In this political Coliseum, we slay the rising beast with the faithful sword of truth that transcends hypocrisy and censorship. It's time to unleash yourself from the tyrants of media propaganda on the America Out Loud Talk radio network. This is Unleashed the Political News Out. Welcome to Unleashed the Political News Hour. I'm Nate Kane. On Friday, the Department of Justice's weaponization working group dropped a 231 page report on what the FBI's Richmond Field Office did to Catholics who go to Latin mask, who call abortion murder, and who used the First Amendment to criticize the government.
The short version is Richmond built a domain perspective that treated traditional Catholic doctrine as a pipeline to racially motivated violent extremism. They leaned on the Southern Poverty Law Center, which by the way, I carried out documents back in 2018, providing to the IG that the FBI was utilizing the SPLC for just this very type of tactic. They ran priests, travel, communications, and associations. They found no crime. Headquarters later admitted the product was flawed. The people who wrote it still got good performance reviews. Staff kept polishing the memo after it was pulled off FBI systems.
Attorney General Todd Blanche says the authors are gone and the work continues. FBI Director Cash Patel says weaponization will not be tolerated in this bureau. That is the official line from this department. But the question for the next eight minutes is simpler than a press release. When the federal government starts mapping a sacrament as the threat indicator, who is next? What did they already do while nobody was watching the Richmond inbox? When you think about what the implications of this are, it is pretty unbelievable. I don't even know what other word to use for it. Here you had the DOJ weaponization working group, which is basically done the job of exposing
FBI Richmond memo, which was put out in 2023. By the way, this was going on before. Like I said, I carried out documents in 2018 about this. The FBI Richmond memo was just something that came along later in 2023, specifically targeting non-mainstream radical traditionalist Catholics. But they were going after Catholic charity groups, or Catholic organizations, counseling organizations, and targeting them as violent extremists. Their justification was the SPLC basically put them on a list. And why did they do that? Because this particular Catholic organization was promoting something called conversion therapy for homosexual men that wanted to live in accordance with God's law as spelled out in the Bible. So this voluntary therapy was considered anti-gay.
And so therefore, SPLC basically said, oh, they're a violent extremist group. Now, the origin of this was a whistleblower that exposed this memo, this particular memo. It circulated inside Richmond. It was not bureau-wide. And the FBI later rescinded it. But that was not the end of the story. And here's the thing, folks. What would have happened if this whistleblower had not actually come forward about this? June of 2026, these analysts behind the product were dismissed. So good on the FBI, at least for removing these people. And why would I say that? Because here's the thing. Everybody who comes into the FBI swears an oath to the US Constitution. And we're going to go after people on the basis of religion alone
that absolutely should disqualify you from being an FBI agent. Now, Blanche had said that the Department of Justice is not going to tolerate weaponized bureaucracy that chills first amendment activity. And this is due to member parents were going and and they were basically going to school boards and they were complaining about the trans issue. And you had the FBI that was monitoring parents. And they were taking a very close look at Catholics or traditional Catholics who were attending these meetings. This didn't start with a bomb plot. It started with a priest. These kinds of activities and these kinds of issues, my concern is that it's not going to go away. We can do everything we can to remove SPLC from the FBI.
And absolutely they should. But there's nothing in the law that prevents the FBI under a different administration going back to these same old practices. The fact is, is that the FBI has too much power. I've been saying this for a very long time. They are, you know, FBI is not just a law enforcement agency, but it has become a de facto intelligence agency. And that is part of the problem. When the FBI has access to tools that were designed and implemented specifically for monitoring foreign adversaries in other countries. But they're able to use these same tools. And I'm talking about section 702. These kinds of issues are the problem because those those tools inevitably will be abused. And unfortunately, the Department of Justice has made a habit
of targeting people for political reasons. We saw this during January 6th. This was an egregious abuse of power that went on. So whether it is spying on American citizens or whether it is utilizing prosecutorial powers to essentially bully people into accepting confessions or taking plea deals that they otherwise would never take except for the fact that they're facing 20 years for essentially trespassing. This is the problem. The FBI has too much power. I believe that the only way to solve this is certain powers that they have gained over the years need to be stripped away. I'm making an end. We're going to get more into this topic, but we got to go to a commercial break.
