Daily Notes from Nathan Cassidy

I said, do you want to be? Do you want to be happy? Do you want to be? Do you want to be? Do you want to be?
My mate introduced me to my ex, the mother of my kids.
I'm sure we didn't stay together, no one ever does.
But he of course is responsible more than anyone for the birth of my kids.
It's crazy. It's crazy looking at these small details of how life came to be.
The split second decisions that change our entire life and create life.
Every birth is of course not a miracle, just two people.
Often they're responsibly fucking.
But the chances of you being alive are of course a miracle, aren't you?
You should noise me even more when I see someone wasting their lives.
I'm like, wow, you introduced me to her, you know, that led to that, which led to that, which led to that, which led to this miracle.
And now here they are, a lazy fucking twat, flopping around watching reality TV and eating muffin.
What's the point?
It's only a few hundred years ago that there was little point to being born anyway as life spans only about thirty years.
I can't out thinking that the miracle of childbirth is given a bad rep by the often the nullity of life.
Childbirth is a miracle.
Life, 99 times out of a hundred, a complete waste of time.
What have you done with your life? Watch TV and I had a job that you hate.
Oh God.
Take me back to when everything was good.
You know when life was good for me when I was that little sperm, swimming the fastest, breaking through into that egg.
That was the highlight of my existence. That was a winner then.
That's the highlight of everyone's existence.
Turns out sometimes the intro is by far the best bit.
