, and unapologetic violation of federal law. Donald Trump is pitting American citizen against American citizen, soldiers against civilians, military members against members of the Portland community. It seems beyond dispute that he is trying to orchestrate a civil war, where there is no cause for one, no reason for one, and no exigency that needs to be addressed. He's creating civil unrest, he's encouraging chaos, he's inspiring division, and one can reasonably infer he is goading, and even hoping for violence.
