Richard Marles says Australia hasn't received 'specific' request for assistance from US

US President Donald Trump has again criticised Australia for not directly helping with the war in Iran.
He made the comments overnight while taking a question by a journalist about Australia's defence spending.
It comes as the federal government has unveiled plans to increase defence spending by 53 billion dollars over the next decade.
