No matter how much we try, we cannot escape the Ketel Marte rumors. The Tampa Bay Rays have reportedly been making a significant push for a trade with the Diamondbacks for their All-Star second baseman, but we can’t really figure out why. We discuss the recent trades they’ve made and wonder how Marte would fit in. We also discuss Sean Newcomb possibly being a bullpen arm the D-backs could pursue if another team scoops up Pete Fairbanks.
