We got on the line. I was play little trivia and take the floor with us afterwards.

Home is giving number one to five. Let's go number four. That's going to be Sean and a coey Sean. How you done, Sean? Hey, buddy. Got a trivia question for you. If you get it right, you are the man. Oh, we got a little weird sound there. Hold on. We're trying to fix the audio about. Hold on. He's going to fix the audio for you. Sean. Hold on. You're getting to talk to him. Technical difficulties. That or Sean is a robot, which is entirely possible now. It's all going to kill us in 10 years. I know. Save that. That's a topic. We were talking about that later. Talk about it later. That's scary though. Isn't it? Don't give me a time. They said the end of this decade. They're like this decade is right. We're too. I thought it was a decade. Not this decade. I thought what I heard was the end. I only were dying 2029. The end of the decade is what I heard. No. The guy that stepped away said in a decade. Okay. Well, they must have recorded it and properly then because I heard I was watching TMZ right. They said the end of the decade.

Either way, we got a short amount of time. Sean, are you there, buddy? Hey, what's up, monster? There we go. That's much better, man. All right. Listen, I got a trivia question for you. If you get it right, you are the man. You get a prize. You get the plug and promote whatever you want. Everything is good. If you don't get it right, don't be too upset. You got two fellas here that can help you as a lifeline. So you kind of have two shots at this. Are you ready, Sean? Let's do it. All right. John Mulaney, who's a great standup comic and he's been on Saturday night live a lot and he's funny dude. John Mulaney is in talks to bring a classic spy spoof TV series to Warner Brothers. Now this came out way back in 1965. The original one did it was a Mel Brooks show Mel Brooks had created this original. More clues for NBC. What is the name of the TV show that he's bringing to Warner Brothers? Oh, man, this might be way before my time. Man, I'm I'm I was born 1990s. I don't man. 1965.

Stop typing. Four, three, two, one. Just say anything. Okay, not a bad guess. You know what? You got to spy. I mean, you know, I appreciate you. You're trying. That's not correct. I'm talking about the wall. That's okay. That's okay. You did good. You didn't Google. Good job. Who's who do you want to help you? You want angel? You want Ryan? Let's do the KOD. The KOD. All right, KOD. John Mulaney is in talks to bring a classic spy spoof TV series to Warner Brothers. Mel Brooks and book Henry actually created this original NBC series way back in 1965. I'll give you another hint. No, I can give you a hint. No, but if I give you a hint, okay, fine. What was the name of this TV show? I this could be a remain, but I love this show. Come on, Nick and Lowe. Nick at night all the time. There was a cone of silence. There was a shoe phone. Oh, I'm just making a face. I don't know if we get this one. It's got to be get smart, right? Yeah. Okay.

Yeah, get smart. You know, get smart. Also, there was a major motion picture. Get smart 2008. Yeah. Who started that? That would be a half away and Dwayne Johnson. I never saw it. I never. Don't feel bad. Nobody else said nobody saw this movie. It's crazy. Yeah, get smart. Now when I was a kid, Steve Correll. Yeah. Okay. Steve Correll and Anne Hathaway. I remember them promoting it. I never actually saw it. I remember watching the original show on like reruns and stuff. And the guy he had the shoe phone, you know, and his. There was a girl. I know there's no Brooks. The girl was 99, I think. Like they had a hot girl that was a spy with him. 100%. Yeah. So John Mulaney. You know, it says bring it to Warner Brothers. And I assumed right away. Oh, that means make a movie, but that doesn't really mean that anymore. Does it? It's just because it's going to be on Warner Brothers. It could be like a series that's on the WB. I'd watch it as a show. John Mulaney would make a great Maxwell smart. That'd be pretty good. Yeah.

Yeah. Yeah. So I'm all in. Let's go. I thought I would be excited about the movie too. I didn't like the movie. Yeah. I didn't see the movie. Because they didn't have your. You're excited because it's a potentially a vehicle for this particular comedic guy. Sure. I think John Mulaney is one of the funniest people when he's not having a breakdown or ruining his whole life. He is pretty funny. I didn't know much about him before. I've seen him on Saturday. I live a lot. You don't like John Mulaney? What do you do? What do I know? No, I know very little about that guy and get smart. It's just again. I've never. It's really dumb. I've never. Yeah. I've never. Yeah. It's one of those things that when you're a kid, it's sort of funny because it's so stupid. It's the only Mel Brooks thing I like apparently. I didn't know it was Mel Brooks. Yeah. Mel Brooks and then Buck Henry. Buck Henry actually is one of the original guys from Saturday Night Live. I guess he used to host it a lot. I don't know. I don't know much about him. But. Mel Brooks didn't do naked gun. Was it? Was that? No. Okay. No, no, no, no.

