Patriots Eyeing Travis Burke for Offensive Line Depth

The New England Patriots have locked up their offensive line for the start of the 2026

season, by signing left guard, Alicia Vera Tucker.

That move pretty much sets their week 1, starting 5 in place.

Still, right guard Michael Wayne News' deal runs out next spring, and right tackle Morgan

Moses turns 36 in 2027.

Some brass plans to grab at least one more lineman in next month's draft to build depth.

Patriots scouts seem sweet on Memphis offensive tackle, Travis Burke, a giant at 6 foot 9

and 325 pounds.

He impressive the combine with a 5.17 in the 40 yard dash and an 8 foot 11 broadjump, landing

in the 96th, percentile for height and 69th for speed among big guys.

Burke sits low on draft boards, around 230th overall, and 63rd among offensive lineman.

Scouts like his drive blocking, flexible hips, and strong hands, but no issues with quickness

in tight spaces and handling speedy pass rushers.

New England already met Burke in person, and will host him for a top 30 visit in April.

He's seen as an undrafted free agent type, but keep watching him on day 3 of the draft.
