The New Orleans Saints just signed running back Ty Chandler, a former fifth round pick

from the Minnesota Vikings, to a one-year deal at the veteran, minimum.

This adds him as the seventh back in a deep group that already features Alvin Kamara, Travis

Etienne Jr., Devin Neal, Kendra Miller, Audric Estime, and Evan Hall.

After dealt with a major injury early in the 2025 season, missing most of it before returning

for the final two games, he ended up with just 47 yards on 17 carries over three appearances.

His standout year was 2023 when he ran for four and 61 yards and three touchdowns on 102

carries, plus one.