At least squad naked gun. That was not. Nope. Okay. Jerry Zucker. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Dude. Get smart. It's awesome. I still watch it now. I get a lot of like retro TV shows that pop up on my YouTube lately. Yeah. And I watched a couple episodes of Get Smart recently. I think it still holds up as a kid. I love loved loved that. Hey, John Melini. Was he a he was a writer for Saturday Night Live writer for. And then now he's been a guest host a bunch of times, right? Yes. Very well beloved. One of the funniest standup comedy people of all time. His delivery. He also has a kind of a drug problem. Yeah. He had a massive drug problem. He's got a really hot wife too, right? A famous hot wife. I think they divorced. Oh no. Yeah. He's a he's not good at life. But that's a standup comic thing. Yeah. I mean like he's one of those guys that definitely has like a jekyll and hide situation. And when he goes hide, he just tends to ruin his life. He's speaking of Saturday Night Live. They did announce for the first part of the, you know, this next season season 52.

Who the hosts are going to be. And one of the hosts is going to be Jalen Brunson. You know, obviously you got, you got New York City. So it's in New York. It's Jalen Brunson. Jalen Brunson. One guard the next. Come on. The next. Come on. Okay. Sorry guys. I don't follow the next. I'm a magic guy. Yeah. Yeah. He's what you know, get smart. Yes. Yes. I do. Like. Yeah. Jalen Brunson is probably more relevant right now in the moment. Yeah. One of the biggest athletes. He was the hero for the NBA finals for the Nix. Well, I don't like the Nix. And I don't like that they won. So I don't care. Okay. All right. Also back hosting is Dakota Johnson for October the third promoting some movie called Turnstile. I did see the preview of Turnstile. It looks like a good movie. I know you guys don't, you know, or at least say Ryan, you don't care for Dakota Johnson. Dakota Johnson. Not got no beef in Dakota. Johnson. You know what movie I am excited for though. What's that? Nathan Fielder is doing him. He filmed a secret documentary. That is the most awkward one minute TV movie trailer.

That trailer is wacky. So he filmed the movie about Elizabeth Holmes, the lady that did Theranos that like lied to everybody. Yes. Yeah. So as before she went to jail, Nathan Fielder was following her around and doing a documentary, a 24 just picked it up. And there's this trailer. If you get a chance to check out this trailer, she's doing this stare the whole time at him. All he's talking. This is wild. And you're like, are you even a human? What's going on in that brain? A her's. And he's a guy that like he always. He's you never know who who's in on the joke when he's doing something. Yeah, he's that kind of dude. And I can't wait to see that movie. Also hosting Saturday night live Shane Gillis is going to be back, which he guys pretty good. Yeah. And I'm a line is still married to Olivia Mon. Olivia Mon, they're still together. Okay. Right. He has a baby with somebody that he like was with. Oh really? And then they like got divorced pretty fast. And then on Halloween. I guess this year Halloween is on Saturday Saturday night live. The girl that was in that movie. What's that?

The obsession. The girl from obsession is going to is going to host. Did you find it cool? Did you finally see obsession? I did love it. Oh, I mean, I don't know about you. They remind me of a couple crazy girlfriends ahead. Yeah. Yeah. The arguing in the restaurant scene. Yeah. Like I've lived that before. Where you kind of turned on them. No. No. No. Just me. No. Uh, Chloe Feynman will not be on Saturday night live this year. Good. And then Martin. I like to. I thought she was great. And the crazy person. You know what? A lot of comics. A lot of funny people are crazy people. Uh, Martin. Yeah. But season in extra. I'm not going to say why? Because they're too close and they'll hunt me down. And Martin. He is not really. I didn't know he was on Saturday night live. It says that he departed with Chloe Feynman. Martin. Early. Have departed from the show. I didn't know he was there. Maybe he was a writer or something. Oh, he was one of the guys from Please Don't Destroy. So like the three guys there. He was the guy with the glasses. Oh, I liked him. Yeah. It was it was this guy. I didn't think I knew him. Oh, right. Right. Yeah. Yeah. I thought he had some funny stuff.

Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Please don't destroy. It's great. All right. Anyway. All right. So Sean, you're a winner. Thanks to Ryan Holmes. Here's what we're going to do. Brother. We're going to put you on hold. Andrew's going to get your prize. And we come back. You got to bring us some fire. Uh, you got to. We got it. We got to know something good, man. Uh, promote something that's important to you. And we'll get to know you a little bit when we come back. Don't go anywhere. You're listening to the match tomorrow. Hey, everyone. It's the Jonas Brothers with the Hey Jonas podcast. We've been catching up with some great friends Paul Rod Michael Boublay, Seth Meyers, Nile Horan, Jake Shane, and making some new friends while getting into what's really like to have sisters, like Alex National. She likes to control everyone and tell everyone to control as a horse. I would say that's a harsh word. I am more outspoken growing up a lot of the times because she was so quiet. I would speak for like the both of us. Now I'm working on like thinking a mom is really. Really? And I'm taking before I speak and Joey King. You know, if you're like mom is yelling at your sibling. And even if you're annoyed with your sibling, you just like won't let that slide. It's like, you only can yell at your sibling. I'm like, you can't do that here.

That is not what I want about her like that. I just want about. Plus we've been taking your calls listening to your voice mails and giving advice or at least trying to. So if you've got catching up to do now, perfect time. Listen to Hey Jonas on the I Heart Radio app Apple podcast or whatever you get your podcast on the new podcast solita. We share the messy reality of traveling alone as a woman. I can wait four hours for the next bus or this random dude is offering me a ride on his motorcycle. I choose option B. I'm Julie Pinierro and I travel by myself because it's a rare space where I can say yes without asking anyone else first. I'm on a mission to reclaim the word solita trading the pity for possibility. Every time I tried to be alone, I kept meeting people and they were like, you smiled at us. Not a lot of people smile around here. It's when you're alone that you're most receptive to the world as it is and not the lies your soul about it. It can be a time where you push your limits, change your mind or wake up to a new version of yourself.

So whether you're a solo travel veteran or you're too nervous to book your first trip, I hope you listen to solita on the I Heart Radio app Apple podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. Hi, this is Kylie breakman, Angela Jaretana, Jeremy Colhane, Patrick McDonald and we're the hosts of the artists on artists on artists on artists podcast. The improvised character comedy podcast where each week a new panel of artists discuss their craft. Join us for a panel of wellness influencers. What I try to do is foe journal. I don't know if you guys heard of foe journaling. Yeah, it's reading. It's called reading. So you're so we don't like to use that word anymore. Okay, a panel of New Yorker cartoonists. Have you guys done Terry Gross's Peloton class? No! I've been dying too. I'm so sorry. I'm seeing a reading of Sudako in the thousand paper cranes by Audra McDonald's at the Wonderland bookstore. That's crazy. I went to the Wonderland bookstore yesterday and I heard Nora Jones do a reading of zero dark 30. No way!

Patrick of the last bookstore though. Kim Kertroll is reading the guitar tabs of yesterday. A panel of Eurovision participants. And we do a little Halloween sometimes. Does the Pope dress up? He he winks on Halloween. It's right up next to the microphone. I hear you get the elbows here. The eyelashes hate each other. You never seen it least so quiet as when the Pope gets up to wink on Halloween. Listen to artists on artists on artists on the I heard radio app Apple podcasts or wherever you get your podcasts. By azerrever and or so at least 70% have a phone. Middle school is a different world than the one we grew up in. I'm Dr. Joy and this is therapy for black girls. We spent real time on it in our surviving middle school run. Bringing in a child psychologist and a psychiatrist who's raising two black girls of his own to talk about what's really going on with our kids right now. So it's literally physiological and neurological and psychological chaos, I mean all this in job. We got into group chats and gaming, friendships and bullying, and how to tell the difference between healthy monitoring and the kind of surveillance that erodes trust.

There's belonging. You could think of belonging as I can be myself and I can still be accepted. And then there's fitting in fitting in says I have to change who I am in order to avoid rejection. Then we turn the conversation toward the fathers sitting down with therapists, cure gains on black fatherhood and what it means to raise a daughter through this stage. You don't have more shorts so you can't do flips. You have on the dress. You have to cross your legs. That's the range of this run from screen time to identity to the fathers doing the work at home. You have to get off her device. But the reality is there's a lot of life out there that we don't want you as your adult in the life to miss out on. This has been our surviving middle school run brought to you by the people who's been their careers thinking about exactly this. I'm Dr. Joy. Listen to therapy for black girls on the iHeartReneo app Apple Podcast or wherever you get your podcast. Self-care September is here which means it's time to rethink what self-care actually means. Yes, self-care can be a long walk. It can be an everything shower. It can be putting your phone on do not disturb.

