Colorado’s Healthy School Meals for All program is bringing funding to 23 of the 31 school districts in House District 47, including money that helps schools purchase food from local farmers and ranchers.
It took a series of six bills over four years to make this happen. Rep. Ty Winter wasn’t in office for the first one.
He voted against the other five.
