Quadriplegic Cornhole Pro's Murder Charges

0:00On March 25th, a 27-year-old professional cornhole player and quadruple amputee, Dayton Weber, faces first and second-degree murder charges. For killing his passenger, Bradrick Wells, also 27, with two shots to the head inside a Tesla SUV. The incident unfolded Sunday evening in La Plata, Maryland, when Weber picked up two witnesses from work. A heated argument broke out with Wells in the front seat, leading Weber to pull a gun and fire. He then stopped the car and asked the witnesses to help remove the body, but they refused and ran off. Many are stunned at however, who lost both arms above the elbows and legs due to sepsis as a baby, could drive and shoot. Officials pointed to social media videos, showing him handling guns and vehicles, skills that also let him compete in cornhole by pinning bags between his upper arms. Meanwhile, Wells's body was found around 12.41am on March 23rd in a yard on Newport Church Road in Charlotte Hall. Witnesses flagged down police just before 10.35pm, identifying Weber as the shooter.

1:05Weber ended up at a hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia, and now sits in jail there awaiting extradition, with his Tesla impounded for forensics. No signs point to anyone else involved as the probe continues.