Stay with us. We'll be right back with a guest who has gone through the ringer on this very topic of abuse of power. Successful weight loss is about changing the gut brain relationship with food. Your host. And before we went to break, you know, we were talking about the government's overreach, which is just also common these days. And who gets to step in and basically interfere with our liberty? Our next guest spent decades
as a Christian missionary in Latin America. He and his family built Genesis 2 around chlorine dioxide. What they call a sacrament and a therapy. And what the FDA calls an unapproved misbranded industrial bleach sold as a miracle mineral solution. In 2020, the federal government moved on them. A Miami judge issued a stop sale order. Mark Grenin and one son were arrested in Columbia at the request of the United States. They sat in the Colombian detention for more than two years. Then were extradited. A federal jury convicted the family. Mark and Joseph got the five-year statutory maximum tied to the extradition deal. Jonathan and Jordan got more than 12 years, including criminal contempt for defying that court order. Mark says a judge told him that his sons, him and his sons had no constitutional rights. That is his account. We're going to put it to
the table and test it. This is timely, folks, for a reason. Mark has now published volume four, his first hand account of 2020 Columbia extradition, prosecution, and prison. Dr. Pierre Cory and Jenna McCarthy revisited the case in the war on chlorine dioxide. And chlorine dioxide was named out loud at Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s HHS confirmation hearing, which put this molecule back into the national politics. We're going to get into all of that and more. So let me start by introducing Mark Grennan. Mark, thanks so much for joining the show. Nate, I've gone to privilege to be on the Teller story. Thank you. So I guess a good starting place here is, you know, we've got a short limited amount of time and there's a lot that I would love to get into. But just if you could
give us a quick kind of reader's digest version of your life before all of this and what you were doing, you know, as a missionary down in Latin America. So I'll give you the cliff notes. The book I wrote, when it covers it in detail. And but what happened was I was a missionary pilot 30 years plus in Africa, Haiti, Dominican Republic. And just serving a lot, training people, building churches, building houses, digging wells, all the things a missionary wants to do to help the area. And just to fast forward, I built a big compound. And in doing that, medical teams came down to the Dominican Republic, nice people, given up their times, dentist, surgeons, pharmaceutical people, nurses, just all the medical people that wanted to donate their time to help people less fortunate. And it really was a blessing. It really was. I worked as a surgical assistant
with them for 10 years and boy, did I learn stuff. I pulled teeth, I stitched people, I took off light bombers. I even did one tour ligation because we did 25 that day. The doctor said, you do this one. So I had to experience insurgery and I had a pharmacy in my house literally from all the doctors bringing things down. I stitched people, I injected people, did all that, okay. And I'm saying all that to say this because I worked with my three sons, triage in people, they would go up in the mountains and bring people down to the surgery where I was. We all contracted MRSA, a flesh eating bacteria that they say there's no cure for. It got really bad to well. They were going to have to amputate one of my son's legs and it's a horrible disease, horrible illness. Yeah, I think a friend of mine got that actually kayaking, we would kayak
across Pearl Harbor and the harbor's got a lot of bacteria in it and a lot of chemicals and stuff. But there was a wall that we had climbed up on and you cut himself on the rocks there and ended up with MRSA. I remember they gave him some of the strongest antibiotics, the earnings, in existence because it was just so bad. Yeah, no, it's horrible. The doctor said there's no cure. And I had the best rokeflexin, rocephan, and all the really high potency in the barracks. There were timing leasing the body up to a week, nothing helped. So I tried the medical pharmaceutical route, nothing helped. So they're going to cut skin graft, cut skin graft and amputate. That's what their plan was. So as a father of eight, they're all my eight kids got it spread through the house. I hit the internet for natural MRSA cures. I tried pharmaceuticals, wasn't opposed to
that's all I knew, didn't work. So I found this book by a guy named Jim Humboldt called the miracle mineral supplement of the 20th century, 21st century. And I'm like, yeah, it sounds like a scam. I just missed it. But everything got worse two weeks later, I'm back on the internet looking, and that book pops up again. And I read the first half because it was free. And I'm thinking, this time this doesn't sound like a quack. He sounds like he's humanitarian and he stumbled into this. And he's in Africa, currently malaria, in Dengay, and excuse me, nothing, you don't have a tip. AIDS diabetes cancers in malaria and MRSA. And so I got the stuff, I got it, I gave it to myself first. I didn't want to kill my kids, right. And two weeks my MRSA's gone. And I had a very bad
huge boil between my legs. And then started giving it into my kids in smaller doses because I had some little kids. But within six months, we eradicated it throughout the family. The doctors were like, no, no, no, it's not gone. I go, well, all the boils are gone. No more, when we get cuts, no more infections. So it's gone. No, it's not. And basically they said, stay away from this stuff. You're going to get in trouble, get us in trouble. And basically I lost all my doctor friends. And basically they left. So I just said, you know what? I'm going to go to the mountains and do everything I was doing with this. In a two years date, I started seeing Dengay, AIDS, cancer, diabetes. All the things that Jim mentioned in his book, we saw them, people's health restored from them. I used to work here because it eradicated it from the body. People get mad at that. You
