In this episode, I explore what it really means to restart your business after a break and how to gently get your business mojo back without pressure, urgency, or burnout.

Rather than jumping straight back in at full speed, I talk about the importance of starting slow, easing into your rhythm, and respecting both your own energy and the energy of your business. A steady, intentional restart often creates far more sustainable momentum than forcing yourself to sprint from day one.

I share practical ways to re-enter your business gently, including choosing one or two small, satisfying tasks, using your calendar to support thinking time (not just doing time), and creating white space so your nervous system and creativity can function properly. We also look at the value of reconnecting before creating — reconnecting with yourself as a businesswoman, the energy of your business, and your audience.

This episode also covers reflecting before planning, reviewing what truly worked and what felt heavy, and reassessing your offers so they continue to feel aligned with who you are now. Growth changes us, and it’s natural for offers to evolve or fall away as you do.
