PART 1: Starters? Bench mob? Combo lineups?

Anthony predicts who he thinks will be the opening night starters, but also explains why he thinks we might see tweaks to that group and why who starts is important. He then discusses the bench lineups he's curious about, as well as the starter/bench combo groups that often play a key role in the middle portions of the game.
