Premier American Uranium CEO on $50M financing and growth strategy

at PDEC 2026. I'm here at the OTC markets with Colin Healey, who's the CEO of Premiere American

Uranium. Colin, it's great to have you join us today. Thank you very much. It's a pleasure to be here.

And I love that, you know, I love when the name of a company really explains exactly what it is

how you're doing. You're, you're a pro-paying Uranium focus company in the US. Correct.

Talk through a bit of the history of the company and bring us up to speed on where you're at too.

Yeah, I mean, the industry is interesting. In 2023, this company was, uh,

Spinaudas, uh, a clinic called Consolidium. This is it was being acquired by ICO.

Energy. And at that time, there was a lot of things happening geopolitically that

it was really underscoring the US's new two-than-value energy and energy self-sufficient.

And, uh, we saw an opportunity to start the Consolidium, uh, US Uranium assets that we all

support for. The assets are very far-smart made. It is acquired toward Delets. Yeah.

We've been focused on the US specifically as we saw this one.

We've been asked for it. Uh, we're at a sponsor, but that's really good.

Yeah, absolutely. I mean, you know, you've got several projects all over the southwest

US, but there's a couple that you're focused on right now. Um, one in Wyoming, one in New Mexico,

tell us about what's going on there. That's right. So since we,

since we have made it to me, that reactivation of two different kinds of dollars.

Thank you. Our new Mexico project, um, built to be at a, um,

was currently better to teach our seniors transactually.

We announced new march. Uh,

since then, we've rapidly progressed sideways to resource estimates and a B.A.

So it's really transitioned to development stage, but that kind of an area of now,

which is a 1.4 billion pound per year wide for 13 years. So,

one of the biggest searchers here in New York. I think it's an advantage.

Then on the, the acquired 20, 25, but it was definitely your first, uh,

which was traditionally spent out of all. And, uh, uh,

to get out there and not more than double dark footprint in here.

So, uh, ISR products in Wyoming. And it was the subject of one of the biggest

drill programs on any project in the last year. It will be in 2026.

And it's, uh, it's kind of formed the basis of your growth strategy as much as

developing the assets themselves. Are you still sort of looking for, for their

acquisitions? I mean, the, in the beginning, acquisition was extremely important.

And if you build a portfolio of assets that we can really, uh,

and sing wanting to extract value,

it's very, very, very effective. And as I've had challenge, you know,

two resource updates of it in less than eight to watch on the very future,

ill acquisition, say it. And then, uh,

you really closed that acquisition. It may seem,

why it would be written September soon. Uh,

it wasn't the basics of our first big year, getting high that, uh,

the truth, it strictly might be you are. Yeah. Um,

but I, you know, we've been at positive. We've got some great projects.

So if you think we can get to you to extract, extract value from.

Yeah. So, I think that would be to be focused in 2026 acquisition,

or, you know, consolidation models.

We already spoke to you, play a few on this, um,

but we're going to be very, very selective about what we, uh,

acquires from them. And we always have it, but, uh,

acquires, we build that full quality because, um, I think you have to.

Yeah. A efficient allocation of padless, one of the staples about

consolidation strategy. That's all we want to, you know,

forcing it. We're going to show value and stuff that make up

acquires. And yeah, uh, you've got to keep your eyes open,

but it does sound like you've got a lot on your plate

for 2026. Um, what are some of the, you know,

what, what news flow can we expect now,

especially at Seville, I don't know that you've got the PEA out, you know,

what are we, what are we looking at in terms of?

Yeah. 2026 is going to be a big year for Seville.

That, as you probably know, we, uh,

just completed a $15 million bought deal financing in February.

Yeah. Um, and that really gets us a lot of runway.

Did you work on it? You both in the new Mexico and in Wyoming.

But that Seville is essentially the idea is, um,

we believe there's an avenue to dramatically increase the, um,

economics of the project. Um, there's some technological testing.

We have an 80% medal. We go recovery straight.

They were trying to increase the 90% for some networks.

I've acquired the laboratory or, or looking at, uh,

Goldstreet drillers and we're going to spend about a million dollars

this year with a goal of getting the recoveries at that project

in the case up to 90%. For that, it's going to,

that has potentially our 84 billion after-tax NPV

through 160 million after-tax. And so 90% of these in our

after-tax NP with a million dollars in spending or,

you know, then extremely strong proposition for investors.

And I think, you know, that's the target. Um,

I feel positive that you have that. So that said,

that said he had his play under 20. Yeah. Yeah.

I'm the company overall has some pretty strong shareholder support as well.

Don't you? Yeah, we have. I mean, I'm one company's our size.

I think it's second to none. I've, uh,

one of the largest, uh, Uranium, the best ones in the US, uh,

Sage and Co, uh, which was co-founded by Mike Galk,

he's in Timbertollo. Uh, uh, uh, uh, uh,

uh, it was 20% of our stock, uh, uh,

ISO Energy, oh, and so you're set of our stock.

So Williams, the CEO of ISO Energy is a should,

A.G. Composer, A.G. Uranium, uh,

2% of our stock. All of these companies that

road-checked to our financing, uh,

continue to hang out very supportive.

And I don't think you'll find a, um,

shareholder registered for Warp War.

You just get the, uh,

our love-hust-quality for our size company.

So it's a, it's, uh, really,

it's one of the main reasons that I lived

a 16-year equity research role, uh,

to join a Uranium. Yeah.

So, such a compelling team.

Yeah, and it's a good time to be in Uranium, isn't it?

I think so. Yeah. It's a good decade.

Yeah. Yeah.
