Welcome to a level of foundations where we present principles from God's Word that will help you discover God's design, God's purpose, and live God's dream for your life impacting your sphere of influence for God's glory. Each program focuses on God's Word using a devotion from the globally renowned daily devotional Rhapsody of Realities and an excerpt teaching segment both from Pastor Chris O'Yucky Loaming. I'm your host Amanda Innis. Today on foundations, God's direction and guidance. Psalms 119 verse 9 says, how can a young man stay pure only by living in the Word of God and walking in its truth? God's Word is light. Psalms 119 verse 105 says, Thy Word is a lamp onto my feet and a light onto my path.
It's interesting that it likens the Word to a lamp. A lamp doesn't have strong means. You don't turn on a lamp and leave it in a stationary position. You'd have to carry it with you. It lets you know that God's Word is something you need every day. The Christian life is a journey. Every day is a fresh day to serve God, a new day to please him, and walk in the path that he's ordained for you. You need his Word for guidance and direction. Life may be filled with chances and choices, but through the Word, you receive illumination that gives you insight into the realities of the kingdom life. Psalms 119, 130, Amplify Classic says, the entrance and unfolding of your words gives light. Their unfolding is understanding, discernment and comprehension to the sinful. Stay in God's Word, study and meditate on it until it gains the ascendancy over your life. That's when you receive light and understanding, a new mindset
that transforms your life. You begin to see differently. God's glory and abundant provisions become real to you. Your journey in life should be on the clear path of progress, victory and success because Jesus said, I am the light of the world. He that follow with me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 812, the way to follow Jesus is through the Word. Make God's Word your compass for navigating through life. Listen to this message by Pastor Chris on three important principles. Light, truth and seed. I want to show you these three important principles. Number one, number one, now make sure you listen closely and don't allow any distractions. The thousands
of us in this room right now and we're joining you in oneness to ensure that your faith stands up. Hallelujah. Said my faith will stand up. Stand up strong. Glory to God. And if there are people with you in your home, get them to join you. The people around you tell them, stand to listen to this because you don't want to lose these secrets. You want to have them for your life. You want to have them for your life and for your future. Number one, light. You just heard Bishop Clarence McClendon say something about light. Light, very important. Light is number one. Light is number one.
The Bible tells us the whole earth was covered with darkness in Genesis chapter one. The whole earth was covered with darkness. Everything was dark. God did something. He said, let there be light. First words. First words. When you study in Genesis, you discover God's principles. First words. Let there be light. Why illumination? To show the beauty, the glory. God, the Bible says, is light. And in him is no darkness at all. The first thing is to unveil himself. Let there be light.
Did you notice when God said let there be light, he wasn't talking about the sun. He wasn't talking about the moon. He wasn't talking about the stars. For he created those ones. So what happened when God said let there be light, where did the light come from? Did you ever stop to think about it? It wasn't any of the sources of light that he created. He said let there be light. And the Bible says and there was light. The first thing when God manifests himself in your life, the first thing he wants is illumination. Let there be light. Oh, no matter the darkness that you have experienced in your life, you about to come into light that shines that no darkness can withstand. It's about to happen. He doesn't tolerate darkness. He doesn't want any darkness in your life.
The Bible says God is light and in him there is no darkness at all. Let there be light. And you can say that for your family right now. You can say that in your home right now. To let there be light. For a compass and telemari. Light. Light. Fall in love with light. The Bible says we are the children of light. We are not the children of darkness. We are the children of light. He says he lights in the world. Semolights. Oh, let there be light. And from this week, there will be light in your home. Light in your job. Light in your finances. Light. Go ahead of God. Let there be light. Oh, thank you Lord Jesus. Think about it. Now you can walk into your house and
let there be light. Sit down. Light. The importance of illumination. Light. Light. And you see the beauty of God. Let there be light. Oh, hallelujah. First words. Let there be light. That's what God wants in your life. Light. The Word of God is light. The Word of God is light. The Word of God is light. Thank you Lord Jesus. Second principle you want to hear it? Is your? The second principle is truth.