But sometimes it's actually about sitting with the uncomfortable stuff. And understanding your patterns, your boundaries. Finally figuring out why you keep doing things that you swore you would never do again. I'm Gemma Speg, the host of the psychology of your 20s podcast. And each week we unpack the psychology behind the experiences that shape your 20s. From relationships and friendships to money, anxiety, confidence, attachment. Just becoming more comfortable with who you are. Unlike the quarter life crisis which is depicted as the collapse, the quarter life reinvention is the expansion and the course of something. When we develop the ability to be happy by ourselves, nobody else can take that from you. So this self-care September don't just take care of yourself. Get to know yourself as well. Listen to the psychology of your 20s on the iHot Radio app, Apple podcasts or whatever you get your podcasts.

If you like to help us and donate money to the Carla K Cancer Screening Fund, that would be awesome. We've bought a lot of people their screenings for cancer. We need to fill up the call. There's a little bit more now and pay for some more. So if you can help us with that, you can bid on the wrestling belt that Amber Nova has had for several years now. We're auctioning that belt off the one that you see and all the pictures and stuff. It was around the waist of Teal Piper and also Hollywood Haley Jay. They've all signed it and we're going to auction that off one Saturday. We got other ways for you to help us with donations if you can. So come by and say hi. I'm going to have monster sunglasses and then also those slap bracelets that say MWO. I got those. If you want to donate a couple bucks and take some of those, we think that'll be cool. So all that is on Saturday. Come by and say hi. What up? I'm Russ with Angel and Ryan. Yes, Angel. I was saying cool thing about the slap bracelet also can double as a koozie. Yeah, it's like it's a koozie to I'm the one that wears it as a bracelet. I guess not everybody else does now.

I was just saying it's multi faceted. It's multi facet. Multiple functions. And I've got those glasses left over from what do we use this for? Oh, the poker tournament. Yeah, I got that. I got 200 of them and we only went through like 100. You know, seem like that poker tournament was like months ago. Years really. I mean, I know you guys hate when I do this, but it seems like this year has just flown by. I mean, we are already almost done with September. If you think about it, I know that's what I think about. Oh, close to death. And then thanks to AI and robots, we might be closer than you think. So we'll talk about that in a minute. But we've got we got Sean Ryan who has the floor. Correct. Daddy does. He has the floor. Thanks to Corey, Corey flooring and Corey has a huge selection. I made in the USA waterproof laminated vinyl plaques and wood flooring all for you to stand on jump on lay on. I don't know what you do with their floors. Just do it with Corey, Corey flooring. Plus he has the best price guarantee, meaning if you bring him a quote, he guarantees he will beat it. And that's on top of for monster listeners. You get 10% off all flooring installation starting at just one dollar per square foot.

And then Corey donates $50 to the Carla K cancer screening fund. If you tell him you are a monster listener, thus making you a hero adjacent. So how nice is that? Talk about online at core flooring FL.com. And now Sean, you have the floor. Sean, congratulations, bro. I appreciate it, man. What what up, monster? Yeah, I knew I had a feeling that question might be difficult because it, you know, from back in 1965, but there was a movie that came out a little more recent. I thought maybe you might have gotten that, but that's okay. Ryan got it right for you. So it's all. Shout out shout out to KOD, man. Thank you so much. You're welcome, buddy. I appreciate you, though, playing along and not Googling it and trying and, and, you know, the answer you gave, wasn't a bad answer. So we appreciate that. How long? Good. Oh, no, think I'm sorry. No, you go ahead. No, the people that Google it, that takes the fun out of it. Yeah. And then it makes all our listeners, man. They start texting in. And so even if they didn't Google, but it sounds like they are,

we got to call them on it because it gets everybody all crazy. So, uh, yeah, see, man, keep them in check, man. Sean, how long you been listening to the show, buddy? So consistently probably about six years, but I mean, I'm born in Orlando, man. Say everybody knows about the monsters, man. I appreciate that. Thank you so much. So for the past six years, you've been constantly listening. We appreciate it. What do you do for a living? So I dropped so much trucks across the country. That's fascinating. I really think that that's one of the things that I would have liked to have done. But what, what's the upside of the traveling like that? And what's the downside for you, Sean? So the upside is because I love driving so much, it doesn't really feel like I really work. Like I just get up, just drive. That's nothing to me. You know, the job where you work in an office that to me, that's actual work. Driving the semi truck is not the only downside of being away from home. If I could be home every night, then it would be the greatest job ever. That's the only downside. The job itself.

