You are worthy, loved, and enough just as you are.
In this episode, we talk about giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and quiet the mental noise that often fills our days. Even small moments of calm can create powerful shifts that spread throughout the rest of your day.
Welcome to the Daily Energized Podcast, your quick dose of clarity, quick tips, and the
spark you need to shine bright.
Here's your host, Spencer Jones.
What's up, Energizer?
Spencer here in this episode and all the episodes of the Daily Energize, and I want you to know
that you are amazing, you are worthy, and you are enough just the way you are.
You don't have to do anything, change anything, or prove anything to anyone because you are
amazing, worthy, and enough.
And that means you are worthy to live your life to the max, to get the most out of life
because you are worthy of it.
So take that into today, own that throughout the day, that you are, love that you are supported,
you are worthy of being you, own it.
And so today's episode of the Daily Energize is about owning that, and about giving yourself
space to own it, to pause, and just breathe.
I've led a couple different sessions lately, and I'm really enjoying them.
These sessions are all about quieting the mental annoys that we have, you know, and our
mind feels like it's constantly on, and it's just chattering away and going and going and
going.
It doesn't seem to shut off or slow down or anything like that.
And so I've heard that for more and more and more people, and so I put together these
sessions.
Now, a lot of the times, the sessions and master classes I've led, I teach, I'm teaching
concepts.
I think ideas and explaining why stuff's happening and all that good stuff.
Well, in these sessions lately, I've been focused less on teaching and more on just the
experience.
So let's help you get some relief, some reprieve.
Now going forward, at least from this recording, I might probably do it before this is released,
is I will have a session where you experience that relief, but you also learn what's causing
it and have at least one way to help get some momentary relief.
It's not a long-term fix or anything like that.
It's just this momentary reprieve from it.
And as I get feedback from these sessions, right, people sign up for them, they're like,
first of all, I said it was 30 minutes, it was like 18, then I said the next one was
25 just to make sure I had plenty of time, and we were under 15 minutes.
And so I think the next one I'll do will be around 15, but in any case, I share that
because there are short sessions and some of the feedback I've gotten has been really
cool.
It's like I felt a shift, a small shift during that time was one report, and most people
noticed a small shift in a positive direction just in those 20 minutes, let's say, right?
The 15 to 20 minutes, they felt a shift, which is amazing.
Oh, what's really cool is I get emails from a couple of them afterwards saying, hey,
I wanted to share with you, and I thank you so much for putting this on that.
I felt a small shift during it, but it just kept compounding throughout the day.
So over the next several hours after that session, that peace, that calm started to
grow.
And my, I don't know exactly what they did because they didn't share, but my guess is
they took those small moments, those reprieves and let that sit with them and revisit it
at different times throughout the day so that it just started to spread throughout the
rest of the day and they felt calmer, they felt a compound and grow.
Now I will say this, that I will do a little bit of it here, it won't take that long,
but we'll do a little pause and just breathing here to help you get that space.
But know that this is not the end I'll be on.
This is just like a breath of fresh air, which feels amazing when you need it, but it's
a temporary fix.
And I'm not a fan.
If you listen to daily interviews, you heard me talk about this before, but I'm not a
fan of people who just share tips.
But all I can say is this is what we have time for here in the daily energize.
If you want the long term fixes, long term results, then you have to address the root cause,
which is your internal operating system.
And that's what we do.
We help people heal that internal operating system from the energy leaks and things that
are pulling you off course, the things that are dissonant, that are not aligned and help
you get back aligned to what's truly you and everybody's different.
So we give you tools, frameworks and guidance and support you in making that happen.
So let's take a little moment to pause, breathe and give yourself that space, space to be
still, space to feel the energy of being worthy.
So if you can, safely, just pause what you're doing.
You could soften your eyes or close them again, if you can, safely.
Just exhale, take a slow, deep breath in and exhale, such a mind, relax, if other thoughts
come up, dismiss them and just come back to your breath, breathe in again.
Keep breathing in, keep breathing in, and now gently exhale.
Nice, slow, easy exhale, releasing the stress from your body, mind, one more time, breathe
in and out, and we did a little bit more than that in that session.
If you want to check it out, you can go to my YouTube channel to youtube.com slash Spencer
Jones and all one word, Spencer Jones and you can check them out if you like, but or you
could search and I'm sure it'll pop up, but just take this time for you.
Take the time, give yourself space.
This is a temporary fix, it's a breath of fresh air and it's amazing, but if you have
that long-term results to make sure you start going after that internal operating system
and start recognizing being aware of it and then healing it.
That's all I got for today.
Keep you and you, keep shining bright as always, so until next time, I'll catch you later.
