I think I want you to not get caught up in. It's how people say things. Because me personally, when I love something, or I'm passionate about something, it usually gets a rise out of me. And I begin to talk loud. And I will literally yell at you until you. I love you. I care about you. And some people can't take that. But listen to what I'm saying. Instead of how I'm saying it. It's just passion. But anyways, you have people who get angry, and they say things that they don't mean. Now, that can be true. But that tells you something about them. They lack emotional intelligence. And they don't have the ability to control their anger properly. While we make mistakes, and we all do these things, if it's a continuous pattern that shows you the lack of emotional intelligence and ability to control anger. So every time someone gets upset with you, if they find a way to tear you down, or they always say something hurtful,

that pattern tells you more than that too. It tells you that there is something going on in their head. There is something they wanted to say to you a long time ago. And they only have the guts to say it when they're angry because they are coward. Really listen to what people say. Really listen to what people say. Down to people like, you could tell somebody, oh, I got a new job. And they're like, oh, how much you getting paid? You're like, $15 an hour. Yeah, it'll be better if it's 17. You know, or when they address something that you have, or that you do, they put the word little in front of it. Oh, I see you making your little videos. Oh, I see you going to your little job. They try to be little. The word is right there, little. And they place that in front of everything that you do. Like I said, little job, little video, with little career, little dreams. I see you with your little girl,

I see you with your little boy. I'm sure you're out and running to this. Everything you do has to be little. All right, I'll let you go and finish your little day or whatever. And you're like, that's not even necessary. Especially when all you do is try to build people up that's around you. But it's like every time something, you know, is in your position or it's for you, it has to be announced as little. Especially when they get mad. I'm not going to be with a man who works a little job or I'm not going to be with a man who drives a little car. And they just constantly beat you down. Right? So that's another example. And another one or another theme is that this hatred and these these ulterior motives and emotions that go behind these words usually come from hate and jealousy.

That's basically the top of this video. And my concept and philosophy on hate and jealousy is that hate and jealousy is just twisted admiration. And some people are so insecure and they are so caught up in this bubble toward they cannot accept themselves and they hate things about themselves and they see you thrive and they see you so comfortable in your cells and they hate the fact that they can't accept themselves. So they try to project that onto you. They don't want to accept parts of you because they see you flourish and are living the life of prosperity and peace and it bothers them when you see someone walk into a world that captured you and they walk so freely, it bothers you. It bothers those people. That's what they try to tear you down. I have been told by people in the same breath in the same breath. I love you. You are perfect.

And the more I get to know you, the more I hate you. All in the same breath. But what did that tell me? What did that tell me? The more I get to know you, Shaman, the more I have to look at myself and because I'm comparing myself to you and the way you flourish because comparison is the thief of joy, the more I see you flourish, the more I hate myself. That's what they're saying. Really listen to what people say. I have been told all in the same breath. Shaman, I am very proud of you. You have accomplished so many things. You are a great man, a king, a king, what be jealous and envious of you. And in the same breath, I was told that I was everything that a man is not. I was everything that a man shouldn't be.

All in the same breath. But what does that tell me? You admire me and it bothers you that you admire me, especially not that you're upset or you're just emotionally unintelligent and not that you're upset. You want to push your limits, train with precision, see the results. At Equinox, that type of performance living. Iconic spaces that inspire. Personal training backed by real data, unlimited group fitness classes from yoga and Pilates to strength and conditioning. This episode is brought to you by State Farm. Having insurance isn't the same as having State Farm. It's like thinking your crush message you back, but it's just your roommate asking for rent. You went in a settle for a disappointing DM, so don't settle for just any insurance. When it comes to getting the help you need, State Farm is a real deal. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. Take the treats you gave me away, because you wanted to hurt me. You want to put me up on a pedestal and then pull the pedestal from under my feet so I can fall and crash down to where you are. That's what it tells me.

I'm not just listening to what you say. I'm listening to what's behind it, because I know it's more to it. When a person is not okay with themselves, they will do everything in their power to bring you into that same, dark, place, and you cannot fall for it. They say they're drunk. Now, I've a lie. Right? Drunk people get that drink in them, and that alcohol starts speaking for them. Right? It starts saying the things that they've been suppressing all the time. Angle works the same way. And what did they say? Oh, I was drunk. Well, I was mad. I didn't mean it. Yes, you did. In some way, shape, or form, you meant it. And like I said in this video, we're not just going to bank on that thought, like every time somebody says something hurtful, that they just, you know, they hate you with something like that. But it shows a lack of emotional unintelligence.

Right? But it's about the patterns. When you hear this one time from a person, let it ring in your head. Note it. Right? If it happens again, note it. Then you will know it and just build on that. Because don't just let somebody, you know, say something. Because I've said things. I've said things to hurt people's feelings purposely. Right? Being emotionally unintelligent. And I apologize and I made things right. But it was a mistake that I made. Right? And I don't, I don't do that now. And if I ever do that, I will make it known. And I will apologize. And I will show you who I truly am. Because I don't hate you. I'm not bothered by you and your relationship with yourself. I'm good over here. Now if I feel cornered and if you keep pressing me and you keep trying to disturb my peace. Because one thing I don't tolerate is a person that is trying to disturb my peace.

I will. I pose. Your will. Your will. Or I'll pose my will onto you. I have you want to put it. Like you've not finished just old jams at me and try to hurt me and try to ruin what I built though. I will throw something back at you. All in the same breath until y'all was joking. So don't make me, either of any get on that level. But just listening to people, man. Like I said, you got two years, one mouth, using an upper portion. And people tell you everything you need to know. When I actually even ask. Pete. Just take it as compliments, man.

Any hate, any jealousy, receive, just take it as compliments. Because it is a tail till side. And someone is not on your level. And they admire you. But it bothers them. So. It's like two in the morning. I'm going to go ahead and lay down. Get some rest. I love you guys. Thank you for the support. And I hope this makes sense to you guys. Bye. Push your limits.