Truth. Truth is so important. What is truth? Truth. Why is truth so important? Listen, listen, sometimes people think that truth means if I were coming from this side of the stage and somebody said to me, where are you coming from? And I said, I'm coming from this side. Rather than telling him that I was coming from here. No, that is a fact. There's a difference between fact and truth. Truth. Let me use a little bit of elementary science to give you an understanding of it. What is the color of this platform,
the carpet on this platform? Everybody tell me. Who told you? You see, that's what you were taught in school. All right? That anything that looks like this color is called blue. But let's say that is agreed. There's a uniformity in our conclusion of the color of this carpet. So it's blue. That is only a natural fact because of the light that's falling on it. The light under which we're looking at the carpet absorbs everything airs and allows the blue color to reflect us. That's why we say it's blue. We don't know the real color of this carpet. We don't know. We don't know. If we change the type of light, it will change the color that we see.
And on a certain frequencies of the light, we will not even see it at all. Are you following what I'm telling you? Now listen, this is so important. The color that you see is the color that's based on the light that's falling on it. Jesus said, and this is what Jesus came to do. Listen, he knew that in the world we could walk in spiritual darkness, misunderstanding. And he says, I am the way, the truth and the life. I am the truth, Jesus said. I am the reality. Truth means reality. Reality. We don't know the real color of this carpet.
Because we are using a certain type of light and it is not the real light. I told you light is the first principle. It is so important. No wonder Jesus, I am the light of the world. Through Jesus Christ, you can know the real truth. I will never forget when the Lord showed me a man who was diagnosed with cancer. And the Lord Jesus said to me, he said, look at this man. He's been diagnosed with cancer. He said, look at him. And I looked at the man. He said, can you see the man? He says, there's no cancer in his body. And I looked, there was no sign of cancer. But Jesus said to me, but he will die of cancer. I thought what? He said because he believes he has cancer. He was diagnosed with cancer. In the world, they use a different type of light and
they saw it. But Jesus showed me reality. The man had no cancer. But Jesus said he will die of cancer. The importance of light, the importance of truth, truth. What did Jesus say? He said, I am calm that I might bear witness onto the truth. Pilot said to him, what is truth? Pilot didn't know what truth was. He asked Jesus, what is truth? Because Jesus said, I can't bear witness of the truth. So what is truth? And sadly, Pilot did not wait for an answer. He didn't wait for an answer. He turned around and gave other instructions about Jesus. Principle number one is what?
And principle number two is what? Truth, truth, truth is revelation of reality. That is truth. Truth, truth, reality. Oh, if we could walk in reality. If every one of us would take the word of God and understand it, the word of God is light. The word of God is truth. These are the words of Jesus. The word is light. The word is truth. Truths. When you meditate on the word, you receive the word and meditate on it, it will change you forever. Listen, this is so important. You are about to move into an extraordinary phase of your life. Something far beyond your dreams. Far beyond your dreams. Thought principle, you ready for it? This is so important. The thought principle
is the word seed. Seed. Seed is the thought principle. These three principles never forget. Principle number one is what? Light. Principle number two, truth, crave them. Crave them. Principle number three, seed. What is seed? Seed is that which contains the life given principle of anything. Where the life given principle is deposited. That is seed. It's got your regional life given principle. Seed. Seed was given by God for continuity.
Seed was given by God for multiplication. Seed, if you lose your seed, you are sunk. Hear me. The day you have no seed, your death begins. The day you have no seed, that seed, the virus says God gives seed to the saw. It gives seed to the saw. Your seed is so important. Seed is so important. It is your continuity. Your life, your life is encapsulated in your seed. He keeps it in your seed. Seed, everything about your life is in that seed. And hear me, light is spiritual. It's not the
one that you're looking at here. I told you when God said, let the light, the stars, were not created. Did you hear me? The moon wasn't there. The sun wasn't there. So light is spiritual. Truth is spiritual. Facts have physical, earthly evidence. Truth is reality. It requires no evidence. It is the principle itself. You cannot use something to prove the existence of God. No. God is the one that proves the existence of anything. You understand what I'm saying? Seed is important. If you have no seed, it's the end. It's finished. You become the terminal point. There is word ends because there's no seed.