I'm just driving, listen to real radio on I hard at this. Nothing, man. Famously, it's hard on relationships, right? You hear a lot of you hear a lot of guys that drive. It's hard. Because you know, you're away. Who knows what the wife's doing? Or you know, you might be getting trouble yourself. Like, like, has that been difficult for you? Yeah, well, when you meet women and you tell them you're a truck driver, they automatically think that I'm just, you know, they think I'm just going all over, meeting women all over the country. Like any women I meet, too, as I tell them I'm a truck driver, they think I'm a player. Right. And the lot, the lot lizards are real, right? Like there are hookers at the truck stops. So for the most part, you're not going to see that unless you go to a, there's a few truck stops are notorious. Like there's one in Memphis. It's the loves in Memphis is I don't even go there. Not only I think that one, that's a lot of things. That particular one ended up on a one of the HBO shows that whatever the HBO show was that did like,

like, uh, documented sex workers. Yeah, because they did. There was an episode that they did in New York City. I forget the neighborhood in New York, but I think the place that you're talking about, it was in one of those episodes, dude. Yeah, yeah, love in Memphis, but the worst part about that love is not even the crime or the lot lizards. It's so crowded. It's congested with trucks on both sides. It's impossible to get in and out of the like I've I've always had truck stop like to play. I'm trying to imagine a truck stop lot lizard in Memphis. And what she looks like is not good. To be honest, no disrespect, but they should be paying me. Yeah, I get it. I get it. So Sean, so I would think it's fun like going to different states, though. And you know, you get to go to, I don't know, get to get different states and get to see there. But you probably don't get a lot of chances to do any sightseeing, right? Like you just go to a you're going from one a service station to another is basically all you're doing, right? So so my mom thinks that I'm torn the whole cup show like look up a city and tell me what restaurants ago.

They're like, that's not how this works. However, though, I still get to see a lot of the country that I never would have seen before though. So it for the most part you do pass through, but I've gotten to see a lot of cool things. I never would have gotten to do. And I got a friend of mine who does it. And I mean, if everything he's telling me is correct. I mean, you can make a lot of money by by if you if you're working and you decided just though, you know, work as much as possible, you can do pretty well, right? Oh, you you can you can the worst part about being a trucker though is all your friends and family think that you're loaded. Right. They ask you for money and then you got to be like, no, I mean, because you know, it also the price of diesel is up to you man. So in that effect, the goods and services so that everything rolls down. Yeah, I got a buddy that did it and when he would tell me kind of money, he was making like, damn, I mean, it was it was crazy. But you know, you have to basically be away from your friends and family for long periods of time. What's the furthest you've driven Sean? I'm driven from Miami to Seattle.

Wow. Okay. That is that is that is a damn. That's a drive. Yeah. It's fun though. You get to see a lot of cool stuff. I guess so. What is it like the stuff that you're delivering it? Does it is it one specific kind of industry or it runs the game that you you're delivering all kinds of things? So the way I look at before I became a truck driver, I did Uber Eats and it's very similar to Uber Eats in a way that you'll we'll go to like a Walmart warehouse or we'll go to a best by warehouse or like a mom and pop you'll go to like a mom and pop spy it would be like Jason is recycling and you'll it is anything random. Gotcha. You got anything on your truck at any time. Hey, so let's say you're you're driving your truck and you're going from Orlando and you're going to to Memphis or whatever and you got to spend a night and halfway through a Georgia or whatever. Do you park the truck and then go and they go, okay, I'm going to go out to eat somewhere or whatever and like get an Uber and go out to eat in the city or the town or do you always just stay with your truck.

