Question 93. Which are the sacraments of the New Testament? Answer. The sacraments of the New Testament are baptism and the Lord's Supper. The Bible verses reference for this answer are Matthew chapter 28 verse 19. Go ye therefore and teach or nations baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. This Corinthians chapter 11 verses 23 to 26, for I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread. And when he had given thanks he broke it and said, take eat. This is my body which is broken for you. This too in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup when he had supped, saying, this cup is the New Testament in my blood. This too ye as oft as he drink it in remembrance of me. For as often as ye ate this bread and drank this cup you do show the Lord's death till he come.
