A California woman featured in Playboy and Penthouse
is accused of using dating apps
to gain trust and steal from victims,
now set to face a jury on multiple felony charges.
Ad Bolivi, also known as Me of Inchura,
is a Los Angeles only fans model and influencer.
Prosecutors say she's been ordered to stand trial
on six felony counts after a judge
found enough evidence to move forward.
The charges include two counts of unauthorized use
of personal identifying information,
two counts of grant theft and two burglary charges,
one involving a person present.
She has pleaded not guilty.
If convicted on all counts,
she faces more than 11 years in state prison.
She is out of custody on an ankle monitor
and has been ordered to stay away from the alleged victims.
Her arrangement is said for April 6th in Van Nies.
Authorities say the pattern stretched from 2023 through 2025
across West Lake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles,
and Beverly Hills.
Investigators believe she used dating apps
and social media to build relationships.
They say she posed as a girlfriend
or travel companion.
Once inside homes, they alleged she stole cash,
credit cards, gold, and high end designer items.
Detectives also said the alleged conduct
reached beyond Southern California
with reports filed in Nevada, Florida,
and in France and Italy as well.
Prosecutors say she targeted wealthy older men
and younger women.
The alleged she cultivated trust
then used that access to commit theft
and in some cases extortion.
Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hockman released a statement
saying quote,
this ruling means the evidence in this case
will now be presented before a jury.
At her trial, we will prove beyond a reasonable doubt
that this defendant exploited trust
built through online relationships
to gain access to victims' homes and steal from them.
One man claims he saw her behavior first hand
during a podcast recording.
She's a she's a female tender swindler.
I mean, that's kind of what this is.
Speaking to K ABC, that's Michael Sartane,
the host of Access Vegas.
He describes what he says happened behind the scenes.
She stole stuff from the purses
that were in my green room while the people were on my show.
That's not simply a criminal.
That is a kleptomaniac.
Investigators say incidents like that
support a broader pattern.
Those cases outside of Los Angeles County
could still play a role in court.
Witnesses from other states or countries
could be called to testify to show what authorities
describe as an ongoing course of conduct.
The case now heads toward trial.

A Georgia woman accused of ending a pregnancy with abortion pills
is now out on bond as a murder charge
against her race's legal questions.
Alexia Moore, age 31 of Kingsland,
was granted bond by a judge in Camden County
after being jailed earlier this month.
The court set the bond at $1 for the murder charge
and $2,000 for two drug-related charges.
She has been in custody since early this month.
Police say she went to a hospital on December 30,
complaining of abdominal pain.
According to the arrest warrant, she told medical staff
she had taken misopressed stall,
which is a drug used in medication abortions,
along with oxycodone.
Investigators say the pregnancy was estimated at 22 to 24 weeks.
Authorities alleged the fetus was delivered alive
at the hospital and survived for about an hour.
The warrant states Moore told nursing staff, quote,
I know my infinite suffering because I am the one
who did the abortion.
I want her to die.
Police charged Moore with murder using language
that reflects Georgia's law banning abortions
after embryonic cardiac activity can be detected.
That's generally around six weeks of pregnancy.
The warrant says medical staff believed
the fetus had a beating heart.
Moore also faces charges of possessing oxycodone
without a prescription and possession
of a dangerous drug for misopressed stall.
Investigators say she obtained the abortion pills online
and got the opioid from a relative.
The judge raised concerns about the charge
during a bond hearing, quote,
I think that charge is extremely problematic.
That is going to be a hard charge to convict upon.
Prosecutors have not yet secured an indictment.
The decision on whether to move forward
with the murder charge rests with the district attorney
who would need a grand jury to take that step.
Court records show Moore's attorneys
have filed motions seeking a speedy trial.
The case is drawing attention because it could be
one of the first times a woman in Georgia
is prosecuted for murder tied to ending a pregnancy
since the state passed its abortion law in 2019.
The Georgia Public Defender Council responded
after the bond hearing, saying, quote,
today's decision is a reminder that justice
is not served by accusation alone.
Our system works best when courts carefully weigh the facts,
uphold constitutional protections
and safeguard the rights of every person who comes before them.
The Camden County coroner says the cause and manner
of death were undetermined and not ruled a homicide.
Authorities say the case now heads toward a grand jury
decision that will determine whether the murder charge
proceeds.
