BEN STEIN surely knew when he decided to produce his new film Expelled that he'd be subjected to public ridicule. Since the film's debut, he's been pilloried by scientists, atheists, and educators on blogs, in print, and on radio and TV.
Phillip Collins, co-author with his brother Paul of the excellent book The Ascendancy of the Scientific Dictatorship: An Examination of Epistemic Autocracy, From the 19th to the 21st Century, joined us to explain why Darwinists have responded to Expelled with, well, religious fervor.
