The New Orleans Saints are bringing in some fresh legs and running back.

They have signed Ty Chandler to the roster.

This 27 year old comes over after wrapping up his rookie deal.

Chandler was a fifth round pick by the Minnesota Vikings back in the 2022 draft.

He spent his early years there, building experience.

Last season, a knee injury sideline him for most of the year.

He only played in 3 games, managing just 4 yards on 17 carries and 11 yards on 3 catches.

Over his career, Chandler has appeared in 40 games with 4 starts.

That adds up to 710 rushing yards and 3 touchdowns plus 30 receptions for 212 yards.

Now with the Saints, he could provide solid depth as they gear up for the new season.