Happy is the man that has a seed. Happy is that woman that has a seed. I want you to understand what I'm sharing with you. It is so important. Your life, your life, everything about you is before God. Guess what? I told you, the word is all these three. The word of God is light. The word of God is truth. The word of God is seed. Jesus said the seed is the word of God. The word is seed. And until the word of God is revealed to you like this. And that's producing results in your life like this. You have what you call ups and downs. You can be sure of your life. You can be sure of your prosperity. You can be sure of your direction. And that's how many Christians are in that situation. No consistency. What you want consistent prosperity. You want consistency in your life. No matter what happens.
Listen, I tell people how always be a success. No matter what happens. How always be a success. How always when? Why? Because these principles have been revealed to me. With the spirit of God showing me, live like this. Living truth. Living the light. Which no man can approach onto. And you know what? Take your seed with you. Oh, glory to God. Why is seed so important? I said because everything about your life is in that seed. In an orange tree, the principle for its roots, for its stem, for its branches, for every fruit it will ever have, and every seed in them. Is all in that little seed that you have in your hand.
What is a seed? A seed is that which you pour your faith into. Your faith is a revelation of yourself. You have to understand it. When you say, I believe, and I have my hopes, and that hope comes to now. The hope is a future, a picture that you see that God has given you, and you have it encapsulated in your faith. You put it in that thing. You carry your faith like a seed. Abraham's tag got not at the promise of God through unbelief, but he was strong in faith. What was he seeing? This eyes said on something. The future that God had given him, it was all in that seed. Are you hearing me? That's why when you, Mosaka Rabadege Leboze, no matter where you find yourself, no matter the situation in life, the principle of light, truth, and seed is all you need. If you have this, nothing can keep you back. Absolutely nothing.
Nothing. You say, seed, what is my seed? I tell you anything can be your seed. Once you put value into it, it suddenly becomes your seed. Why? Because as you hold it, you see the thing that you want. When you hold an orange seed, what do you see? Fruits, orange fruits. That's what you see. You're seeing the production. What your seed has given you. If you wanted to get a car and you hold a seed in your hand, you're not seeing the seed, you're seeing the car. That means listen and until you see it in your seed, it will never happen. Because through your spirit, you transfer the life of what you have envisioned into that seed. That's why people give money and they say, I don't know, I give it but I never got blessed. They say, I never received because when you were given, you weren't looking at what you were obtaining.
What are you about to obtain? What future are you about to hold? What are you about to take charge of? What is your life about to apprehend? Something is about to happen in your life. You are moving to another level. What are you seeing? What are you seeing? What are you seeing? What are you seeing? Let me tell you something. You are the point now when you're about to start releasing, using these principles. Firstly, can you see the light of God? Can you see? Are you looking at the darkness? Or are you looking at the light? Can you see the lights? I said, all you have to say, talk like God and say, let there be light. Lights will come right into your home. Light will shine right into your future. Can you see the future that God has given you? Can you see the glory of your life?
Can you see the beauty of this year? It's about to happen for you. This is the reason whenever a man is in need, God does something. He creates an opportunity because until you use what is given you, it will not work. I want to read something to you from the Bible in a second. Are you hearing me? First Kings, let me read to you. First Kings, chapter 17. And I'm reading from verse number nine. You ready? Here the Lord was talking to Elijah the prophet. The Lord had been feeding him through birds.
Can you imagine that? He sent birds, ravens to bring in food. God sent birds in a time of fun. He sent birds of feeding. And he was residing by the brook. Think about it. Every air, every where airs was dry. But there was water in the brook and the birds were feeding him. Finally, the Lord just stopped the birds from coming and let the brook dry. Why? You would see it from verse nine. Arise, get the tussarifat which belonged to Zaidan and Dwell there. The Lord said, I have commanded a widow woman there in Zareffat to sustain you to sustain the prophet.