can't say that word cure. Yeah, I can see any word I want. You're not going to limit or heal cure. You're not going to limit my speech, especially when we have anecdotal evidence, which is biblical evidence, the blind man sees the deaf man he is. You know, that's really the evidence I want. So did you keep like any kind of case notes or anything like that? You know, we have better than that. We had video. We get over 7,000 video testimonies that we paid no one for. They came to us and sat down and said, here, this is what we want to tell what happened to you. I did 63 seminars in 19 countries in 10 years. Mostly I did it with my sons. Jim was getting older. He comes to some of them. We developed protocols together and it just spread like crazy. And we had 3 million views on YouTube. 2018. They took them down. I wrote my first book,
2015. Amazon took all my books off. They just started attacking us. We got to shut these people up. And basically, when the COVID popped up in 2020, we had testimonies coming in within a day or two, the COVID Corona, back then they called it. Virus was eradicated from the body and people were feeling fine. And so Fauci and his little team of satanic mengyns, well, I tell I could tell you, these people satanic ended up coming after us, getting the FDA to come after us. Really 700 corporations, companies, a couple of ministries said, cease and desist. We're the only ones. Other 700 said, no, we can't. We got too much going on. When I make it money, we're giving it away
when they gave us a donation of 25 bucks. If they don't have it, we sent it to them for free. We were a ministry of a church. And that's how we looked at it. And they said, we made a million dollars. That's one thing that I was going to ask you about. So yeah, the government says that your family moved more than a million dollars and tens of thousands of bottles. Yeah. Where did they come up with these figures and that's true. That's true. 101.3 million dollars in 10 years for five families. Add it up. Yeah, that's not a lot. Yeah. And it gets sound like you made this overnight. If you saw where we lived in the casery joke, we weren't getting rich, but we were very happy and look how God took care of us and the people we were helping. And we had over thousands of autistic kids give rid of their spectrum diagnosis. Incredible stuff was going on.
So we just go and thank God, God, you take care of us. That's all we cared about. And so they came after us and we were not back down. We I wrote them a 35 page rebuttal to their temporary injunction that they put on us. And I wrote them. He brought to them the judge and the prosecution any FDA said we are not coming into your courtroom. You're fake. You're liars. We don't you're an agency for profit. That's basically just a lap dogs of the pharmaceuticals. We're going to keep going on according to our constitutional right. The Congress can make no more. Never mind some act or statue by the FDA. And they say we don't care. And they grab us. Grab me and Joe, kick down the door in Columbia where I called them and told them where I lived. They could have knocked on the door. No, but they had to make a big worldwide drama. We were on so many TV stations
around the world. ABC helicopter in Brayton, Florida. When I'm glad my two kids Jonathan and Jordan first 30 days before us in Columbia, ABC helicopter. 10 different agencies make it look like we got to scammers. Really? Did you tell them that we were doing this 12 years before 2020? Have a came about? No, they made it sound like we did it just for COVID and seven people are dead. Where are the bodies? Yeah. Court, we defend that ourselves. They never brought a fourth of viable claims date that we harmed any man or woman. Yeah. What you know, you have two sons right now. I think that are still in prison. Is that correct? Yes, so one's in Mississippi and one is in Fort Dixton, Jersey. They were going to give me and Joe, my son, two life sentences for contempt of court. For contempt of court, two life sentences,
but Columbia has treaty with America. They said we will not exercise anybody that has capital punishment or life sentence. So, okay, we'll drop it. That's how important those were. And they brought us in the max they could give us with 60 months and we get out in almost five years. Excuse me, a little over four years. They gave my other sons another 91 months for contempt of court. This fourth largest sentence in the history of Department of Justice, a contempt of court, they hate us. They basically set it up to shut us up and the big problem is not the FDA. It's not the Department of Justice. It's the people that own not even a big farmer. It's the people that own big farmer. Okay, it's the Vanguard group. It's BlackRock. It's all the corporation. Those main three corporations that own all those. I've been saying it for a long time. Anybody that wants to
understand the corruption of the FDA and the power that drug companies have in politics, go to opensecrets.org and look and see the highest number of donors and donor class and the lobbyists. It is the drug companies. They are the largest lobby in American politics. They outspend everybody else, including you know, it used to be oil and all of that, not anymore. I hope it is it is the pharmaceutical industry. And the result it's funny because you know, Trump, remember when he signed this right to choose? Yeah, the right to choose, but also there was a he went after all of these drug companies that were basically selling their drugs to other countries for dirt cheap after they'd been developed on US taxpayers' dollars. And he said no more. He says,
