their kids at a grand Suffolk estate.

Sophia and her sisters navigated this mixed world, shaped by empire and exile, while forging

strong ties to the royal court.

Sophia turned that privilege into action as a bold suffragette, selling papers at palace

gates, marching with leaders in 1910 and refusing.

Taxes three times to fight for women's votes.

Her sister, Catherine, quietly aided Jewish families escaping Nazis, even housing some

and gifting family heirlooms.

The show spotlights rarely seen items like childhood outfits, a fancy rocking horse,

protest banners saying, no vote, no tax, and Sophia's letter on, police clashes.

It also weaves in modern views from British South Asian women.

Opening March 26th through November, during women's history month and Sophia's 150th

birth year, it highlights courage amid, global shifts right in the palace where Victoria

spent her early days.
