Saudi Arabia FM says 'all trust' lost with Iran, Iran strikes Qatar gas facility

Countries in the Gulf say their patience is now wearing thin.

Foreign ministers from across the region have met in Riyadh to discuss the conflict spread.

It's been two and a half weeks since Israel and the U.S attacked Iran, Iran has struck

back hitting energy and civilian infrastructure in Gulf countries and other Middle East nations.

The Saudi Foreign Minister gave a sharp rebuke to Iran's attacks, including one on the

Capitol during the meeting.

Well, Iran had warned that all energy facilities in the Gulf were legitimate targets after

its power's gas field was hit by Israeli air strikes.

Tehran and retaliation fired missiles at Qatar's sites.

The UAE also had to shut down two of its facilities due to falling debris from a missile

interception.

Several missiles and drones were also launched at gas fields in the east of Saudi Arabia.

But Riyadh says those were intercepted.

Well, a new fire has been reported that the Rasulafan complex in Qatar as a result of an

Iranian attack.

Well, Qatar's foreign ministry has released another statement on Iran's attacks on oil

and gas facilities.

It says the brutal Iranian attacks on countries in the region have crossed all red lines by targeting

civilians, civilian infrastructure and vital facilities.

It goes on to say the ministry stresses the need to spare the region the consequences

of these unjustified attacks and to work towards de-escalation in order to restore regional

and international security and stability.

Well, since the start of the U.S.-Israeli war on February 28th, a new wave of displacement

unfolded in the Middle East.

The biggest impact has been in Iran, where nearly 1,500 people have been killed and

millions have been displaced.