you're going to, if you're selling it to Canada for, you know, half the price of what we're paying for it for Medicare, you're going to sell it to us for the same price. And I'll never forget because Trump said something. He jokes about a lot of things, but I had never heard him joke in this way. And it was the only time and people can go back and look at when he was signing the executive order on that. And he said, you know, this is dangerous stuff. He says these people may kill me for this. And you know, and I think he was saying that because he really, truly was speaking what he was concerned and worried. No, he should be because they tried to kill me twice. We had a black suburban fall in the black windows going to a seminar and they blew up. They put some some explosives underneath our Jeep, blew up the part of our Jeep, really melted, melted the metal. So I think it was thermite and I Tia fell off as they took off in the distance. And they poisoned
me in Mexico. So this is big, big, big money. This is the top of the echelon that run all these corporations. And they were had to shut us up because you killed malaria, the number one killer in the history of mankind in four hours for a penny. A lot of people probably hear stories like this in our skeptical, but I got to tell you, you know, I had, I was poisoned twice. I had had had also my lug nuts loosened on my vehicle. And this happened after my whistle blowing experience. And I don't know who it was, but there were things that there's just no other explanation for. And you know, and I've got documented evidence with, you know, my neurologist and with a heart doctor. And but it was like this, this kind of thing is not, it's not as uncommon as people would
think. There was that woman who, who was the main reporter that that and especially I would say outside of this country, it's even more of a problem, right? There was a woman down in gosh, what was it? Aruba? I can't remember what what country was it was a Latin American country, a central American country where she was the main reporter that exposed, gosh, was the Panama papers. And she died in a car bomb. No joke. I mean, this is the, this stuff is real. And, you know, these powerful people do not like anyone that has the potential to disrupt, you know, their sacred cow, you know, their cash. Yes, sir. That's why if think of you and I with them, you would stop people like us, right? It's just, it's, it's getting the bottom line, whether you're BlackRock, Vanguard Group, State Street, which run, they don't basically own 95%
of all the corporations on earth. And they're going to stop here. They're just going to say, stop those people. And so because we have the Lord, because we're not afraid, we know this is a spiritual thing. We say, we're not stuck. Kill me. I go see the Lord. That's all right. I don't care. I'm okay with that. And so we want afraid. It was still not afraid. My boys in jail, so many men have come to know the Lord just because we're in jail. They're in Colombia. The drug dealers became my friends, right? Because we're all together. They paid the guards to let me treat 40 or 50 men a day in the jails. We're chlorine dioxide for two years. We help so many people. So I looked at us, we went to the prison ministry. We're not afraid. And that's why the book, the last book that I wrote is the one that you mentioned in the beginning, you have the links to that. That tells
all story. If someone was sitting down and watched that, even Pia Cori endorsed the book. And he said, Mark, you guys, man, you got he got great over the coast too with Ibermectin, but he goes, nothing like you guys did. Yeah. Yeah. I've had Cori on my show and he was a great guest and we went into talking about Ibermectin and just how the government lied. Flat out lied to people. Honestly, how those that were officials of the government that lied to people that could have brought life-saving drugs that were pennies on the dollar to the masses. And yet they completely lied to people, told them, remember, the people were being lied to about hydroxychloroquine. Oh, hydroxychloroquine is a fish chemical. No, it's not. It had been being used for river blindness in Africa for many years, for decades. And it had been known as a safe drug as well as Ibermectin
and a whole host of other antivirals or antiparasitics that seemed to have very strong antiviral capabilities. Well, we're just about out of time, Mark. I want to thank you for for telling your story. I know this was a shortened version of it. I definitely am going to do a long form interview with you on this topic. But where can people follow you? Where can they connect with the Do you have a website? Yeah, the website is www.GodsUniversalAntidote.org. And so you go there, the books are there, testimonies, thousands of testimonies, video before and after pictures, documentaries. And it's a one-stop place for chlorine dioxide. And while we did, we did 207, two-hour broadcasts. And they took us down because we're reaching the world. So go there and
you'll find everything there. God's University, Do you know, Don't Walk? All one word. And God bless you, Nate, let me come on. Absolutely. And thank you so much for coming on. We'll definitely have you on again. And like I said, on my other show where I can do a longer form interview. But thank you so much for sharing your your story. Folks, we got to cut to a commercial break. But stick around. We got another great guest coming on in the next segment. And we will be right back after a break during treatment. City tap water molecules structure gets messed up so your cells can't fully absorb it. Yes, we have to purify our water. But what are we doing to fix the water structure so the body can actually absorb it? That is why we created our lab certified structured water devices. These devices restored water molecules back to their natural structure just like a mountain stream making them highly absorbable. It's not how much water you drink. It's how much water you absorb that counts. Better hydration, better energy all day. Get one for your home or on the go at chemicalfreebody.com. Ford slash out loud for an exclusive discount.