So he arose and went to Zareffat. And when he came to the gate of the city, the whole of the widow woman was there. Elijah didn't know this woman before. But the prophets often put on something, a certain kind of garment and you could recognize who they were. And he says, the woman was there, gathering of sticks. And he called to him and said, fetch me a little water in a vessel that I may drink. And as she was going to fetch it, he called to her and said, bring me, I pray, the muscle of bread in that hand. And she said, as the Lord, thy God, live it. I have not a cake, but an handful of me in the barrel and a little oil in a cruise. And behold, I am gathering two sticks that I may go in and dress it for me and my son that we may eat it and die. In other words, this is all we have and we have no more hope after this.
And Elijah said unto her, fear not, go and do as thou has said. In other words, go bake the cake. But make me thereof. Do some for me first. Think about it. You think this prophet is terrible. He says, make me a little cake first and bring it onto me and after, make for thee and for the thy son. It's not enough for two. And yet the prophet says, make for yourself and your son after I have eaten. But you see, here's something beautiful. For he adds something to that changes everything. For thus saith the Lord God of Israel, the barrel of mew shall not waste neither shall the cruise of oil fail until the day that the Lord sendeth rain upon the earth. But what's happening? Did God tell Elijah this? Did God tell Elijah this? No.
So why is Elijah saying, thus saith the Lord God of Israel? Are you following this? Did God tell Elijah that the cruise of oil will not fail? No, he didn't say that. He said, I've commended that we the woman to sustain thee. That's all he said. So Elijah comes. What does Elijah have? He's a prophet of God. What does a prophet do? There are two things that a prophet does. Number one, a prophet has revelations. Okay, from God. And so he has to speak what a prophet speaks for God. A prophet speaks for God. He speaks in the name of the Lord.
The Lord doesn't have to tell him, say this. They are given a right. That's the power of a prophet. They are given a right. The word is the lever to them. The power of the word. Now here's what I want you to see. What was God looking at when he dried up the brook and stopped the Ravens? The story tells us about this woman. Elijah goes to her house. She does that food that bake that cake for Elijah. He eats and truly the barrel of milk doesn't waste. The cruise of oil doesn't fail. It goes on but something terrible happens to this woman. In the process of time, her son, her only son. Remember she was a widow. Her only son died.
She died. He died. And when he died, she wept. But something, Elijah was there. And the Bible tells us Elijah cried unto the Lord and brought the boy back to life. Now who was so stint in the other? Let's see. God said to the prophet, I have commanded a woman a widow woman to sustain you in Zareffat. So go there. The prophet goes and finds the woman is a poor woman. She is not a wealthy woman at all. Oh God doesn't need you to be rich before he tells you to use your seed. All that this woman had was that milk. That barrel of milk and cruise of oil, that's all she had. The big, her last cake for herself and her son. Her life was into that. She said after this, we are dead.
The prophet says, he's what you do. Turn it into a seed. Give it to me. I told you without a seed you're finished. The woman knew she had no seed. Now the prophet says, look at the future. Give it to me as a seed. If you will turn that thing in your hand into a seed, your future is secure. I told you without a seed is the end. All you see is death. But what is it you have? God said to Moses, what do you have in your hand? He's before the red sea. What do you have in your hand? He said a rod. He could have said nothing and passed the rod from one hand to the other and said nothing. Like you said, Pastor Chris, what do you have in your hand? And I said nothing. Because my mind might be thinking, what do you think I'm holding?
I mean, not be with the presence of mind that anything matters. I think you mean money? No, I don't have any money in my hand and I'm passing the microphone from one hand to the other. But Moses says, I have a microphone. You see it? What do you have? Don't call it nothing. What do you have? Don't call it nothing. What do you have? Don't call it nothing. Turn it into a seed. Put your future right into it. See the vision right inside it. Light, truth, seed and your prosperity secure. Light, truth, seed and your productivity is on ending. Wow, what an inspiring message. Say this confession with me. Dear Lord, your word is the light that guides me
in the path of success, victory and greatness. Through your word, I receive direction, illumination and insight into the mysteries and realities of the kingdom. My life is the testimony of your grace and blessings because I live in your word. Hallelujah. Thank you for joining us. We look forward to seeing you here next week on Love World Foundations. God bless you.