Oh, you got to stay close to the truck. Yeah. Most of the time you're going to stay with the truck every now and then I've been shirt out like I had one time where I went to a baseball game. Okay, everything worked out and I was like I'm going to go to a random game. I'll go out. I never I love baseball and I never been to the brave stadium. So I got to go to truest park or truest field where the brave is played. That's cool. That was cool. The most part though you stay with it. I mean, you're going to be so tired of the day that you just want to stay in the truck anyway. Watch YouTube on the on the iPad. Yeah. I don't know if you're like if you have a social media or what or how that looks like. But like right now there's a lot of dudes that do what you do that make awesome content out of it in the sense of just the procedure and the process of like what your day is and like what it is to go through a truck stop. And like, you know, whether it's fueling up or some of these slides nicer truck stops where it's basically almost you have like a mini apartment almost in the sense of the the shower stall and all that kind of stuff.

Is that something that you're doing or is that not for you just yet? No, I never got into that, but I do watch it. There's this one dude named Larry cough. I want to say his last name is Catherine. And he's hilarious. Man, he's always making videos and stuff and I'll watch his stuff. Do it. Me myself. I just work. Okay. I was gonna say because if you're doing those kinds of drives where you're going across country, just the some of the views that you could document and everything. Yeah. You know, that could be cool to add on to what you're doing. And something I saw that I think it was CBS Sunday morning or one of those shows I watch and they had the it was the truck stop that was the biggest truck stop in America. And I was 80. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. And at that, they had you know, you can get your hair. You know, if you want to get your hair cut everything that they had a massage parlor. If you wanted to get massage in it's in there. If you want to get anything you want. And one of the things they also had was like a vet. Like so so how many truckers have you met that bring their dog with them? Cause I was surprised.

A lot really. Yeah. Yeah. It's a big thing. Man, I see dogs all the time. One thing I will say though is I'll follow truckers out there. If you got your dog with you, don't let your dog roam around the damn lot with no leash by himself. Yeah. And I would think of Sean. I would think if you had a dog with you though, you'd have to stop too many times for the dog to go to the bathroom or or do you have to stop anyway. Well, a little bit about me personally, I don't think I could do it because I feel like if you're going to have a dog with you, you have the responsibility of giving that dog the best life. I don't think I could do that because I'm so focused on work. But a lot of guys do it. I mean, good companion as long as you can manage it. It's a good idea. I mean, personally, I won't do it because I know I'll be a horrible. I'd be the worst dog owner in the world and Peter would cancel me. I had a friend of mine and he had a orangutan and that orangutan would ride with him. And the orangutan name was bear. So this guy B, B, B, B J, he used to take this orangutan with him. And it was awesome. It was funny, funny. They're hilarious.

Oh, they know we're like ribbon people's faces. Oh, no, no, no, no, he just ride with him. He just ride with him. Yeah, he was great. Anyway, is there anything you'd like to plug and promote and tell us about? No, man. Like, honestly, I listen to monsters all the time and I never even thought I'd be on the air. I will say this though to keep it cool back in. I want to say 1999. I was nine years old. I saw Jeff Howell perform at the house of blues. Man, my parents took me to a Jeff Howell show. And he performed Brown Eye girl. And I don't know if this is something he does now. But at the time, the stick was everybody will yell Jeff you suck. No, he's playing a song. Everybody else Jeff you suck. And it was like a thing. I've never heard him do that. I'm not kidding. And the next time you see Jeff you suck in the middle of the song, they yell Jeff you suck while he played. But it wasn't successful. It was like part of the show. He took it. It happened to this guy. Not only did it. He always used to do that. This is a true story.

He still does it. So he that's during Brown Eye girl. But he also does. I don't know. I don't know if it was Brown Eye girl. I think he did it during a sweet Caroline. And so Neil Diamond was in town doing, you know, doing his show. And he did sweet Caroline. And there were a bunch of people that were yelling Jeff you suck to Neil Diamond. Neil Diamond. No, ideally. Yeah, that's what happened to this caller happened to my wife. My wife had never seen Jeff Hal before. I take her out to Tibbys to go see Jeff. How I'm just there to goof off and hang out. My wife watching Jeff Hal like a hawk thinks it's the funniest thing ever. Yeah. And then she saw him again. He just does that. Yeah, he's been doing that for years. He would do it. Well, listen. So you're like, you're like, you're a legacy listener then. You've been you've been around since you were nine years old. So that counts as a legacy legacy. Yeah, my uncle had a local band back in the early 2000s. Name Big Bad Willie and Debra Roberts who's on Jim Colbert. She used to do a show back in the day where they were interview local bands. Yeah, the band was on her show. That is awesome, buddy. Well, listen, it's been a pleasure getting to know you, Sean. Good luck on Wednesday.