Our next guest I've had on the show before and he does not cover Chicago from a green room. Terry Newsom is a south side Italian, a former union Democrat who walked away in 2013. A downers grove dad of two and the host of behind enemy lines.
And boy does he understand that probably better than anyone. He has been on the forefront of exposing and identifying what has been happening within the DSA and this basically new communist movement in America. They make change their name and call it by something else, but that's exactly what it is. And he's really shed a light on this union between red and green. And what I mean by that is the Islamists and the communists. And so we're going to talk about that and what he's seen in his hometown. And because I think I think this needs to be a conversation we're having. This is something that's going on. You may not be seeing it in your town. I certainly not seeing it here in West Virginia, but I've got major concerns about what's happening around our country because it does impact our nation as a whole. Terry, thank you so much for joining the show.
Thank you so much for having me back. I appreciate it. Absolutely. I always enjoy having you on. You always have insights right from the front lines of where the enemy of this country is basically trying to take it over from the inside. Let's start with that. What is going on? I know you've been involved in a lot of different things, but lately, we were talking before the show about some of the things that you've been doing. And even full-traded some of these groups, what are you finding out? What are you seeing? Tell us what's happening. Yeah, so you talked about the red green alliance too. Part of that is antifone. Being in Chicago, I think we're the epicenter of this communist socialist. There's so many different groups. Oh my god. Here in Chicago, when we have all the different events that we attend, depending on what the event is, it's antifas there. We have indivisible. We have note kings.
All those organizations are funded either through the outsorows. Which I think it's funny. I think people need to remember that you had the former director of the FBI go before Congress and actually say, oh, there is no such thing as antifa. Even though mind you, I was working there at the time. Yeah. Yeah. The FBI. And I'm looking at the documents that showed that they did know about these communist groups and what they were up to. But they were refusing to acknowledge it. They were more interested in going after Catholic organizations than they were actually going after people who were truly a violent threat to this country and to public safety. All because you had the SPLC basically with their tentacles inside the FBI directing them at who to target. Which is something that recently came out and Congress is going after interestingly enough. One of the documents that I brought out of the FBI and brought to the the HIPSEE
and to the IG was specifically about that. So yeah. I'm Jesus I forgot. You're asking me what yeah, I haven't talked to you in a while Nate. So yes, antifa we, you know, I just actually just posted less few days. I did a five hour interview with Frank Lardino, the warrior podcast. And I think I told you before I got in trouble when I was younger. I got recruited my early 20s. First time this 40 years in the making this came out. And I was recruited in my early 20s by, you know, guys connected to the mob from going from trap shops and other things. I came out with my life story. That's the first phase of my first chapter of my life that I think prepared me for what we're doing now. I'm redeeming myself with all these things that we're trying we're trying to do to help us fight. But I brought that up only because of your comment about there's no such thing as antifa. And I find it hilarious that when you had these, you know, we had Ray what a lying scumbag creeps supposed to put the FBI in a pedestal, right? The guy looks the
part. Sounds the part. He's a big scumbag. The guy's a total lying scumbag. He's looking the camera lights all the people of America over and over and over again. Example is the antifa one. This is the easy one. When I was there, he his first action as the new director of the FBI because remember, he took over from a cave. And there was all the scandal, you know, that was going on in the FBI at the time. And his first action in the the moment I knew that we were in trouble was he sends out an email to everybody in the FBI and basically, you know, telling us all that we need to basically work on protecting the image of the FBI. Not about we need to clean up the FBI. And not, you know, we need to correct some of these problems that we've had of, you know, people leaking information, you know, to the press for their own devices and, you know, and, you know, going after political witch hunts after people. No, none of that. He didn't talk about anything. He
