It's been a few minutes. I'm not going to lie.

I'm getting a little excited that we can reconnect when I'm a little bit concerned

why she hasn't gotten back today.

Okay, that's fair.

But when you say like, it's been a few minutes, like a week?

Like I would say within a week, yeah.

Let's talk about the date and see if we can figure out why.

Well, this is the confusing part.

Okay, so like we went to this Italian food festival.

Okay, we went to this park.

And it was like so awesome.

There was like booths everywhere, like mozzarella, first mozzarella.

It's like everything is in one right?

Yeah.

And we both geeked out.

Clearly she's in the food like I am.

And we were just, I mean, we ended up in this little sort of tiny family

on sort of one like deli.

Okay?

So good.

Like insane Italian combo sandwich.

Like life Zoom do challenge.

Okay.

Nice.

Right.

Really.

And so after stuffing our faces, get up this old dive bar.

And it was just like old jukebox, sticky-forged, dark that never goes straight.

And somehow she just destroyed me at dark.

Totally just wiped the floor.

Maybe not even competitive.

But it was fun, you know?

Yeah.

And then she stayed over.

Oh, okay.

So it sounds like the day went well.

Oh, phenomenal.

I mean, laughing, talking, vibing.

And like, I'm not going to lie.

Did we hook up?

Yes.

And everything went away.

Everything was just great.

So then what went wrong?

Well, you know, listen, okay.

I don't know exactly.

And I know, you know, they can be fun.

They're going to wear.

But with her, it just felt so different.

You know, she's really chill, nobious energy.

And look, I didn't feel like I was trying to oppress her.

Like that.

We just, you know, we just clicked.

You know?

That's great.

Well.

Well, here's the thing.

So I think I think she stole my punch card.

So because we're voting the food and so like that, I sold her my deli punch card from these.

It's like a restaurant.

And look, I, it's a stupid flex, but she was impressed.

She was like, check it out though.

I know.

Like, I mean, she was, hey, I have to respond to you.

Like, it was kind of like, I want to go.

But then the next morning, the cards just gone.

Okay.

It just vanished.

And she left before I woke up and Oz, I think she took it like pocket it.

And I know she goes to me because she doesn't want to face that.

And like, who stole the punch card?

It's not even money.

It's sandwiches.

It's weird.

You did use it to impress her though.

So like, clearly, you guys both appreciate the sandwich punch.

Yeah.

I am telling you.

follow up. That's where if you go out on a date with somebody and then you end up ghosting them,

that person can email us to get you on the phone and ask about why you're ghosting them. Do you

have a few minutes to talk to us because we got an email about you from somebody?

Oh, God. Um, I guess so. Are you ghosting somebody? Um, I guess there's somebody that comes to

mine, but I haven't responded. Okay. So this is like an intentional ghosting or you just like,

I'll get back to him later. Um, I guess I just didn't know what to say and then, you know,

like time got away from me. Yeah. Okay. Well, who are you talking about? Let's make sure it's the same

person. Um, his name is Ryan. Yes. Christine, that's who emailed us. Ryan emailed us. He told us about

your date. He said it was awesome. And he really liked you. But he's wondering why you're not

getting back to him. Can you tell us? Um, a little sort of embarrassing and I don't usually kiss

and tell, but, um, I guess he was just, he was kind of like, uh, I don't even know how to say this

nicely. He was mad. Oh, no. Christine, are you kidding me?

Hey, Christine, that's Ryan. He's on the phone. And I wasn't talking to you.

I wasn't expecting my high. Um, yeah, this is awkward. But yeah, I mean, I would say mad. And

you're not, you're really okay. I'm sorry. You're not awful. It's just like, there was a lot of

talking and you were like, giving me play by plays. Like it was, you know, or something. And at one

point, you, it was a lot of verbal and one point you whispered time to stack the layers. Like

that's right in my ear with time to stack them. Oh my god. Next time you listen, I was being

placed, I was being playful original. I was being playful for scenes. Back to layers is like

romantic. It's a metaphor for depth and flavor. I mean, come on. I mean, okay, I thought you had

potential. It was like, you're sweet, but they was really fun. And I was open. You know, I was

open at that point to think we're things to go. But I don't know if it's going to work out to be

honest. Yeah. Right. I know what this is. I know what it is, Christine. You know, it can work out

because you're a liar. And you stole my punch card. Okay. And I'm not going to let you go

with my background rapid talk about this potential. Bullshit. Listen, you're the last one to see

my punch card. And now it's gone. That just own it. Oh my god. I did not take your stupid punch card.

Why would I risk my integrity for a sandwich punch part? It's not the holy grail. It's just

you admired it. And why were you handling it all night? You asked questions about it.

Helvet. Then it was gone. Where else would it go? Yeah. I admired it. Like, I mean,

BMC, it's not like I was planning a high. I mean, have you looked between your couch cushions?

Yeah. I looked at it. Yeah. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I can't be self-awareness in there too because

it seems to be missing as well. Oh, that's really, really good. That's really good. It's good

as a sandwich. You're probably going to steal once you take that punch card and cash it in.

I already know the deal, man. I don't have your punch card. It's probably in your house somewhere.

Your house is kind of a mess. You have one time. Yeah. Your morals are mess. If you're

stealing and on a date, and you think that's okay to not have okay. And I was telling you,

if I wish I wish I had a camera, I would I should have set up a camera. You'd be so red handed

right now. You know what? The second layers was if you had a camera. Christine, I might know the

answer to this. I'm going to ask, though. Would you like a second date with Ryan? We will pay for it.

To be fair, first time is always awkward.

Say whatever you want, Steve. We both know you like my sandwich card, and you tell you so,

and you're going to just, you know, I hope that's going to be kind of fun. It's kind of like

under your stack of mail. You're going to be so embarrassed. Oh, yeah. I'm really embarrassed.
