Ryan Strom is set to hit a big milestone tonight. He'll play his 900th NHL game when the flames face the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden. Strom knows the building well. He spent four seasons with the Rangers from 2018 to 2022. Before that, he played for the New York Islanders across town, giving him almost 10 years of experience in the city. Drafted 5th overall by the Islanders in 2011, he's also suited up for the Edmonton Oilers and Anaheim Ducks. Strom calls reaching 900 games of privilege.