says, no, we need to protect the image of the FBI. That was the problem all along. That guy was trouble from day one when he got there. Yeah. And so my story about antifa not being real and it's hilarious that these are supposed to be, you know, FBI leader and top politicians and stuff are supposed to be smarter and leading our country. Well, there's no such thing as antifa. They don't have an orchart. They're decentralized. Exactly. Well, you know what? The mob is, they don't have an orchart. Who puts the orchart together for the mob, the FBI. That's right. The mob is decentralized. That's decentralized for a reason. You'll know this being from the FBI. They try to isolate their weights at the top to make it harder because a lot of times the FBI and they'll start their way. They'll do top down or bottom up, whichever is easier. And if they start from the bottom up, it's usually decentralized for a very specific reason to make it harder for you guys to get to the top. You know, that's a good point. You know, that this ties into something else that's kind
of interesting that was going on at the bureau at the time that I was there. And I had brought out concerns. There was something else that I talked about with my handler. And it was about the fact that the FBI was getting away from at that time. Good old-fashioned, you know, infiltration operations. And instead they were doing things like, you know, using open source information, third party, you know, groups like SPLC, you know, to basically do the work for them, which there's nothing wrong with open source intelligence. Yeah, I'm sorry. It should be complemented by the work that you guys. Exactly. Exactly. And that is the problem is that they got away from, you know, good old-fashioned detective work and started, you know, because they had a woke agenda. That's bottom line. Yeah. And you got to validate those other sources. You know that, right? Absolutely. I mean, just like you have confidential forms and stuff, right? All those people had to be validated where you get that source of information from. And if you're relying on outside third parties
to do that for you, there's no validation. IE, the Southern Prowley Law Center, who labelled as a domestic terrorist and, you know, parents and my parents' and bomb education, you know, I mean, they spent time. I was labeled domestic terrorist because I peacefully went to January 6th, or because I was a vocal school board debt. We still don't know to this day why they did that to me. And, you know, and we talked about it. And we talked about it. Yeah, we talked about that. The last show I think about how Matt Gaetz sent a demand letter, which I'm framing, by the way, to Garland, Ray, in my orcas, in my behalf, wanting to know why they did this to me. Yeah. I had a similar thing happen with, you know, Senator Grassley, who's the chair of the Senate Judiciary at the time was probably one of the most powerful positions within the Senate. And especially when it comes to justice. And he demanded answers from director Ray as to why a protected whistleblower had been rated by the FBI. And he had even given a date by when he wanted
the answers by, which was sometime in December after the raid. And of course, it was summarily ignored by director Ray. And nothing, you know, nothing ever happened. Yeah, not surprised. No, I would see him. It was just, it was just pissed me off the sea. I'm saying that and know that they're everywhere. And they just, and they know they're hurting our country. Yeah. And they're, they're using partisan politics. And while I wish, they're, while I do recognize that there have been some improvements, you know, under cash, Patel, and under, you know, new leadership within the DOJ, it's, they're still, they're still major problems. And I'll tell you one example, and I'll give you, and that is that I sent a FOIA request and a, with a privacy act, yeah, privacy act request, which is different because privacy acts request is basically, it's even more, there's, you have more of a right to attain information on the privacy act than you
do even under a FOIA. FOIA, they can just summarily deny and hide behind, oh, you know, ongoing investigations or, or, or, you know, methods and, and, and sources, right, sources and methods. But, but they can't do that with a privacy act because you're basically asking for your own information. Oh my God. So, and I'm sorry, I wanted, after the show, I want that for me, and I'll, I'll tell you why. So keep going. Well, so, so when I sent the request for this, and they, they, they sent me back, I kid you not, three pages, almost entirely blacked out. And what I was asking for was specific information about the investigation that was done on me that is now shut, it's now closed because they never, I was never charged, but I was investigated. And I believe that I had illegal fizes opened up on me. And I have reasons why I believe that, that I can't get into. But, just, I'll just say this that I was read onto that program at NSA.
