Pophouse Acquires Tina Turner's Rights, Plans Immersive Shows

The company also bought a majority stake in her music catalog from BMG. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Pop House was co-founded by Abba member Björn Oveus. The firm specializes in digital avatars and immersive shows like the Abba Voyage concert launched in 2021. They are drawn to Turner's powerful stage presence and plan projects to capture that energy. An announcement on their ideas is expected within the next six months. Pop House's CEO Jessica Coravose said the goal is to strengthen Turner's legacy. Turner's estate, was she left behind after her 2023 passing, was consulted but not directly involved in the deal.
