Police Hunt Suspect After Robbing Elderly Woman

On April 3rd, West Midlands police are hunting a suspect who violently robbed a 93-year-old woman in Birmingham's handsworth neighborhood.

It happened on Trinity Way around 3.20pm on March 27th when the attacker assaulted her and snatched her mobility trolley right off.

Her details emerged that the guy grabbed the trolley and bolted toward Green Hill Way, hauling it over his shoulder like it was nothing.

Cops have ramped up their search, dropping photos of both the suspect and the stolen trolley to jog people's memories.

The assault has folks in the area on edge, especially with vulnerable elders out and about.

Police are digging through CCTV footage and pleading for dash cam clips from anyone nearby to crack this case wide open.

The suspect is white, stocky, and was last seen peddling off on a boardman bike.