And so I'm very aware of the techniques and tools that they use and deploy. And I found some of those methods on some of my devices. And so I, I requested information about a closed case that is now passed the statute of limitations. They chose not to ever bring any indictment or ever charge me with anything, but they rated me and surveilled me for two fricking years after, after it came out that I was a protected whistleblower. How is that possible? And so I sent a, you know, basically a privacy act request asking for some of this information. And they, they had the audacity rather than just deny me to send me three pages of basically blacked out lines. And I'm like, are you serious? Why, you know, why, why even waste the paper that this is, you know, printed on? So with my little story, and I want to find out offline afterwards, how you do, which you did, because I did the foyer out. I didn't know it was this privacy thing. And I don't think
my results will be any different to guy to get some politician involved me. So back in the day, when I got in trouble, my case was a DEA and ATF case, right? And back in the like late 80s. And then I did foyer on myself, including that the eye, I don't know, 20 some years ago. And the DA, with the DA managed the case, you know, in conjunction with the ATF, but it was the main, you know, agency was DA. And they had like 30 pages, I mean, I think there was a lot crazy stuff. You know, and so they only had 30 pages. And then I, after all this craziness with this politics. And again, to see how I people, I changed my life, it was 35 years ago. I'm not proud of who I say this over and over and I'm not proud of what I was. I'm proud of who I became. I worked corporate America, you know, changed my life. It's 30 some years ago, not just three years ago. So when I got involved in the politics in my 60s, you know, and I spoke out of the school board, I'm piece wedding, I didn't do anything. I didn't threaten anybody. I peacefully
attended January 6th. And 62 years old, like in 2022 and 2023, they got back to me. It's two years I'm waiting for them. 346 pages they have on me. That's yeah. Wow. 346. When I didn't break any loss, I didn't break any loss. I didn't do anything. That's, you know, that's an interesting question. I did not ask them for a count of how many pages they had. And that would be a very interesting question to ask. I'm going to ask, I didn't ask them either. We're gone. You know, they identified the right theory and some of these are we have 346 pages. I was more specific with my ask because I knew what to ask for. And they sent me, they sent me it, but it was all blacked out. Like are you kidding me? They had enlisted. They said they would take me nine months to get the first 50 pages. Yeah. I don't know where they come from. Right. It took me, it took me almost a year to get just really those blank pages. Yeah. So it said nine months for 50. It went to like, I don't know,
one honor to whatever to get all of them. It's going to take 48 months, which is absurd. I don't know where they come up with a stupid number, but I got nothing. And I'm getting this, this, may will be this may, it's almost what's it's a year and a half, it's year and a half. I got nothing. I was supposed to get 50 pages and nine months. I hate to say it, but it seems that the only way to get any of those, you know, FOIA or privacy act documents is you got to hire a lawyer and sue. Yeah. I'm just, I some political friends are spooking on like, I was when I was supposed to help me, so hopefully that'll help. And then we could tell you the Southern, Southern Pavilion lost there. You know, they came after me. They absolutely 100% worked with the FBI. Oh, yeah. 100%. The Southern Pavilion lost center came out, the story came out on November 30th of 2022, November 31st. And then December 1st, they've republished it out of Washington, DC, the Southern Pavilion lost center, a summarization of the story that did out of Chicago. Well, out of our, wherever the front of our guitar we were. But it was the second time was DC.
It was a different person. And I'm thinking that was odd. Now, you know, because that's the swan up in the message follower FBI and there are people on DC, not that they couldn't see the first one. And then unknown to me December 15th is when I was, I lost my TSA pre-check, I was put on domestic terrorist list and I didn't find that out until, no, like, Donald February, when Congressman Troy Neils reached out to me in January and then he reached out to the TSA and then they sent him a letter saying there's a December 15th of 2022. You know what criteria did they use for that? So they had a talk. And just, there's all I said to them. I was TSA pre-checked. I worked for an international company, right? So I was, you know, I was a platinum flyer TSA pre-check, you know, and then they said, I no longer, they told Congressman Troy Neils in their letter. Terry Newsome no longer fit the profile of the privilege to have TSA pre-check. That's all it's all. So, so this is the thing that, that to me is crazy about that and what just drives me up a wall
is you're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty in this country. Right. But the government has all these convenient little ways around that by denying you privileges that other people get on the basis of whatever crazy cockamani, you know, system that they've come up with, you know, for determining your eligibility. And that, that is a way of them essentially violating your rights because I guarantee you they had to spy on you or you have some so level of surveillance or something in order to, you know, to, you know, violating your, fourth and fifth amendments in order to be able to making the kind of determination one way or the other. And the likelihood is is that they're not even making it themselves. They're relying on third parties to do it like the S. K. M. C. Yeah, they had to be surveilling me big time because like, you know, again, I got I got the EA4 as a stuff, right? Mine was a case with tight with guys
tied to organized crimes, stuff from Sicily, you know, I mean, it was big. I wasn't the big player, but I was involved, you know, like, you know, like, you know, uh, dissent and you live in Chicago, the likelihood that you have a tie to somebody. Yeah. Emily is probably pretty high. Are they going to deny everybody who's Italian on that basis? Come on. Yeah. Yeah. So, so that is from, from the the fact case of something where I rightfully deserve to be surveilled and deserve, you know, I mean, to do all the things they did. I mean, I deserved it. They only they had actually less than 30 pages that include marked, marked 100 dollar bills from multiple buys that could include surveillance, having to go get they had to go get approval for surveillance and they show all the stuff and like, who was in my group and all these things. Here I am 60 some years old. I haven't done anything wrong since then and they got 346 pages. Well, see, this is the error that happened within the FBI when it comes to, you know, the people forget the FBI is not just a law enforcement agency.
