Packers Honor Bob Harlan with Lambeau Field Name

The Green Bay Packers announced they will honor former president and CEO Bob Harlan by adding

his name to the North East corner of Lambo Fields, Fassad.

Harlan helped turn the stadium into an iconic landmark during his long tenure with the team.

Packer's president Ed Policy shared the plan with Harlan's family last week.

They plan to unveil the name during a home game in the 2026 season, with more details

coming after the NFL schedule drops.

Policy praised Harlan's non-stop commitment to the organization.

Harlan's son Kevin called it the top achievement of his dad's career, speaking for the family

with deep thanks to the team.

The North East spot stands apart from Hall of Fame names along the sidelines and retired

numbers at the North Inn.

It's the same area used to recognize ex-general manager Ted Thompson in 2021.

Harlan joined the Packers in 1971, took over as president CEO in 1989, and stepped down

in early 2008.

He passed away on March 5th at 89 years old.