Yeah, it's fun. Wednesday next time you go out when you when you when you drive again. So I'm going to hit the road on Wednesday. And then you can see the end of the game. Hey tomorrow night. It's what the old singer listening to from nine o'clock right here on real radio 104.1 live music that Angel plays what he wants nobody tells them what to play. If you slip $100 to play whatever you want. I got a station station should say that out loud right. Yeah, I got to have events coming up in Leesburg. Yeah, so I'll be doing there if you're still in the plaza and they're night out and actually the 5K run I'm DJing that too. Oh, yeah, what is the 5K run, right? I know I saw you're going to try to do. Jack 5K and that's going to be going down on October the 15th. Oh, wow. Are there any been training for the 5K? Of course I have. Excuse me. Let me correct that the race day for the 13 year old flapjack 5K is November the 14th registration is going on going right now. Get tickets at row radio dot FM backslash flapjack flap.

Yeah, flapjack. And it's going to be Ryan Holmes and then are this like you and him are in Ross pads at a race and head to head in a 5K. Uh, yeah, I guess that is what is happening. You're racing Ross. Yeah, and he's like he's been. He's not well. He's he's got his game so baby weight. He's getting some baby weight, but you're not a runner. You don't run. I'm not running. It's the only sport I ever actually did. Huh. I was talking about this. The only sport I did was track. I guess cheerleading sport too. You did cheerleading to my memory. I'm an athlete. Really? Like, I mean, you kind of got yourself in a pickle. And I don't even would have ever really challenged you on the fact that you were you know, you ran a track. Yeah. And now you got to run. Now you got to run against Ross. It's now it's a race. But I'm pretty sure my middle school training will kick in. Much like Russ thinks he can wrestle anybody at any given time right now in his life and his age. Yeah. I feel like I could run I could run five K.

Even how far or five K. Yes, five case. Yeah, and you were in a 4k. When the last time you actually ran. Last time I actually ran. We put on my shoes, I'm gonna go run, and get run a mile. Oh, like on purpose? Yeah, on purpose. Oh, damn. You're gonna hurt yourself. It's been a minute. How many laps do you think you could run around the I Heart media compound? Several, at least. You know, like I'm not worried about it. It's not the, I can run. When you say several, several. Do you think, Russ, do you think you could run more than 10? I'm not trying to win the 5K, but can I complete a 5K? Well, no, it's all to me like you're racing against. Russ, Russ. Russ, yeah, this is a heads up race. This sounds to me like, yeah, you're gonna embarrass the monsters. Like how are you gonna lose the Ross? I like, Russ. I am far more athletic than Ross Paddle right now. This is just a fact that I'm out of here. He's got a baby. I don't know if you've seen that guy. He went on the gym callboard show the other day, fully frazzled.

And she said he hadn't showered in like days. That doesn't mean it. I'm going to the gym. I have a personal trainer. I have been actually working out. And I was at one point a Piedmont Lakes Middle School track star. Uh huh. So for the Flabjack 5K that is taking place in Leesburg. It's the third one. I will question no problem. I get the feeling that you're gonna get cooked. I know one sport already. He'd beat you at which is golf. So so he's. Well, yeah, he's an amazing golf. Okay, yeah, and he's thinner than you. So he looks more like a runner. Like you're you're a little thicker. You know, like I worked out with you the other day. I saw you're a little thicker. I was going on slow mode when we were working out. Oh, I was like, I've been working. I've been with a trainer for over a year. Yeah, but how much of your training is like running? I do no running. But I do haven't I've been building my endurance because we do it a lot of supersets. So like the whole time I'm going for that full hour. So like, I am getting in there.

I'm going to have a trick with setting or a trick with building your endurance with running. You have to run. No, you don't. Yeah, you do. That's a lot. A lot of big misnomer. I don't like running as an exercise. I've talked about wanting to join a run club, but then I found out it was full of sluts. Yeah. But running is very bad for your knees overall. Like it's like it's not great for you. I'd rather cycle or row or for some people you're right. Like you're bigger for everybody. I don't know about that. I have friends that ran and ran all through like college and did that. And now they have to wear knee braces. It's a whole thing. So you have to be careful with running. So now you're just always kind of avoided it because I see I would see my like 25 year old friends wear leg braces because it couldn't stop. Were you given all the details with this 5k like are you aware? I know that there's flapjacks in this run. And that's what I know. And it's in the iceberg. It's in the iceberg. That's what I know. And you're and you're racing Ross Pagin or you just want to get through it. I would like to be able to get through it without jogging. Okay. So you're not saying right here you can beat Ross. Sure.