It is an intelligence agency. And the problem where things went awry with intelligence is that and I've worked in, you know, in and around intelligence for 20 something years. And I will tell you, not all intelligence is good intelligence. And that was so, and I've always known that intelligence ages out and it basically, it, it degrades over time and becomes less useful because people change their ideologies change their views change the people they hang out with change a lot of things change and to you still have on file something that's 30 years old is ridiculous. You know, they're, yeah, I don't know. I don't know if they do. So this that's from the DA. So, like, so the DA was the main agency, right? They collaborated with the ATF because there's hand-haves involved. So, you know, you can, why you can read, you can watch my interview. So, but the main agency was the DA. I, I foiled the FBI at the same time because of the other individuals I was involved with, right? With, or, oops, with organized crime. So I thought the FBI
would have some pages on me when they deserve to. There was zero. Then you fast forward and I didn't do anything wrong. And they got 346 and they had none when I thought they would have some. You know, you know, you're saying there was none. I know it wasn't their case, but the people I with my friends, fathers were, you know, meet guys and, you know, I mean, the, you know, mean is like, you know, they're part of Cicero crew and all that stuff. Zero to 346 at 62 years old. Wow. Yeah. Well, this is a problem that is continuing to happen within the justice system. And it's affected many people, innocent people, and, and people who have long reformed, you know, their lives. And I have to, you know, I have to wonder what justifiable reason could there be for hanging on to, you know, intelligence or even like, I've even said this about like our clearances, right? You know, why should we trust the government with this information? They've
been hacked multiple times and that information is, you know, given to the Chinese. So I say the government should not be able to hang on to anything else. You know, once an investigation is closed and there's no, you know, in your past, the statute of limitations of one they could do anything by, it should have to purge that information because there's no justifiable reason for them keeping it, you know, on record for the rest of your life. That's just absolutely. It, it, it violates the intent, you know, of your right to privacy. And, you know, that, and that's really where I see that the problem here is the government's really good at violating our rights, you know, all the time, especially when it's political, when they're politically motivated. And I don't trust, I don't trust our government when, you know, when we've already seen that politics does influence the, you know, the, these public officials who make decisions on what cases they're going to take or who they're
going to spy on or who they're going to go after. We've seen it over and over and over again. And while we may have Trump in there now, that's not going to be the case forever. And I don't want anybody, I don't want the Trump administration or, or any Democrat administration for that matter, having those, you know, those powers and those abilities to abuse their power for their own purposes. Well, we're at a time and, but this has been a great discussion and follow on, you know, sometimes these, these shows they, they go differently than how I expected and I'm, but I'm glad we talked about this because it kind of ties in to my last guest and what we talked about. And the fact is, is that there's so much injustice within the American justice system. And it really is something that I wish our congress members, our members of congress would do something to correct because they're the ones who actually write the laws. They're the ones who also hold the purse strings, but they don't seem to have the willpower to stop these abuses of power and to defund things like 702 of Pfizer and other
abuses that they, you know, continue to, to utilize against, you know, American citizens. Folks, we're out of time, but Terry, let us know where, where people can follow you and where you show us. Yeah, you can follow me on, I'm on all the different platforms, but the best way, probably on ex at Terry Newsom, T-E-R-R-Y, any W-S-O-M-E, and you'll see the DSA and Antifa. That was crazy stuff that I covered in Chicago. Well, folks, I want to thank you again for being faithful listeners and God bless you. God bless your family, Terry, and God bless the United States of America. And with that, I'll see you next week.
