After getting seven years for the crime of kidnapping Timothy White, the trial for the kidnapping of Steven Stayner will start in December of 1981. Steven Stayner will once again have to testify, this time about his own kidnapping and abuse. We cover issues in this trial such as victim blaming, sentencing and the media.
