Frankie Yamsuan has always been obsessed with health and fitness. It wasn’t until she found Crossfit and the Paleo diet that she was able to change her mindset towards food and her body, learning that being strong is better than skinny and nourishing her body was healthier than starving it. So she set out to create healthy and nutrient-dense alternatives of all her favorite desserts and Coconut Girl was born.