I'm a hands down if I wanted to. If you want to make it a thing, what cause Russ they're promoting it as a thing whether your team Ryan or team Ross. Yeah. You can run the game. Right. But it's the team that wins. So like, no, if you're on my team and you come out first place, that's a win for team Ryan. That's kind of not what they're saying. That's what I'm saying right now. I mean, that might be the arrangement between the two of you. So we can. I mean, that might be the arrangement with everyone else at register. Here's what I learned. We can register. If we went and registered team Ross, we can't. Yeah. Same say we have that option. We can't go team Ross. Brian, I don't like Colbert. Yeah. I don't look. But you know, Ross is one of the monster comics of the year. You know, we like Ross. I mean, he's a winner. He's a winner. And he just looks like he's. I wasn't fired. Whoa. Whoa. That out there. What was that? He didn't do anything. I was scorched. North. That was. Yeah. What are you doing? And I'll be honest, I appreciate the joke.

But he just looks like more of a run. You look at some people and like that's a runner, right? And then you look at some of the people and like, well, that's more of a cheerleader or a. What was that? It's an athlete. It's an athlete. Okay. But just as far as 5K running, I don't think you can. I ain't worried about running, but I did learn like I was I've never done really 5Ks or any kind of running events. I see them all the time at Winter Park and I. What I learned was like, like, there's two versions of a 5K. There's the people that are like, okay, three. There's one people that are trying to win, right? And they're going hard in the paint. And then there's people that are going to run the whole thing because they want to be able to do it. Yeah. And then there's a third group, which I thought it would just be like this, which is just the lolly gags. You're walking. I was actually going to build myself a bar around myself. Yeah. And have drinks. You could come up to my by walking bar. So be on team Ryan Holmes, lolly gaggers. Yeah. We're going to get them lolly to lolly gaggers. Okay. The Ryan's team are the lolly gags. I already got people saying they want to be on team Ryan.

And you want to be on my team? And lolly gags. Cross is going to be tired. He's got a baby so exhausted all the time. It's too busy writing like he's also writing shows and performing. Like I look at this is all I got. Yeah. Right. Right. So you can lolly gag and just get through this is your idea. Somebody's texting this is I think Ross runs like three or four times a week. It's his thing. I don't know. Maybe it is. Yeah. There's that. I'm fast boy. Fast is F. Okay. I'll race anybody in this parking lot. You guys want to go? How do you get yourselves in these situations? Is that no me? Yeah. But you're always wrong. I know me. I'm fast though. I'm six before I'm built like a runner. Oh my gosh. I might have a little bit of a belly right now. I appreciate it. Look, I'm all in. I appreciate the delusion. I'm in. I mean, I'm not trying to be mean. Okay. But you even have admitted from the first day I met you that that your your legs are not your strong suit.

I learned that the other day when we worked out. No, they're not muscled. And you couldn't even squeeze a little squeezy thing that you know. You just got a weird growing. You got a weird growing. I don't know what's up with your growing. You got a weird growing. It's not built for running. Built for muscle. I have legs are built for speed. You think so? Yeah, that's what I've never liked my legs because they've always been long and thin. Quick and quick. It's like a gazelle. All right. So with this race, is this like a fundraising thing? Like, can we bet on this? Or what? I mean, we can't. I can throw some money at this. Okay. I didn't know I was doing this. I can, there's a version of I can, I can take this seriously. Okay. All right. So five K. Any more about it? Let me think about it for a little bit. So if you beat Ross. We'll get more information to tell you. But I wanted to log a gag now. You guys kind of taking the fun out of it for me. I was like literally building a wearable bar. Well, okay. I can like go around and hang out. When you sit down your parameters. You say what it's going to be. So it's you. The way I was pitched to me was like, I have a team.

He has a team and the team can win. Right? Like it wasn't just me versus him straight up. Well, you know, a Christie, she does all those races. I'm there to have a good time. I'm there for a good time. Not a long time. All right. You can, Christie and Reese, they, they can be on your team. They, they run all the time. Yeah, I'll probably go to Ross. I got a Ross. Everybody likes Ross. Shopping Ross. Ross is so fun. All right. We gotta take a break. We'll come back soon for Angel to bring you monster sports. You're listening to the match of the morning. Hi.
